I had an exceptional stay at this apartment. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the center, with everything just a short walk away, which made my trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and every detail felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. Thanks

The accommodation is spacious and the garage is a real plus, very convenient. On the other hand, several points need to be improved: the dishes were extremely dirty (with food leftovers on some plates), the sink drain in the bathroom was blocked, and there was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed. In addition, the booking process is quite cumbersome, with a lot of documents to provide and several steps to validate. Too bad, because the accommodation has potential, but maintenance and management could be significantly improved.

Great location in the heart of Como. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants, shops and the train station. Hosts are very responsive.

Escape room experience. First problem, access to the key. We had to make a video call with all 6 tenants present to access the instructions, but without a riddle, we just had to insist 4 times. We were two families and one of them arrived in Como at 11:00. We asked to enter before 3pm as it was 38 degrees. It couldn't be, okay, but wait until 3:00 p.m. to send the instructions?? They only gave us one set of keys, thank goodness we all got along and coordinated the departures and arrivals for the 7 days. The shower in the bathtub had a broken rubber and water was coming out everywhere, it was impossible to use, so we had a shower for 6. We told them and they told us to go to their office for another one, seriously, on a DIY holiday? There was only one induction pan, so we had to decide how to use it so as not to get stuck at dinner. They responded well when we had trouble with the dryer, they answered us. Otherwise, good.

Beautiful, large apartment in a terrific location! Hosts were very responsive. Place was immaculately clean. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. A washer plus dryer was great, especially while traveling with a baby. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious apartment, steps from old town Como, good restaurants and the ferry port. Can comfortably accommodate 3 adult couples. Communicative and helpful staff from booking through checkout. Highly recommended.

Wonderful and friendly host during our stay, helped us recommend places to go in Como as a first timer. The rooms were spacious, newly renovated and homey, and the kitchens are filled with utensils if you ever need to eat-in. The location is close to the city center and Como's dock, so everything is super accessible. Unfortunately, the toilets were a little faulty on its shower and sink. Other than this, we had an amazing stay in Como.

Open, spacious apartment that had lots of storage and felt comfortable and homely. We enjoyed our stay, we were 3 adults and 1 child and there was heaps of space and more! Host was great, easy to communicate with and friendly. Apartment was a short walk to the centre, and had a small park across the road for little kids. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing. Not only was it as described it was even better. The entire apparment was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable. There were TVs in all rooms and great AC. Our host was responsive and made sure we were checked in to the property without any issues. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and truly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Como.
