Upon entering Suantraí Cottage, the warmth of a double-sided stove welcomes you, anchoring the open-plan kitchen and dining area where culinary creativity comes to life. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, making meal preparation a pleasure. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area opens into a sun-soaked sunroom, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation while overlooking the sea.
The living room, with its cosy seating areas, invites guests to unwind and enjoy the company of family and friends in a comfortable and inviting setting. The ground floor also houses two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed, offering a luxurious and restful night's sleep, while Bedroom 2 offers another queen-size bed, decorated to reflect the natural beauty of its surroundings.

• Dining Area and Sunroom: Flowing space perfect for gatherings and relaxation.
• Living Room: Cosy seating, centered around the warm glow of a double-sided stove.

Ascending to the first floor, you are greeted by a loft seating area that provides a quiet nook for reading or enjoying the panoramic views. Bedroom 3 . is ideal for younger guests or families, equipped with a double bunk and a convenient pull-out bed. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a queen-size bed and a standalone bath, creating a spa-like atmosphere where relaxation is inevitable.
First Floor:
• Loft Seating Area: A peaceful retreat with plush seating and beautiful views.
• Bedroom 3: Double bunk with a pull-out bed, perfect for children or additional guests.

We are delighted to welcome guests travelling with dogs, and well-behaved furry companions are very much at home here. As the property is surrounded by nature—with horses, cattle, and other dogs nearby—we kindly ask that visiting pets are sociable, comfortable around other animals, and kept under control at all times.
Guests are also invited to enjoy the on-site sauna, with a complimentary session included on arrival perfect for relaxing after your journey. Additional sessions are available at €25 for two hours and can be arranged directly with the homeowner.

Our stay was a peaceful respite after our busy stops in Dublin, Cork, and Galway. Veronica is a generous and warm host who was always responsive and thoughtful right down to the fresh flowers placed around the house. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery, wide expanses of water views, where we spotted seals and sea otters. The lovely home was filled with large windows allowing us to sit, relax, and view the bay in a comfortable sun room near a fire place. The seat in kitchen also allowed great views of the active bay with passing boats and gulls.

The cottage was amazing! When the tide was out we took walks along the beach and collected shells. The view was always great even when the mist was rolling in. Veronica was a great host. Set up the fire for us so when we arrived I only had to light it and was always very responsible. It was an amazing get-away.
