The photos are gorgeous and they still don’t quite do this gorgeous house justice! Beautiful views from the top floor, loads of space! It is a 5-story property and the kitchen is down 1 floor from the entrance, so this might not be the ideal property for older people or those with mobility issues, but it’s magical for children. We really appreciated the generous cleaning policy as well as the very fast WiFi. The house was just far enough out of downtown Bath to be super quiet and private while still being a relatively easy walk to town. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We did have some issues with the kitchen sink not draining well but that’s the only negative detail. Also the heat was extremely effective for such a large house and the space felt lively and cozy!

Great location and a beautiful house. Royal Crescent 5 mine away and short walk into town. Nearby park great for the dog. Lots of stairs. Fine for us.

We had a fantastic couple pf days in Bath and loved staying in this huge, sandstone townhouse. Just a 10 min walk from Royal Crescent, its was the perfect base for exploring Bath.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! We were a group of 10 with two babies and there was ample amount of space for everyone and it was incredibly comfortable. The house is just gorgeous and quiet and it had everything we needed to make lovely meals for a big group. Would absolutely recommend staying there and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook it someday!

This house needs little introduction as the previous reviews are accurate. High quality accommodation, exactly like the photos and which was perfect for 2 families totalling 9 people. When at the house, we spent most of our time in the kitchen with the doors open to the charming courtyard. We felt right at home! Very easy walk into town and ideal for our day-trips to Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge etc. Didn’t need to trouble the host, as everything provided and all the information we needed sent on arrival. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

The property was beautiful! Very very clean! We had soo much space for all 9 of us! And loved all the little details such as the dressing up and the games! Location was great it was close enough to town so we could walk but didn’t get all the midnight noise! Loved it! X

Great location, very peaceful, and an easy walk to the centre of the city. Well equipped kitchen for the most part and it is a great room to congregate. Nice to work in a kitchen with knives that are actually sharp! The dining room is pretty redundant but the sitting room is pleasant, light & airy. There are lots and lots of stairs! Three bedrooms on the top floor of the building do seem to get very warm and there is only one small shower room on this level for potentially six people. The master en-suite is magnificent. The remaining bedroom and the study with a sofa bed need to share the en-suite with the master bedroom meaning you have to go up one and two flights of stairs respectively. The outside space is promoted as a garden but would more accurately be described as a courtyard. The cleaning fee is excessive, especially as the place was far from spotless. There were a number of pluses but on balance I would not choose this property again.

A beautiful townhouse within easy walking distance of Bath, and not as far as we thought from Charlotte St car park - you can walk it in less than 10 mins if you park at the far end of the car park! The house is massive and had everything we needed, and Curated Property (the agency) were very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend anyone stays here (just be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs!).

Booked for a hen party for 12 ladies and it was an outstanding house! The rooms were immaculate, there was lots of social space (so much in fact we didn’t even use the living room!) the courtyard was delightful, and the kitchen was well equipped! The house itself is really stunning, and felt incredibly grand and special. It’s easy walking distance to central Bath, and there are Just Parking spaces not far away (you can park outside to load and unload cars). The hosts communication was fantastic, and very supportive, before during and after. Staying in the house really made the hen do and the weekend what it was! Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you so much to Tom and the team for a fabulous stay!
