Welcome to Sbejha – the Maltese word for "pretty" – we couldn’t have selected a better name for this charming and extremely memorable holiday home. Located in the heart of Malta’s beautiful old town, Rabat, this holiday home embodies style, great vibes, and tradition, topped off with a gorgeous jacuzzi on our iconic Maltese terrace, a BBQ, and cellars with a foosball table and dartboard. We’ve thought of everything – that’s a promise.
With a pair of comfortable double bedrooms on separate floors and two sleek bathrooms – one with a bath and the other with a modern shower – you’ve got everything you need for an incredible stay for four adults. The sofa in the living room transforms into a sofa bed, which is ideal for a fifth guest – preferably a child. One of the main bedrooms leads to a spacious balcony overlooking the traditional streets, which features a stunning hot tub. Treat yourself to a long soak – relax, dream, and plot your next getaway. It’s a beauty. If alfresco living is on your agenda, you’ll be delighted to know that we’ve added a BBQ too – we’re sure you’ll make memories as pretty as our one-of-a-kind holiday home.

In this traditional setting, a foosball table stands as a fun and social centerpiece. We’ve also added a dartboard for evenings of friendly competition, laughter, and great conversation.

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. The location of this property is fantastic. From Rabat, you're close to everywhere. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, with restaurants within walking distance. There were a few defects in the property here and there. Communication about the recovery process was not as smooth as it could have been. That was a pity!

Great location in Rabat! In advance, some information about the replacement by the eco-tax and the automatically generated messages from the chatbot. We thought there would be 2 double beds, but it was 2 twin beds, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Furthermore, some of the sheets also had stains, and there were some stains on the sofa. What’s more, it was a truly wonderful place: nice bathrooms, a lovely hot tub, beautiful interior, a great kitchen, and, apart from the bedding, very clean. Bringing some extra bedding was also done very quickly, and when you got to speak to a real person (not the chatbot), the interaction was also very pleasant. Value for money was excellent; I would book again without hesitation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
