You can pay at the parking meter, which issues a ticket to place on your car's dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" app. There are also paid covered parking options in the city: "VALDUCE" on Viale Lecco, "JASCA" in Piazza Volta, "CENTRO LAGO" on Via Recchi, and "TRIBUNALE" on Via Auguadri.

We had a pleasant stay in this nicely furnished apartment, which is well located and equipped with everything needed. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch, and the luggage storage boxes conveniently located nearby were very useful, especially before check-in and after check-out. Communication was friendly, although not always very quick. Check-in was a little complicated, involving ID registration, a video call, several communication steps and a key box. We could also hear some noise from the neighbours early in the morning and a dog barking for quite a while. Unfortunately, cleanliness could be improved. The floor was quite dusty, as mentioned in previous reviews, and the bedroom ceiling fan was covered in dust. The soap dispenser also contained only water. These are small but important details that should be addressed. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and enjoyed exploring beautiful Como!

Great location close to restaurants and the city center, and the balcony offers a wonderful view. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The check-in was clunky, and upon arrival, the main fuse had blown, leaving us without AC or internet. The circuit breaker tripped again when we used the washing machine. Cleanliness was a major problem: the floor was very dusty, there were dust bunnies under the furniture, long hairs on the bathroom floor, and a strange smell in the apartment. Soundproofing is also poor, as we could hear the neighbors clearly. It’s a nice spot, but it needs better maintenance and a thorough cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Via Alessandro Manzoni 10/E, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the pick up point by 10:00 am. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the pick-up point, a sum of €50 will be required.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
