"Villa Vica" is an elegant independent villa in the quiet village of Musso, on the western shore of Lake Como. Treat yourself to a romantically flavoured holiday in this splendid residence surrounded by the greenery of the extensive furnished garden, offering unforgettable views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Enchanting glimpses that will remain forever in your memory. Moreover, the villa provides direct access to a lakeside promenade. The interior spaces are spacious and bright.

The space

This two-story villa comfortably accommodates up to eight people, making it suitable for a large family or a group of friends. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms - one double and two with two single beds each. Also on the ground floor, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine. On the first floor, there is a living area with a separate kitchen and a lounge with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, another double bedroom, and another bathroom with a bathtub.

Once you have parked your car near the property, you can access the villa in just a few seconds on foot. There are stairs inside the villa that lead from the ground floor to the first floor.
Near the property, there are free public parking spaces, both on the main road and in an area located down the main road alongside the property's garden.
There is no air conditioning, but you can use fans to cool the rooms.
Every morning from 6 to 7, the garden irrigation system operates. Therefore, we remind guests not to leave items outside that could get wet.
Every Thursday afternoon at 4, the gardeners arrive for the maintenance of green areas - usually for an hour and a half.

We had a wonderful time in Como with our family of seven! The door that provided direct access to the swimming pool from the house was fantastic. The kitchen was also well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Parking two cars was easy and convenient as well. There were a few occasional power outages, but the electricity always came back on quickly. Since the building is quite old, the drainage was sometimes slow. This was especially noticeable on the first floor, where we had to wait quite a while for the water to drain after brushing our teeth. If this issue could be fixed, I think it would make the stay even more comfortable for future guests. There were table tennis paddles and stand-up paddleboards stored in the garage. If these were made available for guests to use and the equipment were improved or supplemented, it would make the stay even more enjoyable and provide guests with more opportunities for fun. Overall, would definitely love to come back again

The villa is incredibly beautiful, the views are stunning and there is direct lake access from the gate. We really loved the surroundings! Inside, it was clean and well looked after and we had everything we needed. The bus stop is right outside although we’d recommend hiring a car to get around as the buses are limited. Our host was very communicative and helpful. The only downside for us was that the bar next door played very loud music until 2am on the Friday and Saturday evenings, which spoiled the otherwise very peaceful atmosphere.
