I was supposed to stay for a month, but after only a few days I ended up in the ER due to an asthma attack triggered by the apartment’s poor air quality and lack of cleanliness. The doctors explicitly linked my condition to the state of the unit and forbid me to go back there. While Curated Properties, who manage the apartment, were responsive, they have refused to take responsibility for what happened, and did not make any gesture. This was an extremely stressful and unsafe experience. I strongly advise anyone with allergies, asthma, or any respiratory condition to avoid this place entirely. Cleanliness and health standards should never be taken this lightly.

I was hoping for a sparkling clean, modern, charming, and centrally-located jumping off point for exploring London with my husband for a few days. That’s exactly what we got and enjoyed our time thoroughly!! The bathtub is huge and clean and I loved taking hot baths after long days biking and walking around London. Location could not be better, walkable to a lot of great areas and access to many transit options within one block. There are very few electrical outlets and I wish the bed were more comfortable, but other than those two small things it was nearly perfect. Stay here!

The Airbnb was fabulous, just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable and secure. Throughout my stay, I contacted the hosts with a couple of requests and every time they responded very positively with an answer. One great aspect of the Airbnb is it very close to Angel train station. I can highly recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment is very nice on the outside and comfortable, clean and tidy inside. There was coffee, tea, oatmeal, dressings, shampoo, balsam and soap and some cookies as a welcome detail. Communication with Curated was very good, access and directions are easy and clear. Everything works perfect and the neighborhood is amazing. In addition to cute it is easy to get to by public transport. The only problem is that it is not specified that the apartment is on floor -1, that is, under floor level, although it has a window that faces a patio.

This was an amazing location for a home base during our week long trip to London. Steps from the bus and minutes from Angel Station. The place was cute and cozy, and the host was very responsive! Having a washer and dryer was a huge perk. Only complaints would be the loud neighbors upstairs (couple with an infant who would be stomping around early in the morning) but that's not the hosts' fault.

Had a great stay! Exactly as advertised. Location was great for our 1.5 weeks in London and despite the smaller space, it never felt cramped. Appreciated the larger bathroom and excellent water pressure, as well as the ability to comfortably cook meals at home when needed! Would recommend if you are looking for a cozy spot that is easily accessible to transit options for getting around.

We stayed in the apartment for four nights and really enjoyed our time there. Perfect location close to Angel tube station plus lots of buses in all relevant directions. Everything you need is in the apartment. The washing machine with dryer function is also very helpful. The host responds very quickly to questions.

I liked staying here, it is an amazing location with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops! They responded very quickly when I wrote, no matter what problems there were, they were quickly corrected! The only thing I didn't like was the view from the window!But overall it was great!

We had a great stay while visiting London for the first time. The place was incredibly neat, exactly as described. It fit my husband and I perfectly for our anniversary trip. Communication was very clear on how to check in and check out and they’re always very responsive. Bonus points for being so near the Angel station. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Curated’s flat. It was stylish and comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic to explore all that London has to offer with the tube station so close. I would recommend this flat!

I checked in at night, though the instruction to find the key lockbox was clear, but i took a while to locate the lockbox, it was extremely dark at night where the lockbox was. This is a basement unit, i find it abit warm in summer, and it is along a main road, so abit of traffic noises, it was ok for me. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave oven, toaster, nespresso machine, pots and pans and cutlery, cooking oil, salt n pepper. I did prepare some simple meals in the kitchen, but cant do heavy cooking as the smell will stay. The laundry machine comes with drying function, is a life saver, and it is exclusive for our use only, though it is located outside of the apartment. Location is superb, very easy access to everywhere, and just 5mins walk to sainsbury, waitrose and M&S. The host is very responsive

The space was amazing!!! It was very clean, comfortable, and all the amenities worked as advertised. Additionally, the area is very accessible via the tube, and a lot of local stores and malls around. I would definitely rent this space again next time I am in London!

We loved staying here! It was in a perfectly central spot to get to all of the places we wanted to see. The tube is right around the corner, the place is perfect for a couple, clean, and the host is quick to respond. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I had the best stay at James’ apartment. The location was extremely convenient, just on the doorstep of Angel station, making it a great base to explore the city. The place itself was stylishly renovated as part of a victorian terrace home, with all the modern amenities. As the space was on the ground floor/basement, you don’t get a heap of light but that didn’t really bother us. Overall it was amazing and very good value for money!

The lower ground apartment was perfect in every way. It was cool in a heatwave, it had everything you needed and it was all pretty new. The laundry for exvlusive was on the same floor & also provided a fabulous mirror for a hairdryer & great light for makeup. The lighting in the studio itself was trendy but low - ambient rather than bright. Location was excellent because Angel/Islington provided such good access to anywhere by public transport and is filled with coffee shops, restaurants & supermarkets. I’d definitely stay again, if I can get in!

The studio in Angel is fantastic. It is perfectly located for getting around London, spacious, and has all the amenities required for a short or long stay (I was there for over a month). James was also very easy to work with and was prompt in all communications. I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend the apartment to others. An A+ experience all around!

Although this space is small, it is so stylish and cool! Beautifully designed and has everything you need. Such a perfect location with Angel tube station right next door and all the shops you need. Even though it's on a busy road it's surprisingly quiet! Didn't have a single issue with noise. Definitely recommend for a short trip in the city.

Very nice apartment in central London just moments to angel (shops/bars/cafes) and tube. Lower ground floor unit so only one main window but otherwise lovely.
