The room is especially ideal for families with small children. In a 2-minute walk, you and the kids can be in the safe city centre, where they can walk around without any problems without being held by the hand. The flat was very, very nice and clean. The location was perfect. Lift problem: The lift is also very new, but prone to malfunctions, so I got stuck in it too. That was also the only downside for me. Because there are no instructions in English on what to do. Pressing and holding the emergency button kept connecting me to the robot, and there were only instructions in Italian. Fortunately, I had my mobile phone with me and was then able to dial a number, but it is not marked as a 24/7 emergency number either. It took 40 minutes to get me out. (I think that's OK). The fridge is a bit noisy at night. Despite all this, we would book the accommodation again, but since then we have only used the stairs. We only used the lift to take our suitcases down when we were leaving.

Highly recommend! The host was super responsive and helpful. The location is perfectly central, yet surprisingly quiet and not crowded. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

Nice, clean apartment with a very good location! Walking distance to everything, easy to get from Milan airport by public transport, and very easy to check in. We are very pleased with our stay☺️

The place was clean and in a perfect location. There is a grocery store right below the building, and plenty of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The lake is only about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes away on foot. The only downside was that we had to pick up and return the keys at a different building, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, both at check-in and check-out. This was a bit inconvenient, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The elevator was also out of service on the day we checked out. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great and comfortable Airbnb in Como with responsive hosts. Place was very clean on arrival and in a great location, pretty much 2 mins from the centre. Apartment is also super spacious.

Central location, beautifully renovated flat with all amenities. I found communication pre-arrival useful. However I must say that key collection is from a different address as is dropoff, which may be uncomfortable to some. They also do advanced check before arrival (video call), which I didn’t mind.

Everything was great, place just like in photos. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, and everything is within walking distance. The building has an elevator, which was very important for us as we were traveling with a child and a stroller. Excellent apartment and a great stay

A very nice and clean apartment in the centre of Como, which corresponded to the description in the listing. Communication with the hosts was friendly, responsive and reliable. The check-in instructions were very precise, and we were able to check in independently and flexibly. However, the check-in was rather complicated, with the prior video call and the scavenger hunt-like key collection.

The apartment is very nice and super central. You can get to the water and the pedestrian zone quickly. We had no trouble falling asleep, but it's worth noting that the flat is on the street and by the railway tracks. Communicating with the host was very easy!

Large, very well-equipped, clean and modern flat. Very close to the Duomo and the city centre, as well as the train station and the lake – a 5-minute walk from all of these. Good communication from the host. Everything was great.

Lovely flat, exactly as it was shown in the photos. Overall the flat was very clean, however unfortunately there were some unwashed tumblers in the cupboard which wasn’t very nice. There is some noise from the road but overnight this wasn’t a problem and the bed was extremely comfy! Really good location, only about 5 mins walk from the lake and plenty of good restaurants in the area. Prior to our travel there was a video call that had to be made the day before departure which we’ve never had to do before. There was also an extra collection/return point for the keys but this wasn’t too far away but worth noting if you are travelling with heavy luggage. We did find the entrance gate difficult to open initially, but we persevered and got in eventually.

Great place to stay! Clean, spacious, comfortable. We had 3 guest and would have been comfortable with a fourth. Location is a bit outside the center of Como (less than 5 min walk), very convenient to train station and felt safe at night.

Great location. Spacey, clean and easy to get to everywhere. Key pickup was an extra step, gated entrance lacked instruction, apartment was a challenge to find initially. Overall a great place and value.

We spent a week at this apartment in Como. It was in a great location, walkable to just about anywhere in Centro and Como Borghi. The host was very flexible with check-in and check-out, accommodating us by meeting us at the apartment for check-in since we were coming from Como San Giovanni station with large luggage. Bed was very comfortable. Having a separate clothes dryer was very nice, especially since this is almost unheard of in Italy!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was just as advertised - maybe even better! It was very close to everything you need, and feels a very safe place to stay. The hosts are AMAZING! We had a lovely welcome and key hand over, their instructions for entering the property were also fantastic. They are also super responsive and the whole stay felt very homely. The apartment honestly made our trip - I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Como. The space was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. Fab apartment! Could not fault it, we stayed for 4 nights while visiting Como and Milan. It was the perfect base, very close to como centre, the lake and the train station. Lovely, very spacious and very modern apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, very good shower, well equipped kitchen, and good shutters in the bedroom to keep out noise and light from outside! Will definitely be back if we come to visit the area again.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious, it looked exactly like in the photos. It is close to the port, railway station and bus stops. There is also a cafe and a shop a few steps away.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a perfect (and quite spacious) apartment. Absolutely spotless and very well equipped for cooking your own food / eating at home. Couldn’t ask for more. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.
