The location is great! Apartment is right on the pier lovely views over the lake. Location is good plenty of nice restaurants and the town is lovely. The host was very helpful very quick to respond to any questions and helped us with any difficulties. Would highly recommend

The appartment is very cozy and comfy. It is secluded and you have a lot of privacy. It has everything to get by on your own. The kitchen has a lot of cutleries and utensils, which would even be fine for cooking meals (and even a dishwasher). The view from the windows is great and you‘ll be able to see the sunrise every morning (if it‘s not raining). The host was very responsive and helpful. The coffee machine was broken when we arrived, and it was replaced on the next day! The parking was sometimes a bit tricky, even if there were spots available, a medium sized car wouldn‘t fit in all of the available spots. However there are plenty of parking spaces within walking distance, most of them can be found on Google Maps. Moltrasio is a great place for retreat and walking or hiking. We enjoyed our stay and will happily come back if we visit the area again.

Stayed here for the last few nights of our honeymoon.. Such a beautiful spot with unforgettable views. My husband and I just absolutely adored this place. FANTASTIC restaurants, short walk to the ferry, and directly next to a boat rental company we used. It was SO convenient. Such a peaceful ending to our 2 week Italian honeymoon. ❤️

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! So conveniently located to the ferry, busses, and getting in from Como. The space itself is super spacious and clean. We wish there was AC as it was getting a bit hot during our stay, but there is a fan. It’s right on the water so you get awesome views from the balcony! A plus that there was a washer for clothes and an espresso maker. Definitely overall recommend.

You can't have an apartment with a bad bed , no air conditioning , a lot of noise , no place to park , with a single fan and all this at 40 degrees of temperature . I will never come back to this apartment . The nicer area and Mateo , a gentleman who rent boats next to the apartment . The responsibility is both the owner of the apartment and the AIRBNB that allows renting these sites under his approval , unblindable, I am a regular client of this company and I notice that they are lowering the quality and raising the prices . Very negative experience

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! It was a fantastic location - easy to walk to nearby restaurants or a short drive from the main town. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The views from the windows were spectacular. We left the windows open while sleeping and fell asleep listening to the lake, which was awesome. Definitely recommend this stay.

Amazing place. Bigger than the photos! well stocked kitchen, great rooms, clean, bright and amazing. Easy to find and if you're smart there are car park places outside that are empty after the restaurant closes or before it opens. Real gem.

My husband and I loved this Airbnb so much! Right outside of the door is a boat rental place with the nicest man running it. We had a great view of the water and boats from the bedroom. It is about a 2 minute walk to the ferry station which is super convenient and great restaurants in the area. We will absolutely be back!

We were right on the water as described. We even had a swan visit us most nights outside our window. We stayed for two weeks and felt like we lived there. We only got two sets of towels for our stay so we asked for more. They brought them a day later than expected which wasn’t a problem, but they brought us a bottle of Prosecco to apologize, which was so sweet. If you have any issues, they respond almost immediately and resolve the issue. We will definitely be coming back!

The apartment is a hidden gem. Right by the lake, it exudes a calm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There are so many things to discover on this green coast and in nearby Como, not to mention all the great restaurants in the area. We would definitely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is a 30 second walk from the ferry service which can take you all around the lake and we used this every day. The kitchen is well equipped so that we were able to have several breakfasts and dinners, but the stand out is the view from the windows which are just breathtaking. Looking out from the full length windows and seeing water underneath you is peaceful and beautiful. There are 5 restaurants in the local village. We dined at all of them but if you’re looking for something special Restaurante Imperilino is a must! We did find that the shutters aren’t fully blackout so the sun did wake us up in the morning but this was ok for us as we wanted an early start each day. We had one windy night and found that the shutters do rattle quite a lot but again this wasn’t a major issue for us. There was a small problem of ants in the property but we think they came in because of the storm and when the sun returned they were gone. Overall, a stunning stay.

Great space right near the water and lower city centre. Only troubles were getting parking as there is lots of competition as well as turning around in the lane to the house. I would still recommend this spot to others.

The place and the area are simply beautiful, excellent location to get around by car, very quiet, you could hear only the noise of the ducks. The host greeted us and explained everything , very friendly. We always had parking at the gate when we got back from walking. The apartment has everything to feel comfortable. We only needed a larger closet to store clothes, because as it was winter we had a lot of clothes and we didn't have enough space. Everything else they deserve a 10!

We spent wonderful days in this apartment. A romantic place, the apartment has everything you need for both short and long stays. Having a parking lot right next to the house is a great addition. The apartment has a magnificent view, an ideal place to go out in the morning with a cup of coffee. The host was very helpful, perfect check-in and check-out. Second stay at this great apartment. Ideal if you want something right by the water and like hearing the sound of the water, ducks, etc at night (need to have windows slightly open, of course, but if you prefer a cool temperature at night you can also do that in November - with heating off, of course). Spotless and newly renovated. Great communication with the letting agents re checkin / checkout etc. I did not need to contact them about anything else as everything was perfect. Moltrasio itself is not one of the main touristy villages - and the actual village is a steep walk up - so if you want to be somewhere you can stroll around and look at shops, people etc in the evening then Moltrasio is not the place. But if you want something quiet and away from the mad crowds, it is ideal. The boat terminal is a 2 minute walk and local and express boats stop there so you easily reach all the other villages (during the day; at night you would need to return by another method).

Acqua was a very appropriate name for this apartment - the water from Lake Como was literally splashing beneath the windows. We even had a swan waiting outside the front door one morning! The apartment was spotless and the perfect destination for a short break. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope we have an opportunity to return for a longer stay.

