We absolutely loved our stay in Argegno! The apartment was right in the town square next to all of the cafes, bars and restaurants. The balcony with the view of the lake was amazing and we loved sitting out there. We really enjoyed how quiet Argegno was compared to other towns on the lake - it was like our own little piece of paradise! The ferry and bus stop was right out the front, which made it super easy for us to visit other lakeside towns and also to get to Argegno from Como. The size of the apartment was also very generous - plenty of space to spread out! Would highly recommend this wonderful air bnb!

We liked the flat because it was located in the central area, on a very nice little square with restaurants close by and even a grocery shop, which was very practical and useful. Close to transport links – we had a rental car, but even so, there was paid parking just a few minutes from the accommodation. The flat was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There were three of us: two adults and a three-year-old child. The living room sofa had been made up for us to sleep on, but it was quite uncomfortable, so we were lucky that the bed in the bedroom was spacious enough for all of us to rest together. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay there.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was just like in the pictures – clean, fresh and very cozy. The host was incredibly friendly, available and gave us many good tips on things to do in the area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped, making it easy to cook at home. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it to others!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern, with all amenities you could need. Being from the UK we had to use the extension cord in the kitchen to use our power adapters, but that wasn’t an issue as there were plenty of sockets on the adapter to use. The apartment is also the perfect base for exploring the rest of the lake, with the ferry port just steps away. Vanessa was so friendly, responsive and flexible on check-in when we couldn’t get tickets for our intended ferry from Como. She provided a large list of bar and restaurant recommendations in the area and these were all great!

Fantastic flat right in the heart of the piazza - Argegno's village center! Very clean and elegant with windows on both sides; the sitting room faces the piazza and the bedroom looks to the river - great cross breeze and patios! Vanessa was very accommodating and check-in/check-out process was easy and hassle-free! Definitely will want to return to this location when we return!

Apartment is very nicely renovated. Great kitchen appliances, comfy and big bed. Beautifully decorated and an inviting bathroom. Unfortunately, we were woken up by the construction site dishes next door at 7:45 pm on Monday. Electricity is also not optimal. When we got home after an evening trip, the fuse was turned off and the fridge was warm. Too bad for the drinks and food.

A gem on Lake Como!! We LOVED our stay here - the Airbnb is perfect. Has everything you need, comfy bed, amazing shower and amazing views. The apartment is right in the center of town but it’s never noisy once you have the windows closed. Town itself is also small so it’s hard for it to be too loud 😂 there are two narrow flights of stairs up to the place, we were fine with our bags but could be hard with larger luggage. At least you only have to do it twice! The ferry comes steps from the apartment and we also rented a boat from the hosts recommended vendor and it was the highlight of our trip. Restaurants are great and staff there makes you never want to leave lake como. We will be back!

We say to you for a couple of days. The home was very lovely and relatively newly renovated. It is in great shape. There are lots of restaurants at the main square which I really great 👍 The host took care of our parking situation by providing us with tickets, which was extraordinary. Unfortunately, we experience some construction noise from the apartment next door.

This made an excellent base. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. Very clean, and contemporary style. Argegno is an excellent place to stay, definitely one of the less touristy towns. Whilst there may be tourists staying there, I didn’t see any of the shops selling rubbish that were everywhere in Varenna. It felt ‘real’. I would very happily stay here again.

This property is in a fantastic location, right above the main front of Argegno and moments away from the lido, ferry and great restaurants. The property unfortunately had a relatively major issue with a leak from the bathroom but the local representative and team at MHC were very good at trying to resolve it. The balcony is amazing in the morning and the property was very clean. It was also comfortable but note that it does not have air conditioning. The bedroom was spacious and living room/kitchen well equipment. The bathroom left a little to be desired with some paint peeling off the ceiling, no window and an issue with the shower. The noise from the main front is quite loud in the evenings but it felt like we were in the middle of all the fun with live music playing into the night (making dinner on the balcony very enjoyable - would recommend getting a pizza from the local pizza shop and having it on the balcony while the sun sets). If the leak issue was resolved then I would happy stay there simply for the location!

We had a perfect long weekend in Argegno! The apartment had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the buzz of local life below. Local amenities, cafe and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. Great communication throughout from the host and lots of recommendations at check in. Would highly recommend a stay here!
