The apartment is well located with a beautiful sea view. In November, we never had any problems parking the car on the street. The kitchen has the bare minimum if you want to cook. Small but functional bathroom. Large room and comfortable bed. The elevator did not work and being on the 7th floor this can be a problem if you have mobility difficulties. Overall a good choice

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If you see this review and have it booked, I’d look at other options. Don’t get sucked in by the gorgeous balcony like we did. We had no hot water in the shower from day 1 and the host team weren’t helpful at all. It wasn’t until the last day of the holiday when they offered to send maintenance round, at which point we’d had 5 days of lukewarm water and just wanted to go home. Thank god for Airbnb support who were so helpful and quick to respond. It was mostly quiet in the apartment block, but there’s an apartment opposite that has 2 dogs. These dogs barked ALL the way through the night so we were woken at 4/5am every day. We’ve never stayed in such an uncomfortable bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a plank of wood covered by a sheet. We dreaded going to bed and both left with bad backs and sore hips. If I had a higher character limit I’d write about more, but the main things that made this our worst Airbnb experience yet are here

Fabulous place, great views, loved watching the storms out to sea on a couple of nights, I’d recommend a couple of sun beds to fully enjoy the sun, Jeff’s downstairs is amazing for food and drinks, a couple of small shops for essentials, just a few feet away, lots of great restaurants in walking distance, bus stop outside apartment or a 5 min walk to the main bus stop, enjoyed walking the coast to buggiba.

We had a great time! The apartment is very well located, clean, equipped with a barbecue and an incredible view. 😍 I love it and I highly recommend it.

WHAT A STORY The apartment is located on the seventh and top floor of the building with a very convenient lift. The natural light that enters the house is dazzling, the view of the bay went beyond our expectations, it is incredible, the huge terrace is really magical for sunset dinners but also to enjoy the breathtaking view. Very clean house and larger than the photos, we will definitely return. Perfect location for Malta because we are in the area of the pools but also of the beaches, from here the boats leave for the most exciting excursions, Valletta or the medina or the temple of menaidra can be reached by car if you rent one or by taking the tourist bus that passes under the house and that makes the island completely accessible. The best waterfront restaurants in Malta are on your doorstep... Hosts always present, always available and very kind. Thank you for everything, Federica

The views do not reflect how it really is, a wide landscape with a beautiful sunrise. The place is very quiet, really close to many restaurants, shops and close to the sea.

We had a great stay! Excellent apartment and the terrace was a real highlight. Hosts always very responsive to questions. We would definitely be happy to book again!

Everything was great, the location is great, the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking! Among the disadvantages: there were not enough sockets and adapters to another format. The outlet near the kettle is heated and short.

Nice terrace, great view! Sleeping room is to the back and therfore quiet. Equipment was just OK, one blind missing.

The host was great with communication, and the home was well-kept. I had a pleasant experience, and I was able to enjoy the views from the balcony! I will definitely rebook in the future!

The penthouse is beautiful. The view is breathtaking. It is on the top floor of the building and so you have a beautiful view of the sea with all the boats and ships. An elevator is located on the first floor. In the terrace there is a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the evening hours. In the evening there is a lot going on on the streets. A long walk on the left along the coast and you get to the spot where all the restaurants are. There is free parking around the building or a paid underground car park nearby. The penthouse has a total of three terraces. The big one in the living room/kitchen. Unf two small ones in the bedroom. The bed in the bedroom is very cozy with lots of pillows and the bathroom includes a large shower where you can shower perfectly for two. Two air conditioners cool the penthouse optimally. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils except oil and spices, but there is plenty of shopping nearby.

All very good. a small catch. Check out already at 10 o'clock and no possibility for late check out. Flight didn't go until 7pm. where to go with suitcases at 35 degrees?
