The small accommodation is okay, but unfortunately not worth the price. The apartment is worn out, and some repairs are urgently needed (fridge, loose paving stones, defective parasols by the pool). The approach to the apartment is extremely steep and adventurous – parking spaces can be scarce. As a result, you think twice about spontaneously driving down to the village. The bathroom and bedroom cannot be ventilated because the windows open onto a concrete corridor. The beautiful view of Lake Como and the seclusion and tranquillity are positive. A larger barbecue would be desirable. The pool was cleaned regularly, and the gardener was also on site once.

The place was fine. In the kitchen, everything was available for daily needs; it was well equipped. The bathroom and certain pieces of furniture are already quite dated. Some of the parasols were defective, and there were too few available for use. The pool area was easily accessible, and there were enough loungers available. The cleanliness was unfortunately satisfactory to sufficient; the vacuum cleaner provided unfortunately had no power and would need to be replaced. The location of the Property is amazing. You have a wonderful view of Lake Como in a very quiet location. However, the path to the apartment is very, very steep. The ascent on foot to Argegno is therefore very difficult; even for athletic people, it is a challenge. This means you are dependent on the car. It was a nice stay in itself, with a fantastic view and a lovely pool.

Awesome stay, Access by car is not easy. Accommodation is nice. There is a superb view of Lake Como.

Beautiful place with stunning views and a very responsive host. The only challenge is reaching the house by car. The road involves steep inclines, tight corners, and narrow streets, so be prepared for a tricky drive or leave the car near the lake. We really enjoyed the stay. 100% recommendation!

Very nice appartment with great pool and a nice view on lake Como. A bit hard to reach by car since the road is quite narrow but definitely ok for italian standards.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation from start to finish. Vanessa from My home in Como was always available and answered our questions kindly. The agency works professionally and offers accommodation comparable to hotel operations. We would book it again.

Very nice view. The pictures don't do it justice. Better to arrive with smaller cars, the roads up are very narrow

Nice location. The garden was OK and the pool was getting on in years, but the view was wonderful. The bedroom is rather small. Unfortunately, there is no way to ventilate it because of the rock face. As a result, the apartment was slightly musty on arrival, especially in the sleeping area. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved. Having a car is recommended, but there is a steep incline when approaching. Certainly ideal for families with small children or for those looking for a break

The accommodation has a breathtaking view of Lake Como. It is very spacious and has everything you need. When we arrived, we initially had no electricity because of a recent storm. Vanessa was super easy to reach about this and very helpful. Check-in also works perfectly using a code and key box. The accommodation is located rather higher up, and is less recommended with a pram. We always went to the village by car, as the roads are very steep and it takes about half an hour on foot. We had a nice, relaxing stay.

The view of the lake and the mountains is magnificent. The accommodation is very comfortable and very clean, and the host is responsive to questions. We'd love to come back. Car access for a slightly experienced driver, but there is the option of parking in an intermediate car park.
