The space
The apartment can host up to 5 people: there is a double bedroom with an additional single sofa bed (perfect for a child), and the double sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room is a great solution if you wish to wake up to an amazing view. The living room and kitchen create a wide open space, large and bright, provided with all the necessary tools to enjoy a delicious dinner... with a view! The terrace overlooking the lake and the Comacina island has an outdoor table and chairs for 4, as well as reclining chairs to relax in the sun 365 days per year. This apartment features a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

Convenient free parking inside the building is available to the guests. There is space for one car. There is also paid street parking in the neighborhood.

  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
