We had a wonderful stay in Como. The location was absolutely outstanding — perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The only downside was that the flat was quite dark, and we did find the keys a bit of a nightmare to work at times, which was frustrating. That said, these were minor issues compared with all the positives. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Como.

Excellent service! The accommodation is quiet and peaceful, with clean bedding and clean linen. The shower seals need a little maintenance, there's a loose drawer, and there are a few minor issues that could make it a 5-star place! Otherwise everything was perfect! The host is very kind and makes sure to provide excellent service. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Comfortable, in an great location, and has great AC so perfect for summers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend - but had to dock a bit because while tidy, it is in need of a deeper clean.

We've stayed at Il Lauro, Como Lago. it was easy to pickup the keys to the apartment as it was near the train station. The apartment is exactly as described and the photos. Location is good, plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, supermarket too. Ferry tickets office and piers are all within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Apartment furnished as in the photos, rather dark but you have everything you need. Very good location - you can explore so much on foot. Communication very friendly, fast & uncomplicated.

The apartment was great overall, very good location close to the lake and city center of Como. The listing said they had a washer and we tried the keys they gave us and none of them worked. It was a bit of a pain finally getting them to come and get the right key but was eventually figured out. We ran out of toilet paper the last night we were they’re and they said that what was there was all they would provide, that would be fine had they told us that was all we would get, but there is no market open past 8 pm close by. Overall a good stay.

Stay as a family with 2 small kids (baby + toddler) + great location + corresponding to the picture but a bit old - a bed was broken - floors were not clean, our feet were all black, so you can imagine for the kids… The rental agency offered to come clean again, and finally didn’t come do it… we got a lot of messages and apologies but no action. When asking for a compensation, they delivered us a bottle of wine……… nothing to come repair the bed. Would definitely NOT recommend booking with MyHomeInComo !

Good location with everything within quick walkable distance. Restaurants, ferry service, supermarkets and walking near the lake. Good bedrooms, excellent air conditioning and good size kitchen and bathroom with excellent hot and cold water pressure. Recommend stay to others.

We had a great time here! The space was welcoming and comfortable. The AC worked great to combat the summer heat. We were just a short walk away from the lake, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

The unbeatable location, close to everything you need for our stay, and a very quiet area. It was a success!! A not insignificant aspect for the summer, that despite the temperatures of 30°C, the apartment always remained cool, with very little air conditioning.

We absolutely loved the place, location, accommodations etc were amazing! What we didn’t like was My Home In Como staff. Ridiculous that we had to walk a mile in the pouring rain to get keys! I hope the owner gets a new company to run her rental.

Very bad host. The check-in location is far from the residence. Bad employees. The location of the apartment was sent incorrectly, far from the rented apartment, and no apology or compensation was made. When checking out at 11 pm, we noticed a person trying to open the door of the apartment. When the door was opened, one of the apartment's employees appeared and said, "You are leaving now, as if I did not rent." I don't recommend dealing with them at all

Location - Location - Location. That was a dream. Get out of the house and a few meters down the street and you're on the promenade. The apartment is very dark and the street noise at night was not so great. We couldn't recover well. Each time we dealt with a different employee - that doesn't make the travel experience special - especially when you look at bored faces that don't even ask if we had a nice stay when returning the keys. Picking up the keys on site, we didn't like it so much and we always had to take the car to a parking garage, because the parking spaces on site are for residents or limited. I would prefer an apartment with parking soon. In addition, the apartment is very dark, so you are always happy to go out. I would not book the apartment again.

Top location, directly on the lake. Everything can be reached on foot. Despite the proximity to living, very calm. Perfect place for Como. Only the parking space was not that easy, but that should not be an obstacle 5 out of 5 points!

Very clean apartment, well arranged, quiet. A 5-minute walk from the historic center of Como and right next to the funicular for Brunate and Lake Como. Bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge, an appreciable attention after a long trip. Responsive and very friendly host.

Great apartment, close to the lake and all that Como has to offer. Fillipo was great to deal with. We arrived a bit early and the cleaning personnel let us drop our stuff off and we were off to the store. Great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this stunning property! The location is perfect, nestled between a delightful gelato shop and some of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. While Como can feel busy, this magical spot near the water offers such a peaceful and beautiful escape. The house itself is incredibly spacious and gorgeous. One thing I’d suggest improving is the clarity around the laundry directions. The brochure mentions a glass door, but in the DMs, they referenced a wooden door, and I never quite found it. A more accurate description would be really helpful! Also, a heads-up to future guests—bug spray would be a great addition, as we got quite a few mosquito bites just standing in the garden area. All love though! The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, and I would definitely stay here again!

Parking was originally included but then removed. The team then sorted us out but the locks had been changed and no one had checked. The host eventually provided the keys but not with super clear instructions which meant we wasted a bit of time. However beyond that the place was in a good location, host was responsive and the apartment had a bit of items stocked - no olive oil/salt/pepper

Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars - they earn much more!!! The location of the apartment is perfect - quiet and yet only a few steps to the lake, as well as the city with pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants............ within a few minutes walking distance. The amenities are perfect, modern and appealing - plenty of towels, sheets and extra pillows and blankets (which we didn't need at 35°C) - the air conditioners in all rooms guaranteed a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds - In short, a perfect apartment with a great host who always responded promptly to questions (e.g. recommendations).

Magical! The view you get ifrom your spacious terrace is unbeatable! It's much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Spacious unit for your enjoyment, you have everything you need. This is the first time I see dryer when traveling in Europe :) My home in Como team do great job by providing very detailed instructions for your seamless check in. I cannot recommmend enough this wonderful place. Thank you 🙏🏻

The location of the famous accommodation is very convenient. There is food around. The lake is just a few steps away. The place is clean and tidy. There are flowers in the yard.

We had trouble finding the lockbox, but our contact responded immediately, was very friendly and extremely helpful, and afterwards proactively asked how we were doing. The accommodation was perfect, and we highly recommend it.

Lovely brand new apartment. Very quiet and clean. Lovely surrounding. Team was very responsive and proactive. The hot water adjustments was a bit not right and they quickly attended and fixed it. The only thing which can be personal was that we wish it was a bit brighter with direct sunlight inside. But again it is personal. The place has a parking which is super helpful in Como. Entrance to parking was through a very tight street and it was a bit tricky for us as we ended up in a Peugeot 3008 instead of a small car we requested. So first attempts were challenging but I figured it out shortly.
