This property is perfect for a short stay in bath. The location is great and it’s very easy to get to all main tourist areas. However if you are planning to stay for longer than a weekend like I did then beware of a few things. The WiFi is rubbish, if you need to work from the property you will definitely have issues with this, on multiple occasions we had no WiFi at all. Curated property did try to help with this but they told us the landlord would not allow them to do anything about this issue. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable too. My main issue is the bed! It is advertised as a king size bed but is definitely no more than a double and because of its location in a little cove I was unable to even lay flat with my legs straight. I’m 6ft so if you are a similar height beware of this! Unfortunately we also had an issue where the boiler broke but this was resolved quickly within 24 hours.

Had a wonderful stay in bath at this property. Ideal location just far enough out of the busy part of town but still close enough to walk. Property was lovely and clean. The downstairs bedroom was ideal in the hot weather as it was naturally cooler. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home. Everything was clean when we arrived. Very cute and cosy. Architecture outside is amazing. Overall a great stay and definitely recommend.

The place is really beautiful, the hosts were really kind and responsive. There negatives of my stay was the wifi was horrible. The wifi was slow and at times I had to use my own cellular network. And there were a few insects around the place which was kind of annoying. But apart from these 2 negatives everything was great. Friendly neighbourhood, pretty peaceful during the night. Curator Properties always responded whenever I had questions. Only thing they weren’t able to fix was the wifi due to the walls being too thick. So this place is 4 out of 5 stars for me.

Great property in an ideal location! Bath is one of the more expensive cities to stay and visit, but this property was very good value for money in comparison with many we looked at. The apartment was split level and the lower bedroom was super quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, bathroom was well equipped and a lovely shower. Upstairs in the living area you have everything you need for a short or long stay. You could prepare all of your meals there with the well equipped kitchen, even an oven and dishwasher. Also, washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom if you needed it. We were on a long weekend break, so we enjoyed eating at all of the local places for all of our meals. The distance to the centre is super close, 5 minutes to walk and lots to see on the way. This is a perfect spot if you want to explore the cities sights, coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if revisiting Bath. (If you want an amazing meal out of town, check out "The Pig")

Surprisingly quiet for a city centre location
