Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Disappointed. The location was good, checkin instructions and initial communication also fine. But the place itself was dirty, smelly, with old furniture and stains on walls. Mold in kitchenette and bathroom. Price was lower than anything else similar for the dates, so furniture and minor dirt could be tolerated, but awful smell of cushions and mold ruined everything. Definitely needs some basic maintenance before hosting other guests. It has a great potential. I tried to contact host for some help and compensation, communication was fast and friendly but nothing was addressed. I got only promises that it will be fixed but without any results. Had to ask for help in Airbnb support and received a compensation after all. Luckily we had only 3 nights here. After some essential maintenance it could be a really nice place, hopefully host will fix it soon.

My experience with this accommodation has been a complete disappointment. I forgot my sunglasses and, after contacting them, they confirmed that they had found them and that they were at their premises. I went to the accommodation to get them back and, inexplicably, they had "disappeared". From that moment on, they stopped responding to my messages and calls, completely ignoring me and without offering any explanation or solution. The lack of professionalism and respect towards guests is unacceptable. The most outrageous thing is that, after acknowledging that they had my belongings, they simply decided to ignore the problem. The only way I found to record this situation was to stay with them again, gather information about the property once more, and then file a complaint. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as they don't take responsibility for any issues and customer service is terrible.
