We loved this place in Como! We stayed with our baby twins so it was nice to have a lot of space and a lift (difficult to find). The view was amazing and great location! We just walked everywhere including the train stations. We only had a little misinformation about the cot cost but they were amazing to respect the initial information that we had. Very detailed check in process but as expected of a company that look after their place.

We had a great time in Como. The apartment is in the center of the city. Ideal for exploring the town. Good food and shopping nearby. Great terrace for relaxing evenings with a view of the lake!

The location and view at the apartment was awesome! Loved the terrace and all the windows. However there should be a note about the stairs, its on the 6th floor and there is an elevator but its very tiny and then you still need to walk up about a flight of stairs which with a baby was difficult. The bathroom was also not ideal, you basically had to stand with your face against the wall to shower which made it very uncomfortable. Other then This had a very nice time in Lake Como

What an amazing place to stay in Como. You couldn't be in a better location in my opinion. The apartment is a penthouse suite with a deck the size of a football field! :) ... with 180 Degree views and looking directly out over the lake and mountains it's quite surreal. You are a block off the lake and right down at the center of town with everything you need at your doorstep. Very walkable neighbourhood and right in the middle of the Como arm of the lake should you decide you want to walk up either side. For a one bedroom suite the layout is quite roomy and nice as there is separation between the rooms and the outdoor space making for a relaxing stay. The folks @ My Home In Como were super friendly and always responsive if needing anything. Very clear instructions on getting in to the apartment and even a quick video call to welcome us on the train on the way there. We absolutely loved our stay there and the value was incredible ... recommended and we would stay again.

The place was not as nice as pictured. The carpet in the main area is dirty. There are zero amenities, not even a couple pods of coffee to get you started. The terrace is huge, but lacks warmth and decor to make it inviting. Hair in shower drain. The location is walkable and in the most of everything which is nice. But you have to go to an off site location to get the keys which makes it more hassle than is necessary.

What an incredible place! The apartment was perfectly described, easy to access, and very clean upon entry. The location is amazing and there is truly no way to describe how wonderful the private rooftop terrace is. My wife and I spent any down time we had while exploring Como on the outside chairs siping wine or espressos, just soaking the view in. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice location - close to the ferry, restaurants, cafes, train station, and supermarket. It is also spacious with a huge balcony. Communication with the host was also very easy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in como. The check in/check out process felt a bit excessive and frustrating. I did not like being required to have a video call before they’d send checkin instructions. Aside from that the home was very pretty and the terrace is unbelievable with amazing views. It’s in a great location, center of everything, and would overall recommend just be aware checkin is a bit convoluted.

A perfect como location - walking distance to everthing. The 2 terraces were great. We used them everyday….to drink coffee in the morning and to chill out in the evening. The place was cool with 3 fans. Didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioner. My son (23 years old who slept on the living room sofa bed) and I (slept in the bedroom) shared the space and we were very comfortable.

Amazing apartment!! Even better than the photos, so spacious, huge terrace with amazing view, very clean, located in the center 1 minute walking from the lake but very quiet. I really felt at home there from the first minute, hope to comeback there in the future!

We loved spending time at this AirBnb! It was very large and the terrace had the most amazing views. It’s in the heart of the city so easy access to many restaurants, bar and close to ferry and the lake. Building access takes a bit to get used to and you need your keys to get in and out of the building as well. Don’t lock yourself in the building when leaving keys in the place!

First of all, just wow! The pictures in the listing look nice but do not come close to how amazing the terrace views are. Absolutely incredible 360 degree views from one of the highest buildings in town. The terrace is huge! Awesome spot for aperitivo and watching sunset. The apartment itself is a very good size, with everything you need. It is a great location, close to everything. The My Home in Como team is easy to work with, communicated frequently prior and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Nic even met us at the train station to hand us our keys to make our logistics a little easier. We would stay there again without hesitation!

