Surprisingly the apartment itself was newly refurbished, everything was in pristine condition and the fact that it had 2 bathrooms was a bonus, as there was 5 of us. It was walking distance to both train stations and ferry terminal, there is a supermarket just outside the apartment and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops . Would recommended 100 % .

It is a modern, stylish apartment in a beautiful newly renovated building. It is in the hystorical city centre, but it is a very quiet place. The bedclothes and the matrice have good quality. There is air conditioning, ventilation system, smart home system. The apartment was crystal clear. I hope we will return here. Thank you for the possibility to spend time in this apartment.

I would stay in the same place if I went again. The house is lovely, the beds are very comfortable. The location is very central. Very clean and tidy.

The apartment is clean and very very nice. Everything is new and maintained. It had everything we needed.. Location is great. There is also free parking at 8-10minwalking distance. I hope for our next visit to Como to stay in there again. Highly recommend. Thanks to the hosts and see you soon!

Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.
