This property also has a lovely main bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen & a beautiful large terrace overlooking the seafront. Smart TV with Netflix is included.

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.

Excellent communication with the owner; he responds to questions in no time. The owner is very helpful. The apartment is very clean, all the amenities are as described, but there is one small downside – a problem with the Wi-Fi, which keeps dropping out very quickly, and another small downside is the dampness in the apartment – it's a good thing there's air conditioning, because it can get a bit hot when it's cold.

I'm very happy with the apartment. It’s even nicer than in the photos, spacious and well-equipped. Overall, it makes a really positive impression from the moment you walk in. I was worried that it might be noisy because it’s on the street, but it’s excellently soundproofed and you can’t hear anything from outside (I was finally able to get a good night’s sleep). The mattress is comfortable, the balcony is spacious, and from there you can also admire the shipyard’s operations and the container ships at sea. I also rate communication with the host very positively, as I received a response quickly. To sum up, one of the nicest flats I’ve ever stayed in ❤️

I really enjoyed the place, especially because of the view. There was a minor misunderstanding about the bedding, but fortunately, that was quickly resolved.

We were worried that the view of the harbour would not be nice, but the opposite is true, the evening lighting of the harbour had a great atmosphere and it was interesting to watch the arriving ships. Great location, stop right next to the apartment, restaurants and shops right next door. Hassle-free self check-in. Ideal for travellers who want to get to know Malta, from the location it is possible to visit all parts of the island by bus and the airport is about 20 minutes away. The only problem can arise if a large family with children arrives and they all need to wash quickly, the boiler has a smaller capacity and it is necessary to wait for the water to heat up.

We had visited this apartment before two years ago. Still much the same but we noticed not as much kitchen utensils as before..The frying pan needs replacing. We had paid for the cleaning in the price & found it quite dusty in areas. It could have supplied clean bedding as we were there a month.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
