We used this venue for our executive strategy session and the house was exactly what was needed. It was in great condition, well located, and had all the amenities we needed. Curated Property’s management was also highly professional. They were quick to respond and very helpful during both the check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend whether you’re staying for business or pleasure.

Absolutely lovely property. Very home from home. Well stocked. We felt immediately comfortable and the property is furnished beautifully- but with great stone floors and floorboards in all the common areas so we didn’t feel on edge about the dogs at all. The communication was superb - immediate, helpful and a lovely basket of treats for our arrival. It’s close to everything - 5 mins in any direction and you’re in a pub/the town centre/a dog walk in the park. We would stay again without hesitation.

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The house itself was even better than the pictures — beautifully designed, spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt carefully thought out, and the facilities were truly outstanding: a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, and a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing. The hosts were exceptional — they replied to every message almost instantly, provided clear and detailed instructions, and were flexible with both check-in and check-out. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We left feeling completely relaxed and impressed in every way. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had — truly five stars!

We are a large group including young children to visit Bath, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is a stunning four-story with a basement. The decor beautifully tells the history of the property. It has ample space, a backyard, and is within a 5-10 minute walking distance to most places. It created a memorable experience for all of us. We had a fantastic stay in Bath. We had 14 family and friends gathering centrally and this house provided the perfect space to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Not far from the Royal Crescent, and central Bath being walking distance away, meant that we had the freedom to explore the local amenities, as well as relax in the comfort of the home. He can’t thank the host enough, they were responsive to messages throughout our time, and made our stay very enjoyable.

Really nice property. We were a group of 8 adults / 1 child and 2 babies and property accommodated us very well Due to the age of the property number of bathrooms have to be shared We had 3 cars so had to park one in the adjacent car park with was 22 pounds overnight Would recommend Thx Mark

Perfect location. The Abbey, Roman Baths, restaurants and shops all within 15 minute walking distance. Good size well appointed paved garden at the rear and it made all the difference to have two parking spaces in such a central location. The basement bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom was perfect for the young couple with the baby

We’ve just returned after celebrating a hen party of 13 of us. It’s a beautiful home with more than enough space for everyone. Well within walking distance of Bath. It is a lovely house. But for 10 guests we struggled with the bathrooms. The downstairs shower did one temperature… boiling!!! And then there was only one on top floor apart from strange en-suite one. So we battled for using it!!! Also We accidentally left some very expensive Invisalign retainers there. Thankfully found. But two weeks on and we still haven’t had them. We’ve had to make an appointment to get new ones as ( as anyone who’s had them knows) teeth move very quickly without them Do a bitter sting there

The best place to stay for a long weekend in Bath. Perfectly positioned in the centre centre, everything was basically a 5-10 minute walk away. We got really lucky with the weather so were able to have breakfasts and dinners in the sun in the garden. The house itself is beautifully presented, bright and homely with plenty of space. Excellent location 5 mins walk to town, free parking was such a bonus for a property this close to town. House layout was perfect for a big group, lovely kitchen/diner. Hosts were very responsive and check in/out was very easy. Garden could’ve done with a bit of a sweep to match the cleanliness inside the house. Would’ve like slightly more glassware in the kitchen and more free cupboard space. Overall I would highly recommend this house.

The best Air BnB I have stayed in. I booked this property for a weekend away with family and friends, and it was like staying in a home away from home. The host was extremely accommodating from the moment of booking right through to checking out. The house itself was absolutely spotless and very well kept making it instantly feel cosy. It was very close to the centre (5 min walk) but in a location away from any noise. We would definitely return again if we were to book another trip to Bath. Thanks again!

Wonderful location in Bath. Easy to get to restaurants and all of the main attractions. The weather was chilly in November, but to our surprise the Christmas Market was in town so it was very festive. The house had oodles of bedrooms for 8 adults and we enjoyed all the living spaces. Would highly recommend!

Had a great weekend away with friends. Plenty of space, lots of amenities and well located to get around Bath. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Only issues were that the kitchen ware wasn’t well cleaned from previous guests, some of the drains in the bathrooms were blocked up which meant the shower quickly filled and some of the blinds/curtains didn’t close properly. All in all, a great stay and perfect for large parties.

This is a great house for large groups. It feels very grand and was wonderful to celebrate my birthday in. The host was super responsive and helpful. The house location is wonderful, so easy to walk into the centre of Bath and right near a park for the dogs. Parking was excellent and the enclosed garden is wonderful especially if it had been summer. The basement accommodation was perfect us and for the dogs. We were a party of 10 adults and the kitchen dining area was perfect for big cooked breakfasts. We also hired a local chef for a dinner party on Saturday night. A lovely stay, I’d love to go back.

