We had a wonderful stay in Blevio. The highlight of the house is clearly its stunning view of the lake and its location not far from the centre of Como, but it is also a good starting point for visiting the villages around the lake. We were just a little disappointed by the lack of kitchen equipment (cutlery) and the inoperable freezer. The accommodation would benefit from better finishing touches. We reported these issues. Once these minor fixes have been made, the property will be perfect. 👍🏻

The home is simple but nice. Beautiful view and peaceful. Need Ubers to get to town which can take some time as a little tricky to find but it was a tremendous value. Would stay again!

The location was great, but it’s clear that no one’s around taking care of the property 24/7 so a few things are different than photos. But the setup of the property and location were great.

The place was so perfect. Responsive hosts, a perfect villa. Leaving the place was harder to do so. Definitely will be coming back and booking the same place again. So so worth the price! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful accommodation, the view is beautiful! Very realistic compared to the photos shared. Access is not easy, and unfortunately, during our stay, the parking space next to the property was not accessible. But we found a solution, and besides, for such an impressive view, you have to be aware that it takes a bit of effort. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the centre of Como. We stayed with our 2-year-old son, and we can tell you that the accommodation is perfectly suited and really very well equipped!

Great site for families. First of all: Blevio is a small town (suburb of Como) with narrow streets. However, with a Model Y and some experience, it works, but you should be aware of this. The car park is 50 m away. However, this is not bad to consider when unloading. The accommodation is modern, almost exclusively with IKEA furniture and accessories. The beds are very comfortable and there is a garden with a terrace. The highlight is clearly the view. If you wake up in the morning through the glass doors, you will start the day quite differently. The accommodation also has everything you need, including a blender. Also a hair dryer and towels, everything is there. Overall, it was great and we would come back.

At first glance, the photos make you want and the price suggests a quality service. First of all, the first disappointment regarding the "private parking"... it is actually a single space reserved for this accommodation in a parking lot and you then have to walk about fifty meters before arriving at the accommodation. We had two vehicles so we had to park one much further. For the accommodation, many negative aspects… The cleanliness is not there (greasy kitchen facades, unplugged range hood & unplugged oven, cobwebs and spiders, dead insects in the ceiling light, dust under the bed...). In addition, the finishes of this listing are sloppy (holes and cracks in the walls, paint marks on the windows / walls, no light in the entrance apart from a neon suspended in a corner with exposed wire, sheaths that protrude from the walls, shower tray not waterproof, fingerprints on the walls Too bad because the view is at the rendezvous

Simply wow. Josie and the team were very responsive and made us feel right at home. The location/ scenery were incredible. The pictures helped, but you have to witness this for yourself. Lake Como was everything we envisioned and more. My family and I look forward to visiting again and staying at this same AirBnB. Highly recommend. Better than 10/10.

Nice and confortable place with a beautiful view on lake Como. The private parking space is very convenient and the A/C great in the summer. However the place isn’t very well finished yet (small holes) and it was unfortunate the electricity in the kitchen broke and the WiFi didn’t work. It took time to find a solution.
