The accommodation is very close to the city centre and the lake, having a private place for the car (considering the prices of parking) is definitely very, very advantageous.

The property is very centrally located. You can explore Como completely on foot from there. The car park is a 5-minute walk from the property. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy at night (until half past 2) in the street and you could hear it in the apartment, as it is not particularly well insulated against sound. All in all, however, it is a top accommodation.

Great location to enjoy the Dolce Vita in the old city center. Crowdy streets at times but very well isolated (not a noise in the flat). Wine and cocktails bars a few meters away if a drinking night is what you're looking for. Tons of great restaurants too. And the Nuvola brioche in Beretta bakery is to die for. You need to try it! Smells a bit like a wine cave, but we got used to it quickly. Just a bit overwhelming when first entering. The check-in process is quite convoluted (many steps including video chats, getting the keys is not very practical as you cannot park easily next to it, etc), but all is well explained and went very smoothly.

Central, quiet location, a stone's throw from clubs and shops; well furnished, simple but modern and with very good taste. Everything works and there is everything you need to be able to stay even longer. Highly recommended

The apartment is very nice and clean, the location is also great. However, in my opinion, the check is far too complex and complicated. Photos of the IDs and a video call are required. Why isn't one of the two things enough? You have to go to 3 different addresses: one address to pick up the key, one address for parking and one address for the Airbnb itself. Why not just use a lockbox for an Airbnb? The fact that Airbnb does not have a parking space cannot be changed, but I do not understand having the key box separately at a different address. To do this, you have to go back to the address at checkout instead of simply leaving the key in the Airbnb. As I said, the apartment itself is very nice, as is the location, the whole process around it is very complex. Therefore, unfortunately, 5 stars are not possible.

The check-in procedures are complicated, starting with a video call for guests, and then the journey to get the key from a location, the parking in another location, and the apartment in another location as well, and it is not close to each other. It is not suitable for families or for those who have many or large bags because they will have to walk a distance to reach the apartment. The apartment is clean and its location is beautiful, but the aforementioned must be modified

The location is perfect. Unfortunately, you have to get the key at station 1, then drive on to park and then walk to the apartment with your suitcase and, in our case, three children. The apartment is very modern, but also a little poorly thought out. There were no storage areas in the bathroom, no towel and toilet paper holder. When the ventilation in the bathroom was on, you couldn't understand your own words.

You'll love it. The unit itself is obviously gorgeous...all the furnishings and amenities are modern, and the vaulted ceiling is an ever-present reminder that you're in the heart of the old town. Phenomenal restaurants and cafes are literally a few steps away. It's great to have a central location to come and relax after exploring the city and the lake.

Fantastic loft in the heart of the entertainment district of Como, very modern, even with home automation for lighting control. Equipped with everything you need for four people, very clean and with new furniture and appliances. You can access the city's most important leisure area as soon as you step out onto the street. It's my favorite apartment of all the ones I've visited, highly recommended. They also offer free parking in an outdoor car park 5 minutes from the apartment, it has everything!!! The team answers your questions quickly, and they are very friendly. The port of Lake Como is a 6-minute walk away, highly recommended

We had a problem because the parking keys were not there, but it was solved immediately. The apartment is as described. We appreciate having some basics such as coffee capsules or washing machine detergent, although we could not get the dryer to work (in case you want to check it). The windows are not easily accessed to open unless you climb on a chair. It is right in the center of Como to get everywhere easily, close to cafes and restaurants, there is also a Carrefour Express, etc. new apartment and very well decorated.

The perfect stay! Beautiful, modern apartment just like the photos — recently refurbished, stylish decor, air conditioning throughout and spotless and a spacious duplex layout that we loved. The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee machine with pods, and the complimentary water bottles in the fridge were a thoughtful touch. The shower was excellent, with provided amenities, and having a washer/dryer was incredibly convenient for a final load of laundry before heading home. Both the bed and sofa bed were super comfy. The apartment had great WiFi and Netflix/streaming options available, which made relaxing in the evenings easy. The location couldn’t have been better — right in central Como, a 7-minute walk to the lake and close to restaurants and shops. Bonus: Sephora is just 2 minutes away! The host communicated well and even met us at San Giovanni station with the keys. Welcome pack provided was detailed and helpful. Highly recommended —we’d happily stay again!

Excellent location and a parking space nearby, it doesn't get any better. Otherwise, very clean and everything you need is available. Only the mattress could be better, but that is a matter of opinion and above all whining at a high level. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The Airbnb was very clean and in a very good & quiet location. Upon arrival, we had to turn on the power switch ourselves, would have expected that to be done when checking in. But I was helped well here via FaceTime. It was disappointing that we had to check out at 10:00 am. Until check-in, the scheduled check-out was at 12:00. This was probably adjusted at check-in. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Such a good location, staff were very helpful! All I would say is the office is a bit tucked away, and if you are driving then take into account that the parking is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. All in all, we loved it and would stay again!

The apartment was in the middle of Como with only 1 or 2 minutes walk to the main streets. Perfect location! The parking space was a 5-minute walk away, but the walk is nice and quiet through the park and nice streets. The only minor issue is that when you turn on the main light switch in the bathroom, you also turn on the fan, which makes an extremely loud noise and takes a few minutes to turn off. Fortunately, there are several light switches😊 Recommended

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment in the historic area of Como, and it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old town, just steps away from charming shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. One of the biggest perks was the free car parking, which is a huge bonus in such a central area. It made our stay so much more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Como

The place was just like in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous, everything was super clean and smelled well, new furniture and the quality of everything is just top notch! Location of the apartment is absolutely amazing, lots of restaurants and places to go to in walking distance, private parking was a big help and it's really close to the apartment. Host was absolutely amazing, responded to our request quickly and was always helpful. Absolutely would come back to this exact apartment when i'm back in Como.

My Home's place in Como in Como was very nice and well equipped. The location in the old town was great. The apartment as well as the building has been newly renovated, it is all new and had everything you need for a nice stay. You could easily walk to Como and surroundings. It was very quiet day and night, you could sleep well, no ambient noise. Checking in and out works without problems with a key box, you can get the instructions beforehand by email and everything is described wonderfully. The hosts are not on site and cannot be reached in person, but they can be contacted via app and email. You could park in a locked parking lot. It should be kept in mind that the parking lot is about 10 minutes from the accommodation. You can drive to the accommodation (pedestrian zone old town), but this is not recommended, so we took our luggage from there. Overall, we can recommend the property.