We had an amazing time at Curated’s beautiful townhouse. The house and layout was perfect for our multi-generational family - the lower ground floor in particular was so handy as a separate annexe and the bedrooms on the upper floors were nice and quiet away from the main kitchen and living spaces. The house was stylish, homely and comfortable, we didn’t want for anything. The location was ideal, so close to the heart of Bath but very private and peaceful. The secondary glazing really helped reduce any noise from the street but it’s on a relatively quiet street anyway. The two parking spaces were also really handy, and there is a large car park is right next door if you need more spaces. Our host was really friendly, helpful and flexible. Highly recommended, we’re already talking about rebooking. FYI The Scallop Shell was great for lunch and only a couple of minutes walk away. Chai Walla was also delicious, about 5 mins walk away.

We had a great stay at The Town House. The location is so convenient, walkable to all the city attractions and restaurants, but amazingly quiet. We were a group of friends who had travelled from across England, Northern Ireland & Portugal, we had a lot of catching up to do so enjoyed the communal spaces to chill and relax in. The weather was beautiful so the outside terrace was a well used bonus. Jo who met us on arrival was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She popped back with coffee pods that were missing! . Curated communicated well before, during and on departure.

Curated were really responsive hosts prior to the stay and during as well. Really nice house which fitted my large party of 14 guests well, comfortable beds and lots of space for activities. Great location meant that we could walk to the centre of Bath easily, nice outside garden area where we spent one of the evenings too. Really enjoyed our stay here!

I'm not sure you could find a more perfect location to visit Bath. Everything is really walkable in 10 mins or less, including a big Sainsburys, yet in a quiet spot just on the edge of town. Leave your car in the provided space for the weekend! The house is just beautifully decorated and looked after. Beds were super comfortable. There's also a super cute outside seating area withcomfy chairs, which we used on several evenings to sit out and chat with a glass of wine. The kitchen is stunning. Only thing is, there was not much space to put dry goods away, but there was a ton of fridge and freezer space to make up for that and the kitchen was really well equipped. In short, we loved our stay here and would definitely look to stay here again if we ever return to Bath.

The house was lovely, there was plenty of space for our large party so we did not feel on top of each other. The location was perfect for walking to the centre of Bath. There was a lovely large table in the kitchen dinning area for us all to sit round for dinner. The garden has a lovely seated area to enjoy. We were met at check in by a friendly person who showed us around. We had a great time and would stay again.

4 Charlotte Street was the perfect house for a family city break. The house is laid over 5 floors providing plenty of well laid out attractive bedrooms. Two kitchens and three fridges give lots of space for storing and preparing food including a large kitchen and dining room on the ground floor perfect for seating all 10 of us family meals. Up to three lounges gave space for everyone to find there own place in the house for work or relaxing. With the house being only a couple of minutes walk for the centre of Bath teenagers to seniors could all explore the city in their own way. The host 'Curated' was easily contacted though the Airbnb messages and very responsive. We'd highly recommend Bath and 4 Charlotte Street to explore it.

We had a great girls weekend away here. The host was super responsive and even provided us with some restaurant recommendations. We were greeted on arrival and shown around. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable but ok if only sleeping on for a night or two. Kitchen and dining space was beautiful and lots of space around the table for everyone. Great location, walking distance so being a tourist in bath was easy, we didn’t even need the car. Bonus you get two parking spaces!

There was no hot water for the entire stay. An electrician was sent late Friday afternoon and we were told the water thermostat for the bathrooms had burnt out and parts could not be order until the following Monday, the day we were departing. The outside terrace heater did not work. The radiators noise at night was unreasonably load making it very difficult to sleep. There was one key that worked in the locks for the front and back door. Other keys left did not work on either of the doors. The entire house was unreasonably cold especially at night. I would hope for some compensation as we identified the issues the first day and nothing was resolved during our stay.

I, my husband, and daughter treated my parents to a weekend in Bath while they were visiting from the US. The townhouse was the perfect size for our group of 5 and could easily accommodate many more. There was a private apartment downstairs with it's own entrance which worked out perfectly for my parents as they were jet-lagged. The location was ideal for walking to all the sights but also quite peaceful. The interior looks just like the photos. Absolutely lovely in every way. I would highly recommend the house and would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous and spacious flat. Perfect location, walkable to everything but not in a busy area. There are two kitchens and two laundry facilities in the flat as well! Though we didn't utilize them, it's ideal for a multi-family stay. Communication was great, friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend, and we'll be booking with them again in the future for sure.

We booked this place for a big group of friends. The place was perfect in every way. Check in was super easy and we were created by a lovely housekeeper called Mary who showed us the essentials. James was also extremely easy to deal with - great communication. The place itself is incredible. Excellent location and just stunning interiors. Can recommend to everyone.

We loved this place! It was a great location, walking distance to City Centre and the Roman baths, also the train station. The house itself is beautiful and has all of the amenities to be able to cook at home. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco and orange juice as a welcoming gift. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this house for large families or multiple families. We loved the separate downstairs apartment. The house is beautiful and decorated tastefully everywhere you look. We were welcomed with Prosecco and biscuits as well as coffee for the next morning. Our kids loved taking showers in the wet rooms!

We really enjoyed our time in Bath and thought this was great location for our group! The apartment was spacious and the pictures were accurate. Our only disappointment was the lack of a bathroom in the Master Bedroom. Regardless, we had lovely stay. :)
