Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

The property is totally miss represented. The photos have been edited to remove the building behind that over looks the pool. The property was extremely dirty. We were not advised of the feast resulting in 2 cars being towed and 400 euros worth of fines. The hosts are arrogant and un helpful. We wrote numerous issues to them and they addressed the smallest one. I would highly recommend avoiding this unless you want to share your space with cockroaches and mice.

We really enjoyed our week on Gozo. The property is basic but was ideal for our group of eight adults. Pros - Beautiful cliff walk to watch sunrise and sunset really close - The management team are the most helpful and responsive team I’ve ever communicated with over AirBnB. The speed and helpfulness of their replies is amazing, with local recommendations etc - Gets the sun all day - Roof terrace Cons - Have to get bus / taxis to most places on the island - Incredibly basic provision. Couldn’t cook some stuff we wanted as there wasn’t some basic equipment. No jugs, serving bowls/cutlery etc - We got a noise complaint from the police on our first day from being sat round the pool having a laugh (not loudly!). The police let us know that this happens most weeks in this house because of the neighbours being difficult - Need much clearer instructions e.g how to use the aircon, where to put the bins/bin days, where the fuse box is (we had a power cut) - Only 4 sun beds for 8 ppl

+++ Huge place, looked exactly like the photos. Amazing pool and amazing outside area in general. Aircon works really well, showers work really well. Good location and Gozo in general is beautiful. The host is very responsive to any questions and does not intrude - - - Severe lack of amenities like cooking and cleaning equipment. Some of the devices have European plugs which don’t work in Malta. The aircon system functions using €1 coins which is fine and understandable but they should warn guests of this in advance, as we arrived late Friday night and were caught out. Not the accommodations fault but there is very loud construction work from 8.30 until 7.30 which can be quite disruptive to peace. I imagine this won’t last forever but as I write in June 2025 it’s clearly not close to being done. Also not the accommodations fault but there are thousands and thousands of bugs so bring repellant.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
