Really great place. Clean and tidy. You can see that someone cares about making the stay pleasant and comfortable for guests. The whole thing is well thought out and sensibly organised. The room is well equipped: fridge, dryer, kettle, coffee and cream, tea, sugar, glasses, cups, water jug (dispenser in the corridor), gel with shampoo and hand soap, toilet paper, towels. Maintenance-free and hassle-free check-in (access to the general area is also possible before the check-in time in the room). Smiling and friendly service at breakfast. Great and fast online contact if needed. Additional towels are available by the pool for guests' comfort. Breakfasts are tasty and well thought out. There is everything you need (cold cuts, cheese, eggs, fruit, vegetables, juices, coffee, bread, desserts: buns, yogurts, breakfast cereals, and even liquid chocolate!). Very good location. Close to the bay, but also quiet. We highly recommend it. One of the best stays so far!

We were satisfied with the Zzzing, room and location. There were only problems with breakfast (out of date milk and mould on fruit), but this was quickly rectified when reported. The biggest downside for us was that you can really hear everything from the rooms and corridors of the entire floor (and above and below you) and given the other guests were loud (drunk states all night), this caused little sleep.

Highly recomended! For my stay in st. Julian's Bay I booked the balcony room at El Doris (host: Zzzing). The room was located right in the center of st. Julian's Bay and everything was very walkable from there. You check in by using access codes for both the entrance and your room. At the entrance, the door was quite heavy and locked quickly after using the code, so I had to repeat the code a few times before I could get in. After that, I was able to go straight to my room and access it without any problems. The room was small, but easily spacious enough for 1 or 2 people. It was very clean and the balcony with a view on the swimming pool is a nice touch. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but I got a very quick response from Zoe by using their customer texting service. The bathroom was also great with a large shower head. The breakfast was not as plentiful as advertised in the pictures, but that could be because I arrived on the later side of the morning.

Hi :) The hotel was in a perfect location — quiet and away from the crowds, yet just a 3–4 minute walk from Spinola. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day, and whenever we needed something (like extra toilet paper or an iron), it was brought to us right away. The Zzzing team was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We also appreciated the flexible checkout — our flight was in the evening, so we could leave our luggage and enjoy the day. The property is as described in the offer. Modern rooms with a balcony. The pool is not heated, so in the autumn and winter it is only for the brave 🤣 Breakfasts are tasty. The service at the hotel is polite and helpful. Contactless check-in is a plus. Good location close to the promenade stop, beach, shops, restaurants.

Super friendly staff. The location is ideal if you like tourism. Everything is close to supermarket, beach, restaurants, bus stop,… you are half an hour from Valletta super easily accessible by bus. 1 EU plug is included, so it is recommended to bring an extra one if you are travelling with 2. Perfectly prepared breakfast. Clean and very cozy outside.

We recommend this place, very well located, a stone's throw from the city centre, while remaining in a quiet place. We enjoyed the contact with the host, his explanations are clear and precise for access to the accommodation. The common areas and the bedroom are decorated in a very modern, classy way. Everything is very clean. It's nice to be able to cool off in the pool. Savoury or sweet breakfast included in the price and enjoyed before discovering the island.

The stay certainly had positive points: the rooms were clean, the swimming pool was fine and it was convenient to enter via a combination lock. Unfortunately, we have almost completely missed our night's sleep. Our room was not ready on arrival and there were no blackout curtains. (Light from swimming pool and terrace shone all night into the room) Despite several promises, a curtain only came on our last night, so we could barely sleep. In addition, the rooms are not soundproof at all: you hear people in the corridors, slamming doors and noise all night. The cushions on the loungers also need replacing and breakfast is quickly exhausted if you don't get there very early. (Read 7:30, which is very early when you are on holiday) In short: the basics are good, but due to the lack of follow-up and the lack of peace and quiet, we would not recommend this place if you are coming to really relax.

The place is clean an cozy, the shower cabin was already pretty broken, didnt function as it should be, it fell apart. You can hear other people doing toilet things next door, while laying in the bed - thats a little unpleasant. Great breakfast ant supportive staff.

Very good stay, the hotel is relatively well located, good breakfast and very nice staff. The pool is great and allows you to relax! The only negative point that I could note during the stay is that you can hear a lot of what is happening in the corridor (especially people who do not hold the doors so they slam constantly, which is unpleasant).

The breakfast room has large windows, which are beautiful, but during breakfast the sun that enters is really too much. And also, the food is left out in the sun. I liked the availability of water dispensers on the floor, very convenient. Overall, everything is fine.