I booked this apartment for the terrace and it is definitely worth it. The place is clean, spacious, with lots of light. You do everything in Como by walking around, even the trainstation is 10min away. I will not think twice and book this place again when I'm back!

My husband and I loved staying here! The place was walkable to the best parts of Como and was so neat and private. This was our favorite place to stay and the host was very responsive and helpful with everything! We loved it and will definitely be coming back! :)

What a great spot !! So centrally located, close to everything. The waterfront, train stations , grocery store, restaurants all just a few steps away. We looked forward to coming back to the apartment and its beautiful views and terrace at the end of a busy day exploring. The unit had everything you could need and was very spacious. The host was always available and responded very quickly. They even reached out just to check on us. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient for getting to all of the things in Como we wanted to do and the view from the roof was excellent. I give it 4 stars for a few reasons. We found a couple small details missing, such as the room lacked the number of espresso pods we expected for 2 guests that were staying 3 nights. It was also very hot during our stay and we were only able to find 1 fan, which we found lacking.

Features: The location is very beautiful, the surface is exceptional and will increase your enjoyment and view of the sea and the mountains. Cons: The apartment is dirty with ants and spiders' houses, there is no air conditioning and the apartment is in the roof (sun-driven) and the heat is so hot, there is only a sitting in the lounge with a chair and a modest bed of sleep.

The location is truly amazing, the walk from the train station wasn't bad at all even with 2 luggage. it's a stone throw away from the ferry stop as well so it's great if you need to be at the ferry terminal early. the rooftop is a great place to just chill and soak up the sun or star gaze after a long day out. there was only 1 fan in the apartment but if you open all the windows, you won't even need it. finally, there's an express Carrefour nearby so you can get anything you need easily. all in all, an easy and definite recommendation if you're in Como :)

Perfect location. The terrace is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. There was no air conditioning but you were able to get a nice breeze through the house when the windows or doors were opened on both sides. There is an elevator to the sixth floor and then you have one flight of stairs to the penthouse. There’s a great selection of cafes and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and the boats are about a 3 minute walk. I had a few questions about the recycling bins and received very quick responses. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

This property was exactly what we wanted for our trip! Three people fit comfortably and the location was close to everything! The patio and open window concept was so beautiful for the time of year we were there (June) and we loved having a place so private and serene!! On top of all of that, the hosts were easy to communicate with and made the whole process wonderful!!

Wow! Loved this apartment! Incredible view and convenient location to public transport and Como cathedral. The check-in process did require some walking from a local Plaza, but overall, would highly recommend. Very clean and well equipped. Did a load of laundry and the storm shutters were clutch during a wind and rainstorm.

handing over the keys a little complicated (error in the key set available at the lockbox which is not directly in the residence, we had to turn around, not obvious with 2 children and the suitcases) but the host was responsive. apart from that, the apartment is large, bright, and very well placed! the terrace overlooking the lake is great! attention the apartment is on the 6th floor, there is a (small) elevator, but there is one floor to walk up (not obvious in stroller). The double bed is fine, but the sofa bed is rather small and not very comfortable. the water pressure is low. in the end the stay was very satisfactory for us.

We had a great stay in Como. The place was better than it looked in the listing. The view from the patio was amazing. A short walk to either train station. Everything you could want is in walking distance. Super friendly host met us there for check in. I would highly recommend.

Great location. Perfect. Clean no issues. Was a little odd the host met us and showed us around but we never would have found it without it. So I understand after the fact! Check in was a little confusion due to that fact. All in all great experience

We love the stay! The apartment is super comfortable and the view is beautiful! The town hall would once again be on a new trip!! I do not recommend driving because we had a bad experience to park in the city. And I recommend confirming first how to get the keys, ending up going to the wrong place and we had to walk a bit with the bags around the city.

The most beautiful views of the lake! We were there at the start of the Christmas festivities and the market stands were right across the street from the stalls. The ferry stop is also a quick 5 minute walk. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lake Como!
