The space

The Suite can host 4 guests. There is a loft bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the downstairs living area.
If larger groups of people wish to spend time in Como city together, Suite Tigli can be connected with Suite Funicolare through the opening of a door.

There is an elevator in the building, but the apartment is not suitable for permanent wheelchair users. There are stairs in the apartment, leading up to the loft.

Como's historic center is mainly a pedestrian area. You can reach Palazzo Visconti by car to unload your luggage, but the nearest parking lot is in Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment. You can only park within the blue stripes. You can pay at the parking meter that issues the ticket for the parking space to be placed on the dashboard of the car, or you can use the “Easy Park” app, and the payment time slot is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are also indoor paid car parks in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

We had a great time in Lake Como. This Airbnb was in a great location. Very easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Very easy check-in process. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

The apartment is very nice and central. Communication was always very efficient and they were very kind in allowing us to leave our bags on the day we left, as we had some time to kill. We would definitely go back!

Incredible location right next to Piazza del Duomo. The apartment was clean and tidy and the host was always responsive and helpful.

In order to access the property, you will need to complete the online check-in form (where photographs of the passports of ALL members staying will be requested) and in addition you are required to sign the lease agreement for tourist use. Until this is completed, you won't be able to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 p.m. and check-out after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorized), an additional amount will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that we will send.