The room and balcony were stunning as well as the bathroom, although not sure it matched the price. Before coming I had told them about our flight being early in hopes of them letting us check in earlier. On the day we were told they were finishing up for 4 hours and by 3pm when check out was i was told to wait another 30 mins because it hadn’t been cleaned! Obviously we couldn’t as we had somewhere to be. Housekeeping basically knocked on our door every morning when we were sleeping and tried to walk in everytime. Had no instructions on how to use to safe so had to wait a day for them to come figure it out. Hairdryer and no adapter and had to wait for that. There was never anyone at the reception it was always empty. It was practically a ghosttown. Other than that it was in a good place, near the bay and close to paceville and easy to get in and out of the room and apartments. Lift was good, pool was stunning. The only problem were the staff.

Great value for money! Quiet and reserved area but within walking distance there are bars, restaurants, bus stops to get around the island and a 10-minute walk from Paceville, the nightlife area. Clean room, towels changed every day, hearty breakfast even if the choice was more towards the savoury than the sweet side. There is no real reception but through host messages they will give you all the information you ask for, very responsive and kind. The internal staff who take care of cleaning and breakfast are also kind and professional. Plus the swimming pool for the exclusive use of those who stay there. I had a great time!

The hotel is visually stunning with family pictures in the reception. Communication by the host was amazing. The room was surfaced cleaned everyday. • Beds folded • Bins emptied Which is nice but as well invasive of luggage and space. (Weren’t told room would be cleaned daily). When arriving the room wasn’t the cleanest, finding hairs on the bed sheets aswell ants in the room… 🙈 For the first night in the Hotel, after a long flight the fire alarm went off at 5:00am not ideal either… It was sorted by staff quickly. We were given a quick response from host to reassure us it was being sorted. Another down fall for us was the pool. While swimming it’s not ideal to come across two chunks of hair floating in the water. Over all, it’s a lovely place central to St Julian’s. If you were staying here for a short time I would recommend for the location.

I suggest this place to everyone who want to visit Malta. The location is perfect and you are very close to anything you will need (bus stops, shops, cafeterias). The location is really good: you have everything you need within a few minutes' walk. Even though the place is visited by many party-loving people, you really don't notice anything in the room. But from the other hotel guests. The room doors are very heavy and close loudly. Access with the code is easy. Although we had not received one, after a short phone call everything worked out. It was really very clean! Everything is cleaned daily, even the front door :) The only deduction (hence not 5 stars): we had imagined the breakfast to be better. The selection was okay, but unfortunately the buffet was partially and temporarily "lit" by the sun, which is why the butter melted and the cheese was very soft.

The holiday begins from the moment you enter this cozy boutique hotel. I'll start with the fact that the room was excellent, on the 3rd floor with a balcony and views of the city, sea and pool. The hotel is very new. The room is exceptionally clean and well thought out. The bed is so comfortable that I feel like I've slept on it for all the days of my life. In general, the hotel is very pleasant, very conveniently located (within walking distance to everything). In life, everything matches the description and photos and is even better. Breakfasts are very tasty and full; I especially liked the sausage and coffee. The hotel has a few rooms, and all of them were occupied by pleasant beautiful people of my age: girls, guys and couples, which was pleasant and added a feeling of lightness, ease and freshness to the holiday, especially the hours spent at the pool. It's like a good company of friends gathered. The hotel also has a very well-equipped swimming pool. There's plenty of space, the sun loungers are new, the pool is beautiful, there's greenery and plants. I recommend, the hotel is very good; thanks to the team for their work.

In Malta the tap water is not drinkable, there is fresh drinking water at will in the breakfast room and on each floor. This is a big plus on the island. Access in a few minutes to Paceville for those who want to party while staying in a clamorous neighborhood. The hotel is very clean as well as the outside, at the pool. The staff is very considerate. Varied breakfast buffet.

Wow wow wow!! This seems to be quite a new boutique hotel, as all the decor was super modern and clean and fresh. There was water dispensers which we thought were handy. Breakfast had loads of options. Pool was gorgeous, could get busy at times but there’s so much to do in the area was not really a problem. The keypad for access was handy as we didn’t need to worry about losing keys.Great location, only 10 min walk to the strip, sea front and restaurants.

