Truly perfect flat. It's located in an ideal area: well served, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Despite this, you are practically in the centre, and everything is within easy reach. The flat is large, spacious and truly equipped with all the amenities. It was also very clean, which is crucial for us. There were six of us staying, and we had a great time, with all the space we needed to be comfortable. The host was extremely kind and always responded very quickly, making everything even easier. Highly recommended

Great location. Tottenham Road Court, Oxford Circus and Goodge Street. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants and London sites but still quiet at night. The apartment itself is a bit tired compared to the photos - stains on carpet/rugs, wobbly furniture, sinks too small to properly use. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Getting into the property is a free escape game with all the colour coded locks - we had a good laugh at this. We were three adults and one 5 year old and the space was sufficient for us. I wouldn't want to have any more people as it would be a tight fit. The living room/kitchen is small. For us it was ok to hang out in, but wouldn't be possible with more people. Rated 5 stars, but actually more of a 4 star stay.

We loved staying at this house. Our family of 6 fit comfortably, and it was very well located to show our kids around London on the tube and other public transport. The host was super responsive and helpful!

Consistent with the description with 3 double bedrooms. Very small living room/kitchen, difficult to eat there for 6. Perfect location, in a small street in central London. Building and common areas not great. There were small things missing that made the stay difficult, such as doorstops, which can be easily fixed. It was very hot and the fans were not sufficient. There was everything you needed: towels, hair dryer, freezer, dishwasher... Super responsive and top-notch communication. Functional apartment and great location.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area despite many restaurants nearby. Close to subway, Soho and Oxford street. The apartment has three bedrooms of good size. We were very happy with the location, the apartment and the host who was very nice and responded quickly.

The property was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The location is very convenient to the tube and is walkable to many sites we wanted to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and had many great pubs, coffee shops and grocery stores. The property had a washer and dryer which was convenient and there were also fans provided which helped create good air flow.

I absolutely cannot fault the hosts - they were incredibly friendly and responsive to our feedback. My only negative is that the property is not quite as fresh and pristine as it appears in the photos so my expectations left me a little disappointed when we first arrived. The property is just a little run down, for example: there seems to be some leakage issues in some areas and stains on carpet (eg on the stairs leading up to the property). We were also met with a bit of a smell when we entered. That being said, we communicated this to the hosts, who immediately sprang in to action, sending the cleaner over (even though it was a Sunday) to professionally clean the rug in the main living space and help identify and address the smell as best they could. They went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible during our stay. The location was fantastic and the check in and out processes were very straightforward. The place is compact but we were very comfortable there.

Small, no frills, just the basics. Yeah it's crazy expensive but you're paying for location, not the property, and it's 15-30 min easy walk to theaters and the best shopping in the world. Host was super responsive; there was an issue with the wifi and they wrote right back. Do know it's a steep 4 flights of stairs to climb with luggage, and the lock box/locks downstairs are too small and fiddly and confusing, but we made it work. There are three beds and just one shower. Fits 3 comfortably, fits 6 somewhat less so. But you didn't rent a London flat to hang around inside, did you? 😉 That in mind, we had a great time. Thanks for hosting us!

This turned out to be a great surprise. Wonderful accommodations in a great area with a local vibe and tons of great restaurants within a couple blocks. It’s an easy walk 3-4 down into SOHO, Tottenham Street Station and Elizabeth line. Recommended and would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property for our one week trip to London. It was a perfect base to explore the city -- centrally located to so much of what London has to offer and it has a ton of options for food/drink just steps from the front door -- inlcuding 5 great pubs that are within 2 blocks of the flat (The Newman Arms, The Fitzroy and Rising Sun were our favorites -- the Rising Sun stays open until 1am too!). We had 5 of us in the flat and there was enough space for everyone -- with some sharing the full size beds in the 3 bedrooms. The common room/kitchen is rather small (as are most things in London), but it was adequate for us to hang out in there for breakfast and the limited time we spent in the apartment when we weren't sleeping. The owners were great to communicate with and were flexible, as we needed to add a night to the reservation and it was no problem. We had an excellent time at this property and would be happy to stay there again on a future trip to London.

