When you wake up in the morning, your eyes will see the intense blue of the sea and while you enjoy this oasis of peace, the view of the Peñón de Ifach accompanies you at every moment.

2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of them en suite), a kitchen with an island integrated into the living room and a wonderful terrace await you, all luxurious, in a new building, neat and bright, for a vacation " brand new”. It has air conditioning and underfloor heating, for your well-being, both on the coldest and hottest days.

If you come by car, park it in its private underground garage, since you will need it little or nothing. You have everything at hand, within a very pleasant walking distance: shops, restaurants, services and the fabulous golden sand beach "Arenal". Bury your feet in the shore while you relax before going home to prepare a quiet dinner on the terrace, always looking at the famous Rock.
