The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and for those warm evenings, you can step out to the back balcony for some fresh air and additional outdoor space.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

I don't have anything specific to say about the accommodation; it was clean, and the location was great! On the other hand, communication with the hosts (or rather, with the artificial intelligence) was very poor. We would have liked to be able to speak to real people and not an AI, especially when there is an incident. Indeed, we had asked for the hairdryer to be replaced because it was faulty, and I made it clear that I did not want them to come while I was away. Despite my request that our privacy not be violated, a team came to the property in our absence. We then expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for an explanation, but no one got back to us... I had to bring the matter up again to finally receive a phone call (4 days later...). Of course, I didn't answer because the lack of consideration the host showed us didn't merit me taking the time to listen to their explanation – the damage had been done, and it was our last day...

The apartment is nicely furnished, clean, and in a very good location with easy access to attractions. It has great potential for a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work during our stay, so it was quite cold in the apartment. We contacted the owners and after about three days they determined that the compressor was not working, but they were unable to fix the problem during our stay. When we asked for another temporary heating solution, we unfortunately did not receive one. We were lucky that there was enough hot water and sunny weather. Due to the low temperature, there was a lot of humidity, our clothes became damp, and towards the end of our stay, mold began to appear on the walls due to the humidity. Otherwise, the apartment is great, so we believe that once these problems are fixed, future guests will have a very pleasant stay. Overall, I recommend this accommodation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
