This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

We were very comfortable, the apartments are far from the tourist area but with good views. Right next to the road, so if you're sensitive the noise can bother you, but otherwise excellent for the price.

If you’re in need of a tranquil seaside rest this place is the best! Awesome view at Xemxija bay ( no not St Paul , you’ll notice that if u come on a cab/bus /walk - San Pawl is the wider name of the area. It is literally on the seaside amazing sunrise shoot location ( don’t have to wake up too early just step outside :) Kitchen is well equipped bathroom and room is pristine - I did have some broken tile in the kitchen and overall it isn’t brand new , but extremely well kept and an amazing deal highly recommended to anyone who wants to have a kitchen while travelling ! It has air con with heating , away from the hustle of Sliema and Valetta but overlooking the sea. Also right next to Salinas Nature Protect area and just some minutes ride from Golden Bay or Cirkewwa ferry . Also right at Roti bus stop has a direct bus line to Sliema , Valetta (30/40minutes) and to the Airport ( 1 hour) this is my favourite place great restaurant nearby and a well kept little shop too.
