The place is in a great location. Despite its location close to the city centre, it is genuinely quiet. It is as shown in the pictures. Check-in is easy, but you have to make a video call beforehand to get the information.

The flat was cosy and had everything we needed. During the night, it was a bit bright, as the headlights shone directly onto the front door, which had integrated windows that could not be darkened. Strange smell in the bathroom.

Excellent location!! Close to supermarkets, the city center and Como Borghi station. The accommodation was as shown in the pictures, with a quick check-in, a comfortable apartment and a lot of security as it is part of an apartment complex. I highly recommend it!!

Super chic loft behind the old city wall with its own locked courtyard , no staircase , super easy !! You're almost right in the city !! Betty was super reliable and explained everything super!! Always happy to do so !!

The location is good but there is one tiny insignificant detail. The loft is situated next to some kind of nursery or school which can become quite uncomfy when you like to sleep longer on your vacation. Also I'm not sure how the sockets were working because it was impossible to use all the electric gear inside the ( European things) with allegedly European sockets. Good that I had my 3in1 adapter 🙄 It's also impossible to change the temperature inside but the bed is extremely comfortable which is a huge positive. Also i banged my head couple of times into the construction beam over the toilet entrance but that hiw it is when you are 6'5".Overall I'd give 4 stars

The location is convenient. The home is very clean. I felt comfortable & very safe staying here! Great check in support and Daniela & Yuri were very prompt and provided excellent client relations and guidance!

Apartment matches photos and description, pleasant, design and very well-equipped. Close to the city center and all amenities. We feel really good there. For our part, we regret a little the lack of communication and communication with our host, who in reality feels more like an overflowed rental agency and therefore neglect the relationship with its customers. No recommendations on the good addresses of Como. And an unanswered message attempt. Check in at 4pm and Check out at 10am are a little harsh considering the price.

The place was great! Perfect location to explore the old town of Como. The parking spot was not available when we arrived but Betty helped us find an alternative parking and reimbursed our parking spot. Amazing service!

Great Loft (although its fantastically only a couple of steps to get into the loft, private entrance) def recommend staying here. Its a great space to stay in. I was working. The air con didnt work and daniella tried to fix (the maintenance man couldnt do it) so daniella moved me into another appartment where the air con worked. Thank YOU XX

Daniela's Loft is a great space to base yourself in Como. Only three steps to get into the apartment which is so rare in Como, not lots of flights of stairs dragging luggage ! Perfect !!! Parking if you need it is across the road but charges do apply of course. Kitchen has everything you need. There is the best Japanese TOKYO around the corner. Walking distance to everything is 5 /10 mins. Thai Massage 10 mins walk, supermarket 10 mins walk, literally everything you need is close. The apartment is securely behind the huge old city wall, and the apartment is quiet you wont hear a thing at night !! The bed was lovely and comfortable, was a memory foam one, great bed linen too. Electronic outside Shutters completely make the rooms totally black which was so fantastic too !! The only one problem I had was that the air con didn't work a coupe of times which was not Daniela's fault it was the building's problem, but it made sleeping really difficult it was high season June HOT HOT HOT!! I would def stay again, but I would want confirmation that the air con was working. Daniela & Betty actually made my trip. Thank You Guys <3

The property is in an excellent location in Como with a private and secure courtyard. Everything in Como is accessible by foot and the apartment is centrally located. The apartment is cleverly designed and laid out maximising the space. We loved it. A highly recommendable property for people who wish to stay in Como. Eat in or adventure out, it’s a home away from home, perfect for both.

A well appointed place in a great central location. Really easy to explore Como on foot from here. The place is next to the old city walls and there are markets out front 3 days per week, but not noisy or disturbing. The property is managed professionally and check-in was done seamlessly by Betty, the staff member who attended to us. One downside was that the property is listed with 'airconditioning' but in fact there was only a fan setting on a heater unit - this did not cool the house whatsoever - making the summer nights very hot.

Just a great Loft, clean and nice. It has a lot of free space. We had Betty as hostess. Betty thank’s a lot, very nice, gorgeous lady. She knows everything about Como. By the way, pizza was great.

Beautiful, small accommodation with an excellent location right on the edge of Old Town. Perfect for a shopping and enjoyment weekend in Como. Large market on Saturday and Tuesday right outside the house/courtyard door. Amazingly quiet, as it is located in the courtyard, some buildings are a bit ringing. Super private parking, protected in the courtyard. Very nice and helpful hosts.

The apartment is very good, with everything you need to spend a stay. The location is the best: close to downtown and with a supermarket nearby. The theme of parking is also appreciated and facilitates your stay in Como.

Great apartment in perfect location Cami the host was helpful and nice we had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning but it was out of control by the host and they compensated us definitely comeback on our next visit

Daniela's place is hidden away behind the old city walls and is a very chic apartment nicely furnished and very comfortable. There is secure car parking which is hard to find in Como. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the centre of the Old Town with all its restaurants and shops, and about a 10 minute walk from the lake. It's a great place to stay for business or leisure.

The apartment is very comfortable, well-kept and well located. The overall context is stately, it has a parking space that was fundamental for us. Easily accessible, perfect for visiting the city. We absolutely recommend it. Daniela and Lucia were impeccable!

We had a great weekend in this apartment during our weekend trip to Como. The check-in and -out process was very flexible and friendly. The apartment itself is perfectly located at the edge of the old town, very quiet and safe in a private backyard, and it even comes with a parking spot. Everything was very clean and well equipped. In short: we would stay here again without any question!
