Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Terrible. The code to open the door didn't work, and we had to wait 20 minutes on the phone, since only AI answers in the chat. The room was not the one in the photo. Towards evening, there was a loud noise in the room, but there were no other rooms available. There is no soundproofing. You can hear the noise of the room codes, the slamming of the doors, and people walking in the corridor. It is impossible to rest from 6:30 am. At 9 am, while we were still in bed, even though we had checked in 3 days earlier, they knocked 5 times to clean. We had to shout at them not to come in. We were moved to another room because of the noise, but it was still not soundproofed and you could still hear the codes and people. Finally, there was no hot water here, perhaps due to a general problem. We had to leave because we were worried about spending another three nights like that. The only positive thing is the kindness of the operator on the phone. I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a deep sleep or wants to sleep after 7 a.m.

Amazing value for the price we paid. The room was clean, although there was a slight sewage smell at one point. It didn’t bother us much since we were out exploring Gozo most of the day anyway. Breakfast was also included, which was a nice bonus. The selection was a bit limited, but it had all the essentials, so that wasn’t an issue for us. We did have a small issue entering the code for the door, which was our fault, but when we called, they answered promptly and provided a different code, which was great. The hotel manager was fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, and professional. If we ever return to Gozo, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, just a bit confusing that the hotel is spread across two buildings on either side of the street. You need to keep track of which wing the room is in. I didn't notice it straight away🙈. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. During our stay, they did start later, but there was no information about the changes.
