San Pauls Bay is not a very charming area. With that said, the apartment was spacious and with a rather spectacular view. Zzzing didn't fully live up to standarts on reliability, there were some issues on check in and unclear ambiguous communication. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fine.

Great apartment, really nicely furnished and very comfortable. If you want somewhere central to stay, this is the place. Space is huge and would accommodate 6 people very easily with room to spare. Would definitely return next time I make it back to Malta. Stayed for the Defected festival and all venues were in easy reach, particularly Cafe del Mar. Highly recommend! :)

I will start with why I have given 4 stars instead of 5. We had trouble getting into the apartment as the light in the lobby area was not working, it was fixed on our 4th day there. The code for the keypad we were given in advance also didn't work, I contacted the host at 6.30pm and finally got into the apartment an hour later, when we were informed that the code might have been changed that day for our arrival. Some of the amenities listed were not in the apartment also, but they were easily bought nearby. We left behind salt, pepper, oil, toilet roll, toothpaste, mouth wash, shower gel and shampoo for the next guests to use. Once inside the apartment is stunning, and in a beautiful location, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and transport links are great also. Apart from getting into the apartment and the few items missing. I would highly recommend this property. We stayed as a family of 4 and had a wonderful holiday for our Mum's birthday.

The apartment was very clean, the view was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. One negative is that the couch in the living room could have been bigger to accommodate more people. Thank you for the 3 nights spent here, we will come here again next time.

The apartment is spacious and modern. Everything was spotless and the view from the balcony is incredible. Very well located - shops, restaurants, bars and just across the street from beach access.

A place with a great view! The apartment is very large, spacious and well-maintained. a great place for a family or group. There was no bunk bed just 2x double beds and one bedroom with two single beds - perfect for us. We asked for extra dishwasher tablets and they were provided seamlessly. in general, I highly recommend and would also stay in the same place next time:)

We have just spent a few days in this beautiful apartment. I wish we were there for longer. It was just as in the photos. The views were spectacular. The whole apartment was Spotless. The communication was excellent if we had any questions or issues. Great location for getting around and lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. We will definitely be back again as soon as we can. Thank you for a wonderful stay. :-)

Very nice and spacious apartment. Ideal for a family. Baby cot available (specify when booking), complimentary washing machine capsules. Well-equipped kitchen (the coffee machine was not working but we didn't mind).

Few things were a bit disfunctional, few things a bit destroyed. Weak waterflow, but overall nice apartment with god's point of view on the sea. Everything close by and available. We enjoyed our staying. :)

The apartment was great, the apartment is spacious, suitable for 6people. Beautiful sea view, access to the center, the sea, the restaurants are great. Negatives are bugs in the apartment building entrance and a low-equipped kitchen for cooking. In principle, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back

The support was very nice, great view , very spacious. Unfortunately it was poorly stocked, few glasses and little equipment in the kitchen and bathroom, uncomfortable beds, and at the last moment they changed the bed layout, causing two of the children present to sleep in the living room and not with their little friends. Otherwise everything was fine.

Without a doubt, one of the best areas we've booked. In all respects consistent with the different descriptions, thank you to Nadine and Sara for their responsiveness and the maintenance staff with their pleasant welcome. I recommend it with my eyes closed and will make a great publicity!!!

This location is an absolute gem. It is situated great directly at the boulevard of St Paul's bay. The result of it is that you have a stagering view of the bay, islands and the Mediterranean sea. Every morning this welcomes you and it doesn't get old. The location is very, very spacious as well and well equiped. I'm not one for visiting a place twice, but this would be it.

The apartment is true to the photos, or even bigger than it looks. The view is exceptional. Quiet, clean, 30min drive from Valletta, close to the small port for boat tour departures. Nearby small restaurants and businesses. Only small downside: very basic kitchen equipment. No essentials except for sweets and salt/pepper in small bags. No oven-friendly dishes, aluminum, or sulfurized paper for the oven, for example.

We didn't find it easily, it's a good idea to put a photo of the entrance,clean space, nice stay,they had made sure there were suitable sockets the TV had a broken remote control but we didn't need

Very nice spacious 3 bedroom apartment and 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 1 with shower, nicely furnished kitchen, living room and dining area. The front terrace has a beautiful sea view. Location is perfect, everything nearby ,shops restaurants , bus stops, boat trip….

It was great apartment and great stay, everything works and the view was amazing. But there was one problem: mosquitoes. There were no anti-mosquito nets in windows, so if you want to stay here please take a lot of anti mosquitos repelents.

A superb apartment, very large. A sublime view and a perfect location to access the French diving club in 7 minutes. Very quiet, pleasant and the parking in front of the waterpark is very convenient. We recommend it!

Good living place, check before and after you leave the property as I was asked to pay for lamp which was good when we checked out. Also restroom has some problems in water clogging, which may make us feel uncomfortable

Host didn’t provide check in instructions before check in time. They also didn’t answer phone till 5th attempt, After we finally got keys all went fine till evening when first powercut came. This followed 2nd powercut same night. Total powercut first day was about 3-5 hours. Same issue happened 2nd night. On 3rd night power went out again and was not restored for over 24 hours. This time we also found out from neighbour that apartment where we stayed was consuming over 50% of the whole building capacity. We had to keep AC’s off for another two days till electrical company came to upgrade building connection. During our stay temperature in Malta was between 32-39 degrees(c) so this was very uncomfortable time for us. For this we agreed 50% compensation for our entire stay(10 days) but so far host/Airbnb has only paid back less than 40%. Host didn’t first react to complaints about electrical issues and was generally very passive and slow with their responses. Also their contact person often ignored phone calls. This apartment was quite nice and has great sea view. However the host who is supposed to be professional company didn’t show any kind of professionalism solving this matter. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this apartment and with this host. This host ruined our vacation and didn’t even provide agreed compensation. Also note that 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds does not have AC so it’s basically unusable during hot summer days.