Beautiful flat in a superb location, very central, close to many bars and restaurants but surprisingly located on a very quiet street so it’s great for families too. Fully equipped flat, very clean, and all rooms were spacious. All bedrooms have a blackout rolls on the windows, which helps with sleep! Host has been helpful and super flexible, with straightforward check in instructions. Will certainly stay again. Thanks

Excellent location! Close to bus and tube stops so it made a great "home base" as we explored the city. Lots of restaurants, cafes, stores nearby. Surprisingly quiet at night so it was easy to sleep even with the windows open. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine and dishwasher much appreciated. Very comfortable beds, TVs in every room. Those with mobility issues should skip this one - many stairs to reach the apartment and the bathroom only has a (very high) bathtub with no grab bars. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment worked well for my family of four. The apartment matched the description that was provided. I would have liked to have had screens on the windows, since there was no AC and it was a bit on the warm side (although fans were provided in each room). The bathroom was fine, although the tub was a bit awkward - in May be a European thing, but it was an awkward height stepping out of the tub. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Lovely flat, comfy beds, nicely decorated. Very close to two tube stations which made getting around a breeze. Lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby as well as two small groceries if you want to cook or get snacks. We had a few small questions and Curated was very quick and helpful to assist. Thank you!

it’s a great apartment! most importantly, it’s conveniently located within walking distance to tottenham court road station, but still within a quiet part of the neighborhood. it’s also within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. also, it’s really well furnished. we had a really comfortable stay in london :)

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment in London. The location was great, It was conveniently situated near all the attractions we wanted to visit, with easy access to public transportation. close to the underground, a close walk to Oxford St. and 15min to other places like Leicester square, Piccadilly circus, China town etc. A lot of good places to eat and drink in 5 min distance. Moreover, the host was very friendly and responsive before and throughout our stay. They were quick to address any questions or concerns we had, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London.

Beautiful duplex apartment perfect for 5 people and comfortable. All the equipment is present and there is plenty of storage space. Located less than 5 minutes from transport, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. There are many cinemas and theatres in the surrounding area, which are also within walking distance.

location is great; on your street there are several restaurants/coffee shops. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen functions well. Our only negative would be for the full bathroom. the bathroom sink is too small to use for anything other than just washing your hands. And, the shower fixture was too confusing for us to figure out. Either we had scolding hot water or luke warm water with low pressure.

The b&b is in such a central place. Lots of restaurants the minute you get out of the flat. A very nice place to stay with family or friends. The flat was very spacious. We were staying with 6 people and we could live there without a problem. There were two faucets and both of them were small so it was hard to wash your face when needed but overall it was a splendid place to stay.

This flat is in the most incredible area. Literally hundreds of great upscale restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. Walking distance to Piccalilli, Soho, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and more. The flat itself is cute and warm and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating. Would love to return to the same place on our next vacation!

The family had a lovely stay in the apartment. We were greeted on arrival and James was very accommodating in order to suit our needs. We were shown around and made welcome. The appointment is great. Plenty of space for everyone and rooms are a great size. Kitchen/diner/sitting room is well equipped and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants indoor and outdoor all around but the street where the apartment is is off the busy streets so ideal. The British Museum, Oxford street and Shaftesbury Ave are a 5 minute stroll away. All in all a great find. We will be back next time we make the journey.

If location is important to you then this is great, easily walkable to Oxford St, Covent Garden and the main areas, yet the area is also very quiet too with no major road noise in the evening, meaning you can open the windows and not be disturbed. The apartment only has one shower, so think through the logistics if there are 6 of you staying, overall it was great value and the service was excellent (communication and check-in).

I would highly recommend this apartment, especially for a group of visitors. The three double bedrooms are lovely and clean, quiet and well equipped with a TV, wardrobe and aircon unit. The beds are comfortable and as I always strip the beds before leaving, found the mattresses and pillows nice and clean. The apartment is really well located for the tube and buses, but Oxford Street is only a 20 minute walk away and Soho is 15 minutes. There is a Tesco just around the corner and plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you could need, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron and board, a table that extends or folds down with another TV. There is a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave, but you need to take your own tea and coffee. Check in is simple with a key box at the entrance. I booked through Bloomsbury Estates and they were fantastic. Communication was plentiful and they gave me some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. We had a problem with the washing machine over the weekend, but I had an instant response to my email and a maintenance guy was with us within an hour. There is a main bathroom, as well as a separate toilet, both spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the flat for a long weekend in London and it was the perfect spot to explore from - clean, spacious, on a quiet street but just steps away from all the restaurants, etc, and close to the tube to visit other parts of the city. James was incredibly helpful and communicative, the check in/ check out process was simple. Would definitely stay again!
