The fully airconditioned open plan includes a large living room (with a sofa-bed and a Smart TV so that you can watch your favorite series or movies on Netflix) as well as a fully equipped kitchen which includes everything you need to prepare your meals should this be your preference (we must note that there are tons of restaurants in the area that guests love to dine at). The boutique hotel-inspired double bedroom promises a beautiful sleep on a Wellpur memory foam mattress and pillows, and the spacious balcony is just gorgeous. This property is unique, a rare find & loved by all. The Nespresso machine (with complimentary coffee pods) makes it even more awesome.Guest access

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Great communication from the host with very fast response times, nice location with just a few minutes walk down to the seafront. Although you can park on the street outside it’s extremely busy so we had to park quite far away. The apartment was good enough for what we needed although there were a few negatives: There was a strong smell of cigarettes, the curtains were half hanging off so we couldn’t close them, the bed was the creakiest bed I’ve ever laid on and the mattress sunk in the middle and the shower doesn’t have much water pressure so just dribbles water. Good enough for a long weekend but definitely not luxury.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
