This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Clean apartment with a magnificent view of the harbour and the bay. However: - far too many messages that hinder simple and practical communication: 5 automatic messages with lots of instructions beforehand and in English – it's too much! Our only practical need was the access codes, and we only received them at 7:16 pm (fortunately, there was written communication (in English) with the central office – which was pleasant – and they were able to help us, but having to go through these steps is difficult and stressful). - AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING! We entered the room and it was overheated, even though the air conditioning was set to 18°C. We thought it had just switched on automatically. When we return at the end of the evening: the same. The ventilation was working, but the cooling wasn't. We had to sleep with the window open, in the heat, with earplugs in because of the traffic on the street. A bad night. DISAPPOINTED.

Gorgeous view from the window! The room is clean and just like in the pictures. The kitchen is good equipped with all the essentials. The staff is incredibly polite and always willing to assist. Excellent location, with a bus stop and a small supermarket just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant stay, the place was as described, with daily cleaning and a change of towels. The only downside, which is also an upside, is the location by the main road, which can be heard even from the 5th floor. If someone doesn't like noise, it's worth reconsidering this choice. However, it is not as large on the 5th floor as it is on the 1st floor – it is definitely louder downstairs. Plus, there are bus stops right next to the apartment, so you can easily get anywhere. The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day, and the gentleman working at reception was extremely helpful and courteous. He was always helpful and lent us socket adapters so that we could charge our phones and laptop (there are only English sockets there). Thank you very much for your help in many different situations <3

  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