What a wonderful and charming apartment ! If you are looking for an authentic and elegant nest waterfront property in lake como, look no further ! The flat is very clean and looks exactly like pics and description, you can hear the gentle waves on the shore of the lake. Lots of parking space are available right next to the flat, the location is really incredible, during our stay we did a complete tour of the lake and of most of the cities, and Moltrasio is by far the cutest, most charming and chic one of them, very small and lots of lovely coffees and restaurants. And one of the best restaurants on the lake is located right next to the flat, has an amazing terrace, delicious food and view ! The team that manages the airbnb couldn’t be more friendly, reliable and helpful, everything was perfect and very clear !! Thank you we will definitely be back !!

Lovely home! Was walking distance from the boat that takes you to different parts of Lake Como. Property itself was on the water basically! You wake up the the prettiest views & there’s even some swans that come by and visit. Property is beautiful inside as well, clean & very cosy. My only issues were that you’d had to be careful with the shower otherwise it’ll flood the bathroom floor, no duvet, only a sheet as blanket and sometimes there was a bad sewage smell Other than that it was wonderful.

Great apartment, great views! Sleeping to the sounds of the lake right outside the windows was extremely soothing. Also a great location: Right next to ferries, buses, and restaurants. A short walk up to the city proper, and you'll get great gelato, great espressos, and an even greater view. Lovely place!

Right on the lake and walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. We spend several days relaxing, hiking, swimming, and enjoying this tranquil apartment. We could have easily spent a week here just enjoying the sounds of the lake and sounding areas. This apartment had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a nice holiday.

I was on site for three days. The place was just cleaned when I arrived, which was no problem as I only booked the place a few hours before. Parking is sometimes a bit stressful, as there is a lot going on in front of the door by a rowing club and these are often occupied, or the children there play ball and other. If you are not afraid of your car, then you can park it in front of the door with available places, otherwise it is still possible to park at the cemetery upstairs for free. Two flights of stairs then quickly access the parking lot. The place was nice and clean, but there are heavy dirt in the shower and stored dirt. It also smells like moisture in the property when you get in and the windows are closed. Kitchen generously equipped. Ferry can be reached quickly and so is the nearest swimming opportunity. In the village you will find delicious restaurants. Unfortunately, there was no extra toilet paper left in the property.

The place was incredibly beautiful. Especially in the evening when I have opened the balcony. Next door is a small restaurant. So you have the beautiful view, the lake under one and Italian speaking people next door... fantastic. La moltrasina 1902 is highly recommended, by the way, if you are looking for a restaurant nearby! I was also called an hour after I checked in. You want to make sure everything is okay. They took really good care of one. Definitely coming back! 🙏🏻🥰

Staying at this home was a wonderful experience - clean, and comfortable with a great view! The pics don't quite do it justice. Just a couple of things - the cleaning crew completely forgot to look into the microwave which was hanging with grease, and the full flight of steps down to the door are a little precarious. The shower drain was a bit clogged and we needed some more hangers, and the host was very quick to respond and remedy everything. Was so nice to open the windows and watxh the lake activity. Literally the water is 8ft below the window. We would happily stay there again.

Spacious apartment, clean and easy check-in instructions. The location is nice with a beautiful view. you should be able to walk up lots of stairs or have a car in Moltrasio though. Kitchen has nice and modern equipment, but some condiments would be nice (you only get salt and pepper). Overall very nice stay, would recommend.

Everything ok if it wasn't for the smell of smoke/humidity being subject to allergies I expected to breathe some clean air on the lake shore, otherwise small things to check out but very nice and evocative apartment, I really appreciated the swans under the balcony every morning

Had some hiccups. Hopefully they resolve these issues I encountered. Keep in mind shorts stays pre plan everything. Parking is free right by the Airbnb but limited space. Only like 5 spots. I just parked illegally until someone was ready to leave then parked. Parking packed full when restaurant next door opens. Best to get a spot 2-5pm or after 10pm

The apartment is as described. She is very clean and the hosts are eager. Check-in is online in Italian, so it's a little tedious. You need a very good internet connection for this. The equipment is good and the view - as described - breathtaking. All is very clean and as described. You can park the car - not far away - best at the cemetery. This worked out excellently. Those who need fast internet should better rely on your own mobile data. But then the reception is very good. We felt welcome and the location is just great.

This apartment is a great hidden gem directly on Lake Como. The small town of Moltrasio was great and very accommodating to tourists. I’d highly recommend drinks at Cafe Bellini (next door) or dinner at Trattoria Del Fagiano (although be warned, it’s a steep uphill to get there!) The apartment is clean & modern with two big windows that open directly onto the lake - you’re on the first floor and can watch people take out the rental boats below and wave to the friendly local fishermen. Check-in was easy. We did not have a car so didn’t have to find parking, but arrival by ferry was perfect as it’s only a (flat) 3 minute walk from the Moltrasio terminal to the front door. This made it the perfect place to catch the ferries all across the lake (we were able to easily arrive in Como, get to the apartment, ferry to Nesso, Bellagio & more all without a car). The bed & sofa were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. While it’s a small town, we were able to try man different restaurants within walking distance in the evening. Almost every place nearby has a beautiful view. The only downsides of the apartment were the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the first day, however the host was very prompt at replacing the router which fixed it. It also gets a little hot in the apartment (we stayed in early September) , so we needed to sleep with the windows open - which was pleasant with the sound of water lapping at the building. The biggest issue was the shower doesn’t drain well, and due to the flat pan design it wants to overflow into the floor unless you turn the water off mid-shower to let it go down. Overall, it was an amazing spot to spend a week in and I would recommend it highly to anyone who wants to explore Como and stay in a much more relaxed, quiet town that is easily accessible via ferry. We’ll be in love with Moltrasio forever!

Great location, communication, and customer service. A close walk to everything in town. The washing machine is also a nice touch. It was a bit hot at night, so we had to keep the windows open.
