Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Squeaky-clean place, and I could smell the clean duvet as soon as I went to bed. A very rare occurrence. That, for me, was a big plus, and anyone who appreciates hygiene will be thrilled about it. Location was also brilliant, just a stone's throw away from the bus stops and a convenience store that closes at 10 pm. I could hear the cars when I went into the apartment, but they didn't really interrupt my sleep. Parking-wise, it should be quite straightforward to find a space. Wifi connection could be a little better, so don't expect it to be blazing fast. But you can still get some work done. The host is responsive and friendly, and although the device needed a restart when I was entering the main door, everything went smoothly. Wouldn't give a bad rating just for that, because these things can happen. All-around, value for money.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
