With the address given, our navigator only directed us to the Benicolada area. I think the correct address would be Avinguda Generalitat and some number? The house was just what was promised! Beautiful yard and spacious rooms. Mari Jose was so helpful with everything we needed! The only little flaws were boring knives, not enough mugs, and little spoons. We bought new ones and left them in the house. The house as a whole is a well-functioning and air source heat pump in every bedroom. Highly recommend! 🤗🤗

We had a great stay at the villa. It was very clean and just what we needed for a quick family getaway. We were surprised by reviews saying the area was quiet. The villa is right next to a 4-lane road. It is walled off with an automatic gate so no security issues but the traffic noise was heavy, even inside and at night. The villa was super clean but just needs a little TLC and homey touches. Nothing major, just a few marks on the walls/counters, missing pool tiles, broken basketball hoop, etc. Christophe and Maria were amazing communicators. We landed on a Sunday when most shops are closed and Christophe was quick to recommend a 24 hour supermarket. Provisions given were slim. A package from the agency gave us kitchen cleaning supplies but only 1 dishwasher tablet for a 5 day stay. There was no oil, salt, pepper etc so worth stocking up at the supermarket. Little factors, no dealbreakers but would have made a more comfortable stay. Overall we had a great week.

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Outside bbq, bar and paella dish gas ring were a fantastic feature that we made great use of. Very accommodating hosts and we really did not want to leave. Great week!

We had a great time at this villa for a family 10 day holiday. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ was a great facility. The hosts were very helpful when we locked ourselves out. Esay walk into Calpe. Good access to road network for wider sightseeing. There is a large gated drive which was great for us as we were already touring Spain in our caravan and needed somewhere to park it whilst we stayed in the villa to meet family. This was no problem and allowed by the owner. Would stay again. Thank you.

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was exactly as described inside and outside and was spotlessly clean. Communication with Christoph and Maria was excellent. I would highly recommend this house to family and friends and hope to be lucky enough to be able to return. Calpe was beautiful and we did some day trips while visiting. Guadalest is definitely worth a visit. We loved it. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect location for our family of 5. We’ve stayed in Calpe several times and enjoyed our first experience of Carpe Diem. 10 minutes walk from town, 15 minutes from the beach and a good space for us to enjoy time around the pool. Although the villa lacked the little extras that make a house a home, we’ve still given it 5 stars because it was spotlessly clean, the Carpe Diem team were excellent and the villa had everything we needed. It’s a great space for families and excellent value for money. We’d recommend it to anyone.

good place for big family or for 3 couples. location is very good not dar away from city center ~ 15 minutes walking. It has basketball, pool inventory and huge barbecue room.

Excellent villa in Calpe in a very quiet area, we felt right at home! Very well prepared chalet with all the amenities, a/c in all rooms, hot tub in one of the bathrooms. The TV in the living room is too small for so much living room. The villa is located in a very quiet area, it is necessary to take a car to get around although for us it was no problem. I would definitely repeat👍🏻
