Extremely lovely location, absolutely loved the neighborhood. It’s incredibly close to the tube, with tons of bus options, so it’s easy to get everywhere. There are so many cute restaurants, pubs, cafes, bars, etc nearby. Truly a great area to stay in. The flat itself is good overall. Some of the design elements shown in the photos weren’t there anymore, so it’s not quite as design-forward as advertised but still nice. There were some dead/dying plants on arrival, but I imagine that’s tough to manage with short-term stays. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear people coming up and down the stairwell clearly. I was startled a few times thinking someone was unlocking my door when it was actually a neighbor. None of this is a huge deal, just things to be aware of. Communication was excellent. Any issues were addressed quickly, and the hosts were very responsive. One larger issue took a bit longer, but once flagged again, it was resolved urgently. Overall, a very positive stay.

It was a very nice place to stay!It was my first time in London with a 1.5 year old child, but it was comfortable because they had a baby chair and a cot.It was also a welcome environment for children with a kitchen and washing machine. Also, the water area was clean and comfortable. The location was also around Angel station, and the bus stop was close, so it was easy to get to tourist spots! The only thing was that it was a little difficult for me as a parent with a child with a stroller because of the stairs, but it was okay because I was aware of it in advance. Above all, communication with the host was smooth and all questions were resolved immediately. I was also very grateful that you were attentive during my stay!

My daughter stayed with Curated Properties while attending the New Designers Show at the Business Design Center, and everything was fantastic. The flat was lovely, and the team was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout. When she needed an extra night, they quickly and easily arranged for her to stay in another flat in the same building. Excellent service and communication — I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Beautifully appointed flat a stone’s throw from Angel. I used to live off Upper St 14 years ago… so location was important. This flat did not disappoint. The flat itself was just perfect. Clean, spacious and well presented. Thank you Curated Property team.

The Property and pictures were described accurately. The CheckCheck-in process was very clear with great instructions and a lockbox that worked just fine. The Flat is two stories of steps up with two sets of windows that overlook the street. The neighborhood has quite a few restaurants and bars are within walkable distance of the flat. The neighborhood felt very safe throughout our stay.The tube station is literally a 2 to 3 minute walk which has connections throughout central London and plenty of bus stops. The host was fantastic with regard to communication, as we had a problem with an electrical circuit, (all our problem using American electrical appliance). Host was very communicative, and we were able to work through the problem effortlessly. I would have no problems recommending this flat to anyone who would want to be in this part of London.

The room is beautiful and exactly as described in the pictures.Very close to the subway station, there are many restaurants and shops around, very convenient.The host was very quick to respond, and the communication between the key box and the final check-out time was very smooth.The only small disadvantage is that the guest sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room may find it a bit noisy at night if it is demanding for quiet sleep as the living room street may have a police car ambulance passing by at night.But the bedroom side is quiet.Couldn't recommend it overall!

It was a really easy location to jet about London, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars. The place is well managed and is clean. You do however need to be fairly fit to carry the luggages up the flights of stairs as there are no lift in the building. We enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive.

Great to be in Islington. It's a great area and a great localisation to visit the City. The flat is clean, bright and confortable. Its a busy street, but the bedroom is a the back and calm.

perfect location for us. Angel is a lively neighborhood, but quiet and well cared for, from which it is quick to reach the most touristy areas. The house is comfortable and clean. Maybe from the photos we expected it a little bigger, but this may be due to our low cognition of the average size of a London apartment. Responsive and friendly host. Perfect stay

I stayed here for a month and it was amazing, although in a central location the flat is quite quiet and has everything you need. Had a few natural hiccups somewhere you stay for that long and curated were great at sorting it straightaway. Would recommend this flat

The apartment is a clean, spacious 1-bedroom a short walk from a great neighborhood (Angel) in London. It's convenient to the Northern tube line and a beautiful walk along Regent's Canal. The host is extremely responsive, friendly and kind - there was missing shampoo when I arrived and they sent someone out to help the next morning. The service and attention was appreciated. It's a good place to stay for work for a few days or if you have friends in north London nearby.

A nice place in theory, close to shops, metro, and food, but the bed is incredibly stiff, linens are cheap, decor falling apart/off the walls, and most of all the communication in regards of check-in were misguided (the lockbox is hidden) leaving us locked out of the apartment for several hours at night in the cold with a newborn baby. Oh, and the apartment entrance is shared with other units/thin walls. This place is great if you’re looking to stay somewhere monitored by a property manager. Clean, easy, accessible; rather than someone’s personal home which I find to be a bit cozier and more reliable. Personally wouldn’t stay here again, but not a bad option for others.

This clean and stylish apartment was true to the description and the reviews give you a good sense of what to expect. It’s in a great location - lots happening locally both up in islington main street but also in all the backstreets around, very convenient to get to all areas of London as very close to Angel underground station, heaps of buses and various free bike services. Being on a busy road the lounge room/sofa bed area does have traffic noise but the bedroom is quiet. A bit of traffic noise is trade off for a great location. Excellent communication from host.

Great location, right near Angel tube and buses on City Road. Easy check in, and good communication. No blinds on front street-facing windows (where sofa bed is located) but bedroom was quiet. Would recommend.

A wonderful stay - this was such a cozy place to be, and truly beautifully appointed! Lots of light coming into the bedroom (but very effective blackout shades should you want them) made for lovely mornings, and the stylish living room was a gorgeous place to spend time. The check-in process was easy and all other tenants were very quiet. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again!

Pretty much a perfect location if your aim is to move between Central, North, East and SE Ldn, but Angel is my bias, so I’m not very objective there. Apartment itself is quite good and if you check the photos, description and reviews you won’t get many surprises.

Great location in Angel, good choice of cafes and restaurants close by. Many stairs to climb to apt 4...no lift, may not suit if you have heavy luggage or difficulty walking. Lounge has no curtains or blinds and is very noisy, if someone stays on divan. No extraction in bathroom and very small bathtowels. No microwave

Clean, comfortable enough, and convenient to the tube. Luxurious? No…but if you want a really great location and easy access to the tube, spend the cash. Single pane windows let’s all the street noise and cold air in, and it’s a multi-floor walk-up with no elevator, so be aware. I recommend you stay in a decent hotel.

James’ place was very close to supermarkets, coffee, restaurants and the Angel tube station. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. USB ports are throughout which is super handy. There are no curtains in the lounge. And as others have mentioned, City Road is VERY busy and loud at almost all hours of the day. So if you plan to sleep on the fold out sofa and you’re a light sleeper, you may need a sleeping mask and earplugs. Overall, we were happy with the apartment.

We loved the location near the subway and that's the best thing about this apartment. The street it's on is really busy, but it wouldn't be a problem if the windows insulated the noise better. I would say that it is an excellent apartment for a young couple, I say young because the stairs to access it are very complicated for a person with difficulties and going up and down with suitcases is not easy.
