This a a wonderful place to stay. The house is very well equipped, clean and welcoming. The pergola was the favourite outside place to look at the view. Oh, and I did I mention the view? Absolutely spectacular!

The views are unbelievable and the house very spacious. The house is well equipped but is probably due a refresh soon. The host is very responsive and friendly. Unfortunately the parking space is pretty much impossible to navigate without damaging the underneath of your car and risking other damage (and I thought I had a small car). As a result we ended up having to walk up and down the very steep hills or try to get taxis (expensive) and one of our guests had a knee issue. This impacted the trip. The location in terms of proximity to Lenno is excellent and there are a couple of nice restaurants close by. We will certainly be back to the area but will need to find a property with a better parking set up. When considering the parking issues but the great views and amenities the rating is probably a 3.5 but not a 3, so the rating is 4.

Fantastic views, great location, well equipped. Very steep hill when walking from Lenno and the ferry. Car needed.

Really lovely villa with spectacular views of lake como. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We had one issue with the sunbeds and it was resolved within an hour. The villa itself was clean and had everything we needed - would highly recommend

House offers amazing views from the balcony and is quite close to most of the must-see Villas. The host was very friendly and communicative. We drove around in a large van and were quite successful in parking in the garage. The pool required some maintenance and the host was quick to send out a person to clean and fix it. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well.

The villa was perfectly located and the view was spectacular. Our host was quick to respond to any queries we had and made sure niggles were quickly sorted. We always have self catering holidays and this kitchen was the best equipped we've ever had and the beds were very comfortable. Our only negative comment is that the property could do with a refresh as everything was a bit tired but this wouldn't stop us from looking to book this villa again.

My Home in Como were excellent communicators before the holiday and for check-in. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. It was very clean throughout. Three main bathrooms, plus extra toilet, all with plenty of body wash/hand soap /toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked - everything we need to cook in /BBQ. The beds were soft but comfortable. The location gave beautiful views over Como. Nice sized pool. Outdoor table and chairs for relaxed meals. The house is up a steep hill from the village, which meant that by the end of the holiday we were much fitter than at the beginning!

Very good, the accommodation is comfortable and the view is superb, but it must be taken into account that the entrance to the parking lot is really complicated to maneuver (and essential vehicle to get there, the accommodation is at the heights of the city). The concerns we encountered were addressed during the stay and solutions were offered, communication with Silvia was easy and friendly. Thank you!

Beautiful villa with a very nice view to Lago di Como. The villa itself is optimally divided and offers plenty of space. Also the rooms are all clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Culinary, the village offers plenty of dining, grocery stores, and attractions. For 6 people, the villa is ideal and recommended for a relaxed and quiet holiday.

Great home in a great location. Close to the fun towns of Tremezzo, Griante, and Mennagio. Good dining options, things to do (highly recommend renting a boat for 4 hours and seeing the lake that way). Only disappointment was some nit picking but at this price point I expect some extra towels, more than two pillows in a queen size bed, there were many light bulbs burned out (the only light in the hall bath didn’t work so it couldn’t be used after dark). Some instructions on the air conditioning would be good as well, as one of them would not stay on regardless of what setting we put it on- it fully powered off after a few minutes. Otherwise a great spot.

So quiet and beautiful villa. Pool and barbecue, quiet neighbors. It offers a perfect rest. It's on a high hill, so it can be difficult for those who travel on foot, but you can enjoy the scenery that much.

+ The location and view are so beautiful The villa is tidy and spacious Great receptionist Kitchen, blankets and appliances were available - Although this was mentioned in the description, the lack of air conditioning in Fella at this price was very bad Sleeping was very difficult for more than one night despite having fans and opening windows The water in the pool is very cold and without heating despite the heat