The place was great. Very well located, very clean. Unfortunately, the doors of the other rooms are so loud that you wake up more often. I didn't think it was bad. I was only there for one night, but maybe it's important to someone. The host can't be held responsible for the behaviour of the guests :) I'd love to come back

Can't fault it really. and the hosts were quick to respond to watsapp messages, or through the air bnb app, if any problems did arise. There was never anyone at reception, but there was usual staff around to help with anything. I love that the doors all work of codes, so you don't have to worry about a key.

Very nice complex with a great location. Everything new and modern. Super fast and good communication. Always had a contact person who took care of everything. Every day there was room service and new towels. Quiet accommodation without many people. Good breakfast. Highly recommended. However, the kitchen was missing, as indicated. There is only one kettle and no shared kitchen or the like. Great balcony!

Check-in is easy and straightforward. Upon arrival, clean room, air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Balcony had a nice size + a nice view (top floor). When the safe could not be used, I was quickly helped. During the week, however, I realised that not everything is good. Housekeeping was limited to making beds, sweeping and emptying rubbish. You could at least have cleaned the sink. The rest of the hotel was also not really cleaned thoroughly (e.g. footprint on the elevator door for days or unemptied trash can in the pool toilet). But I found the noise at night most disturbing. Due to the proximity to Paceville, there were many young people in the hotel who were very loud at night. So, for a business traveller like me, definitely the wrong hotel. But I didn't know before that St Julians is such a party town. My mistake… Tip for the hotel: disable the keypad tone, it's annoying. And install soundproof doors.

Unclear instructions on arrival (wrong reference on Google Maps?) but Zzing support was responsive and after other more precise indications I was able to find it more easily. Very clean and neat room. Beautiful view of the pool. Shower room a little cramped and shower cubicle not very functional... Note the lack of staff on site and the quality of the breakfast service. The young man spent more time chatting with his colleague behind the counter than replenishing the fruit juice and the coffee machine (no butter or paper towels except a roll of paper towels...). In addition, hygiene needs to be reviewed by wearing disposable gloves and emptying the coffee grounds in the bin and replenishing the cold cuts offered... a little disappointing in this regard for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars... The neighbourhood is not very pleasant to walk around; noisy and overcrowded streets. I couldn't wait to leave St Julian's to return

Easy to find, clear instructions, only issue was having access to my room when I arrived, I had to wait until 3pm to get my code to access my room but the facility is clean, it is private but still only a few minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants, host was friendly and it is a very reasonable price. This was the worst airbnb I have ever had (& I travel A LOT) solely because the hosts are terrible. We told them around check-in that our A/C wasn’t working & they were unresponsive until about midnight and at this point we were dying of heat. They attempted to move us to a new room but that room hadn’t been cleaned yet so we had to go back to the hotel room. They did nothing to resolve the situation so we could barely sleep the entire first night. The next morning we went to breakfast & the workers were wearing the same gloves for cleaning the floor and putting out food so safe to say that was the last time we went. Our A/C wasn’t fixed for over 24 hours at this point so we requested a partial refund & they were unresponsive the entire week following and are refusing to issue us a refund even though it completely ruined our vacation. I would message them just about every day & they would sent the same message yet nothing would be getting done. Don’t book here if you want good hosts.

Super satisfied with my stay! The self check-in was super convenient and clearly indicated via an online guest portal with all instructions and codes for arrival and departure. Breakfast was very good. I had a room with a spacious balcony and pool view – really fantastic! It immediately gave an ultimate vacation feeling. The bed was lovely and (very important) did not have an annoying slot in the middle. The bathroom was also neat and clean. The location was perfect: within walking distance to St. Julian's, but without nuisance from crowds or noise. By car, you could reach beautiful beaches and nice towns in the area. Big plus: the staff were super friendly! Someone even stayed special until 3pm so I could pick up my suitcase from the luggage room before leaving. That extra piece of service made the stay really great. Definitely recommended, I'd love to come back here! 😊

the value for money is excellent. a hotel with pool and breakfast for €50/night. bedroom level it is easy to improve the fixing of the TV which is unusable as is. it would be necessary to leave at least one power adapter in the rooms. finishes can be greatly improved. the hotel is not responsible but during our stay there was a lot of construction noise outside. Cranes and jackhammer. the soundproofing of the hotel is not good, the door locks make beeps that get along very loudly. we also reported the water dispenser which made a regular buzzer strong enough to wake up the whole floor. Other than that the hotel is responsive to basic requests and the ratio of location to the room and price is really good. Lunch is the same every day but there are quite a few choices.
