The space

Along with an open living/dining area and three comfy bedrooms, this single floor villa has a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and private parking. Although you might never need the car - the beach, shops and restaurants are all a short walk from home.
The Indoor Space: Kick back between a sofa and armchair in a casual sitting area with polished floors. Browse the net, play cards around the coffee table, or flick through the channels on a TV with cable.
The room opens to a dining area with a window side table for sipping coffee and planning a day of sightseeing.
If you're planning to whip up quick snacks for the beach, a full kitchen has the essentials you need. But for a true Mediterranean feast, head to the summer kitchen. Housing a classic brick grilling station and dining table, it's a great space to socialise while sizzling up fresh seafood, steaks and veggies for dinner.
As for the sleeping space? A bright master bedroom has a double bed, while the remaining rooms are perfect for kids with 2 single beds each.
The villa also comes with 2 full bathrooms - one with a stand-up shower and the other with a bathtub.

The Surrounding Area: Feel free to leave the car behind! This secluded villa is walking distance to everything. Stroll 10 minutes to the centre of Calpe and flit between local shops and restaurants. Be sure to visit the walled old town to wander among historic Spanish architecture, including a beautiful 15th-century church.
Feel like a day at the coast? You’re just a 20-minute walk from the nearest beach. Spend your days swimming, windsurfing, or digging your toes into the sand and watching the waves.
For spectacular views of Calpe, drive 10 minutes and climb to the summit of Peñón de Ifac. Home to a variety of wildlife and rare local plants, this “Gibraltar-like” cliff face soars 332 m above the Mediterranean.

With the address given, our navigator only directed us to the Benicolada area. I think the correct address would be Avinguda Generalitat and some number? The house was just what was promised! Beautiful yard and spacious rooms. Mari Jose was so helpful with everything we needed! The only little flaws were boring knives, not enough mugs, and little spoons. We bought new ones and left them in the house. The house as a whole is a well-functioning and air source heat pump in every bedroom. Highly recommend! 🤗🤗

We had a great stay at the villa. It was very clean and just what we needed for a quick family getaway. We were surprised by reviews saying the area was quiet. The villa is right next to a 4-lane road. It is walled off with an automatic gate so no security issues but the traffic noise was heavy, even inside and at night. The villa was super clean but just needs a little TLC and homey touches. Nothing major, just a few marks on the walls/counters, missing pool tiles, broken basketball hoop, etc. Christophe and Maria were amazing communicators. We landed on a Sunday when most shops are closed and Christophe was quick to recommend a 24 hour supermarket. Provisions given were slim. A package from the agency gave us kitchen cleaning supplies but only 1 dishwasher tablet for a 5 day stay. There was no oil, salt, pepper etc so worth stocking up at the supermarket. Little factors, no dealbreakers but would have made a more comfortable stay. Overall we had a great week.

We had a great time at this villa for a family 10 day holiday. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ was a great facility. The hosts were very helpful when we locked ourselves out. Esay walk into Calpe. Good access to road network for wider sightseeing. There is a large gated drive which was great for us as we were already touring Spain in our caravan and needed somewhere to park it whilst we stayed in the villa to meet family. This was no problem and allowed by the owner. Would stay again. Thank you.

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
