Offering way more space then a typical hotel room and at a fraction of the price, this self catering property is ideal for couples or small families who want to live in the heart of Malta.This Zzzing home has recently been renovated and has a double bedroom with a nicely sized ensuite bathroom, a small fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a really charming traditional Maltese balcony.

- Guests have access to the complete studio apartment- This holiday home is on the second floor and there is NO elevator
- There is a very particular feature in the balcony - a toilet which enjoys full privacy yet should not be used.
Other things to note
Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

We actually had to switch to a different apartment in the same building as our first one had an issue when we arrived. The customer service at Zzzing was very helpful though and was able to make sure that we were taken care of and got us an even larger apartment that worked great for us! The location was great as basically all of Valletta is extremely walkable. We were just far enough from the main road that it wasn't too loud at night.

Compact accommodation but has all the essentials - ideal for a couple. Unbeatable location and you can easily walk to everywhere in Valletta, including all the sites and cafes/restaurants. Apart from convenience it was part of a beautiful old building with authentic features like the little balcony - you felt you were experiencing the real Valletta. Zzzzing responded quickly to any queries and allowed us to leave our bags in the downstairs hall for a while after checkout which was very helpful.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
