This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Unique view. The communication was more than good - within a few minutes we also received a response in the evening. Parking spaces are sufficiently available directly on the street - so no worries that you do not have a parking space, because there is no private one here. We highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely book again next time!

I had a really great stay here. The studio is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights is definitely the beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy both from inside the room and outside. The balcony and terrace are amazing having a sunbed, a BBQ, and a small outdoor table makes it perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Even during cold weather, the apartment feels cozy inside while still letting you enjoy the view. The location is excellent, communication with the host was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. I enjoyed it so much that I booked another stay straight away. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Recent, modern and very well equipped accommodation (fridge, plug adapter, TV with YouTube, etc.). The view is really beautiful and the self check-in by digicode is very convenient and simple. On the other hand, some negative points should be taken into account: the apartment being located on the first floor and very exposed to the wind, it becomes difficult to sleep when it exceeds 50 km/h. The air rushes into the windows, which causes squeaking and significant noise. In addition, the sound insulation is insufficient: in the case of noisy neighbours, it feels like they are in the same accommodation.
