The location is fantastic. The room is well furnished, but does not really have a space to eat. Otherwise it is great. The house is old so not sound proof. If you are sensitive to noises from the party upstairs, then it is not for you. The location, however, outshines everything. I had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment truly felt like a home it was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would especially like to thank the host for being so responsive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. He was very accommodating and kindly gave us some extra time for check out, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent. There were plenty of shops and everything we needed within walking distance, and the metro was also conveniently close. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for making our stay so comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with everything we needed within easy walking distance. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We arrived in London around 1 pm, and the host let us check in early!! This was really thoughtful! The location is also very good. It's about a ten-minute walk from the British Museum, and the nearby bus and underground stations are also very close. It's very convenient, and it's also very safe to come back in the evening! I would choose it again next time.

Great location very convenient close to tube stations and very central. Very happy with the room, all the amenities were provided. Room was clean and looked like the photos. However, just a small comment that the building is quite odd so you can hear the neighboughs upstairs, but it wasn’t a big issue. Would recommend if you want a room that is easy to get to the main shopping areas.

We stayed at the apartment for a week. The location is really great – good public transport connections and you can get anywhere quickly. Unfortunately, the facilities didn't quite match the listing. There was no dishwasher, there was one chair too few, and the table was used more as a TV stand. The fireplace was particularly disappointing: it looked very cosy in the photos, but on site it was closed off with a wooden panel and could not be used. In addition, the house is quite noisy, so you can clearly hear sounds and footsteps from the other flats, especially at night. Overall, the accommodation clearly scores points with its location. For the price, however, we would have expected a little more in terms of comfort and facilities, so the value for money wasn't quite right for us.

I stayed for a week, a Wednesday to Wednesday. Great location, very walkable. Not too noisy, considering the street is adjacent to a nearby busy road. It was perfect for me as a single traveler. Would 100% stay again!

The location was excellent — everything was within walking distance. However, as the building is old and the upstairs flat is rented on Airbnb, there was constant heavy stomping and dragging noises, as if furniture was being moved, day and night. This is clearly an issue with the upstairs flat, and a proper solution (such as carpeting or sound insulation) should be required. It was very difficult to tolerate and should be clearly mentioned in the listing. There was also a strong daily food smell, likely from another floor or the restaurant below. Although the landlord kindly sent a room fragrance, it was unfortunately not enough to resolve the issue. I requested a refund on the first day as I wanted to move out, but the discussions went on for three days and I eventually gave up and stayed. I still appreciate their effort to help.

The check-in was easy, and the instructions were clear. I only had to search a little to find the place, but no problem. On the 4th or 5th day, which was Christmas evening, a mouse appeared. The host responded quickly and relocated me for the day, which was great. However, due to the holidays, pest control came late. I spent three uneasy days with poor sound insulation, lots of noise from upstairs. Pest control blocked the last spot, but didn’t find the mouse. Ultimately, I had to cancel early. The location is central, the flat matches the photos, though the bed is a sofa bed and not very comfortable. Despite this bad situation, they always responded very fast. Without the mouse issue, I’d rate it higher. Hope you don’t experience the same!

The apartment was in a very good location, with everything accessible either on foot or by nearby public transportation. However, the place itself did not match the description. They claimed there was a third bed for the third guest, but it turned out to be a very thin and uncomfortable mattress that was not even prepared, despite my informing them that we would be three people. It felt almost like sleeping on the floor. The apartment was also not very clean; I found cookie crumbs on the armchair and dead flies in the cabinet where they instructed me to collect the bedding for the extra mattress.

This apartment is spacious enough for 3 people. I traveled with my mom and sister and we did not feel cramped. The location is fantastic and centrally located. There were a few issues that arose with the apartment during my stay, however the management company is fairly responsive and sent someone over to fix.

The location is excellent, with many cafes and bars nearby, and it is very close to attractions such as the British Museum. The host provided clear instructions and responded promptly. The house is made of wood and is not soundproof, but it is relatively quiet when you stay there, and you can sleep very well!

Hello, since we were looking for a place in a central location for 3 people, it was honestly one of the few places. We went 2 people at the moment, but it is not enough to fit for 3 people. The location was very good, but unfortunately we can't say the same for other facilities. There was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs floor. In the morning, I have to convey that we woke up from the sound above, and it was generally noisy at night. We couldn't open the door one time. One of the neighbors locked the door from the back. The interior of the house was the same as the photos, but it was dusty. The faucet in the bathroom was really small. There was no problem in other directions. We can say that it was not bad.

This is our first time staying in a homestay, the environment is clean and tidy, the location is very convenient transportation, there are many restaurants nearby, the owner is very friendly and quick to respond, the only disadvantage is that people pass the stairs outside the door will be heard, the upstairs guests are very noisy when walking, and you can hear the cars on the road.

