Flooded with natural light, this vibrant self-catering apartment which sleeps 2 is just a hop, skip & a jump from the marvelous Sliema seafront, one of the island’s most buzzing, in-demand localities. The property has a unique feature wall highlighting our islands, modern features throughout the apartment, tons of natural light.
The space
This apartment is in Malta’s popular Sliema and is just an easy two minute walk away from the promenade - it’s also really close to swimming points and is surrounded by bus stops making it really easy to travel around Malta. Recently renovated, this minimalist space which has one double bedroom with an ensuite together with a compact kitchen/living area, is close to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques & shopping malls and has been tastefully decorated - it’s simple, stylish and perfect for travellers who want a self-catering space in the heart of it all. As in all Zzzing properties we’ve added Netflix and high speed internet for our guests.

The apartment has no elevator access.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in Property. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Check-in time is 3PM but you are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive earlies. Check the Guest Portal for more info. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

It's a very comfortable place, you have a full kitchen, the mattress is very good. The bathroom is spacious and you have everything you need. Also close to the tourist part of Sliema. Keep in mind that it does not have an elevator in case you have large suitcases and not having help is complicated since the stairs are small.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
