The space

Please note that the villa is located about a ten-minute drive from the city centre. As it is arranged over two floors, there are stairs inside the villa and no lift. The swimming pool is not heated.

We were blown away by this place- exactly like the photos and as described. The view is breathtaking. The area is great- private and just out of it, but then easy to get to places you'll need and to the lake for boat trips etc. Lake Como itself is just stunning with so much to do and see. The plenty of bathrooms made the girl's trip ideal- we never felt on top of one another and it felt super spacious. Everything was clean and charming. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative- we're already planning our next trip to come back- we fell in love with the house and the place! Can't wait to visit again! Thank you.

The views are unbelievable and the house very spacious. The house is well equipped but is probably due a refresh soon. The host is very responsive and friendly. Unfortunately the parking space is pretty much impossible to navigate without damaging the underneath of your car and risking other damage (and I thought I had a small car). As a result we ended up having to walk up and down the very steep hills or try to get taxis (expensive) and one of our guests had a knee issue. This impacted the trip. The location in terms of proximity to Lenno is excellent and there are a couple of nice restaurants close by. We will certainly be back to the area but will need to find a property with a better parking set up. When considering the parking issues but the great views and amenities the rating is probably a 3.5 but not a 3, so the rating is 4.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning. - Turn things off
