Location - Location - Location. That was a dream. Get out of the house and a few meters down the street and you're on the promenade. The apartment is very dark and the street noise at night was not so great. We couldn't recover well. Each time we dealt with a different employee - that doesn't make the travel experience special - especially when you look at bored faces that don't even ask if we had a nice stay when returning the keys. Picking up the keys on site, we didn't like it so much and we always had to take the car to a parking garage, because the parking spaces on site are for residents or limited. I would prefer an apartment with parking soon. In addition, the apartment is very dark, so you are always happy to go out. I would not book the apartment again.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
