The location is great, right on a quiet beach with access to a pool and underground parking. The flat has air-conditioning throughout controlled by a central unit so you can't control individual rooms. The flat is managed by a 3rd party who are very responsive. A couple of things to note, especially if you're staying for longer than a weekend is that you are only given 1 rubbish bag and enough dish soap and toilet paper to last a couple of days.. I have never stayed in an airbnb before that refused to provide more rubbish bags or toilet paper but this one did which meant we had to buy it all new just for a week's long stay. Such a small detail but one which really affected our trip! It would have only cost Christoph a couple of euros to provide this for all guests I cant believe it wasn't standard. Apart from that it was a really lovely stay and if they change their policy on providing these basic amenities I would be happy to return!

This is a great place, near the Rock, port, little “private” beach. The views are fantastic. The building is located right on the beach, no road in between. The swimming pool is right here as well. The flat is cozy and clean. The landlords care about the business taking it seriously. We were very fortunate to find the place.

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