Let's list the advantages and disadvantages. Pros 1. Location: Very close to the main street (Soho) and easy to get to. Even when traveling from the airport, you can easily get there using the Elizabeth Line. It's close to the main street, but it's a block away, so you can get away from the noise. 2. Communication: When there were insufficient towels, the communication was good, such as being able to receive additional towels quickly by requesting them. 3. How to get in: There were no problems with entry at all. 4. Security: It was not dangerous at all. Cons 1. Floor noise: I stayed in the second floor accommodation, and the upper floor seemed to be used as an accommodation. There was a tourist with children for two days, and they ran around at midnight and couldn't sleep due to the noise. If you're lucky, you can rest quietly without anyone, but if you're unlucky, you may suffer from noise.

We loved our stay as we were so happy that the Undergrounds we needed were so close to us. So much to do around the place as well and we had an absolute blast. The streets were busy during the day but around 9-10 it cleared out and was very quiet. Even with the streets busy it wasn't that loud. Overall we loved our stay and location!

Great Location. Responsive host. - It is a 'open double SOFA bed' as shown in photo with military bed comfort, not just 'double bed' as described. -Quiet street, but noisy bldg. & apt. door(s) closing/slaming very hard after persons, day, night, past midnight ...all times. -People above, 2nd floor, keep walking day/night/late night with hard heeled shoes on bare floor...all time, even past midnight. - Also 2nd floor above, seems to open a sofa bed with big thud opening drop noise on floor, disturb below every night/ late night/ past midnight... - Heat works. No A/C, but seems fan available. - WiFi = no issues, TV=? I did not use.

Airbnb very well located and well equipped. We spent 5 nights and must say that the bedding is not comfortable for so many nights. Ideal for 1 to 2 nights. The host is very appreciable and responsive.

Interior of the accommodation was perfect – clean and as shown in the photos. Communication was easy. However, unfortunately, it was poorly soundproofed, even for young people stuck together. We were woken up by seagulls tearing apart the rubbish bins at 5 a.m., and by neighbours slamming doors and moving furniture all night. And unfortunately, we were there during a week when the lobby was being repainted. We had headaches every day because the smell was present in the apartment. It wasn't a photo of the owners; it's just important to point that out. Otherwise, nothing to complain about on the inside.

I work remote and bounce from major city to major city for a living. This place was EXACTLY what I look for. High speed internet that suits video calls and high data platform demonstrations. It’s in an amazing area 2 minutes on foot from soho and 7 minutes from the center of Piccadilly. The street is very quiet and is surrounded by posh restaurants and pubs. The space is bigger than it looks, has windows on both sides of the structure, allowing for a wind-tunnel if you want it. Hot water, spacious kitchen, great host. A 24 hour gym is 700ft away too :) I loved it. If you’re in my shoes or traveling for fun, book this place. Will stay again when I’m back in London!

Great location! We took the Elizabeth line straight from Heathrow to Tottenham Court Station on Oxford Street, then walked for 7 minutes. Close to M & S for groceries, & Boots. Great Thai restaurant on the corner, & near coffee, juice, pancakes. We found the location perfect for touring London; it’s a pleasant 25 minute walk to Trafalgar Square. The apartment itself is very tiny; more of a small room with an attached kitchenette and tiny bathroom. This is probably normal for a studio in central London. We had three people in our party, so two slept on the pullout sofa bed, and one slept on a twin mattress on the floor. For £26 the host provided additional pillows and a duvet for the mattress on the floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. The floor lamps weren’t working, but adequate light with ceiling lights. Washer’s rubber lining was moldy, hopefully that gets changed for the next person to do laundry. Very responsive host & great communication! We loved our stay!

Wonderful place to stay to explore London! Close to a Tube station and great area with lots of restaurants. The space is cozy but exactly what you want when you are there to see the city. Amenities were exactly what we needed for our trip as well! Would stay again.

I had a great stay. Super easy comms, the host is very helpful and responsive. Easiest check in and check out. Flat has all you need. Really enjoyed my stay as it was a very comfortable space to inhabit and its position had most of my interests such as the British Museum, the National gallery, Theatres and bookshops within easy walking distance. James promptly responded to my questions and check in and out were both as straightforward as he described.

Wonderful location! Central to anything you could want to do and walk to. Fitzrovia is dreamy. Can easily walk to Soho, Covent Garden, even West End. Goodge Street is a fun place to roam, too. Also, SO easy to access public transport and get around! Would definitely return!

Cozy one room apartment at a superb location close to main underground stations, bars, restaurants and shops. Great for couples looking for a centrally-located room at a good price. The kitchen is very well equipped. The only downside is the bed which is a actually a sofa bed, so not 100% comfortable. Overall great value for money and we had a great stay.

The apartment is very central and quite well equipped for a short stay. It was clen and the communication with the host was great. We had an issue with the boiler on our first day and the host called a handyman to come fix it within a couple of hours. Would recommend, just consider the space is quite small.

Our stay was great! The location is absolutely wonderful, very close to two underground stations and a 10-minute walk from another. Our hosts were very, very responsive, took care of any issue we had very quickly and made sure to answer any of our questions immediately, they made us feel very comfortable. The flat is simple and small, just as you'd expect, but very accomodating, equipped with everything you need and is very cozy and comfortable. It was quiet around even though we slept with all the windows open (it was really hot in London for a change) It was spotlessly clean. All in all I'd rate it a very highly recommended budget stay!
