Excellent location, everything can be reached on foot. As it's so difficult to park and there's no parking space with the accommodation, we left the car at the park and ride; it was convenient. The accommodation is nicely decorated and, above all, spacious; it's pleasant. The bedding is of excellent quality. The room under the pavement is a bit damp. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. The fact that there are 3 showers and 3 toilets is very convenient for a family. We had a wonderful stay in Bath.

Large, beautiful apartment, very stylishly furnished. The apartment, which was slightly dirty at first, was cleaned proactively and quickly by the provider. It is very centrally located and has a very nice little garden.

We had a lovely time and especially appreciated the garden. They offer a very good infrastructure, convenient location, and friendly communication. Unfortunately, there was a mold smell during our stay, probably because the apartment is not used often, and the overall cleanliness could have been better, particularly in hidden areas that appeared to have been overlooked. After we reported the mold smell, the hosts promptly provided a dehumidifier, which was helpful and showed they were responsive to our concerns. We would return and recommend the place to others.

Our stay in Bath was lovely. The apartment is situated downstairs on the lower level of a Georgian-style building. This made it particularly cool during a very hot period in Bath. The apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped and easy to use. The only thing I would have done differently is request that the second King bed be separated into two twin beds. But that's on me. Our party was happy with the privacy of the divided space accommodating the four of us, the quiet bedrooms, and the three bathrooms throughout the apartment. It was also nice to have some outside space to use. It's conveniently located close to town, the train station, and the bus station. The hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay at this place while in the charming town of Bath. Thank you, Curated Properties, for making this very nice apartment available for visits to Bath. Kari

Very nice apartment/flat with a great location. Very large, cool, and quiet. Very close to walking to everything. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it upon arrival with no soap to wash them. Took two days to respond and bring soap. The couches need a good cleaning as they had stains and smelled a bit. All other things were tidy and functioned well. Overall a good place.

★★★★★ We had a wonderful stay at the Garden Flat. The location was excellent — very central and ideal for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Being next to the park was a lovely bonus, and the garden area made for a relaxing place to unwind in the evening. The flat itself was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a good amount of space and very comfortable beds. Despite the warm weather outside, the basement layout kept the apartment pleasantly cool throughout the day, which made a big difference. Communication was smooth throughout and the host was welcoming and very helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

The Garden flat is in a great location for walking around the city. It was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. It was also quiet and private, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location for the centre, loads of places to shop, eat, drink and socialise. Right next to the park for a walk, nice touch having the rear garden to sit in the evening. As the apartment is a basement it maintains a comfortable temperature even when it was extremely hot during the day. The host that met us was very helpful. Would definitely return.

A mattress topper would be ideal on the sofa bed. The WIFI was pretty bad. Had to tether from my phone in order to work.
