Beautiful location and stunning villa! The pool is massive and the villa was very clean. Great communication, very friendly and always responded. The walk is about 25-30 minutes to the beach but it’s an easy walk and with your surroundings as a distraction it doesn’t feel that long at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to visit Calpe, we will be returning in the future!

The house is true to the announcement, the service by the company that manages the house is very good, both the arrangements before arriving and once there. The area where the house is located is quite quiet and well located for the main amenities. We've had a fantastic week.

:) GREAT !!!! We stayed in the accommodation for the first two weeks in April 2024. (2 adults, 1 teen and one dog) Starting with the very nice communication with the landlords and a lot of information about Calpe, it was an all-around great vacation. The house is only max. 10 minutes drive to the beach and there are countless shopping, shopping and dining options in the immediate vicinity. Calpe is a very modern and beautiful place and with its two different beach sections a great varied and above all pictureable environment. We loved the house immediately upon arrival. It was clean and modernly furnished. Everything for daily use was available and it was very well divided. The property is very spacious and the pool is also nice and large. Incidentally, he was also in the sun the entire day:) We can absolutely recommend the house and will definitely vacation there again. Thank you for everything :)

I will be fair and concise. The house is spacious, my pet has a great time, it is close to the supermarkets, the beach and restaurants,it sleeps very well, there is no noise at night,so it is greatly appreciated. The bad thing was that I found the coffee maker full of mold, it's to be thrown away, a paellera full of rust, the dirty juice extractor, the barbecue grill was dirty full of grease not to clean it, it's not very nice to find you all that the truth,none of that use it,in the pool I found stacks of long hair,from the last guests it would be, I messaged Maria José(Manager of the Villa)and the other day the maintenance staff came to clean it, as I didn't feel very good their way of working,since they had faults from the first moment with us,I chose not to say anything else, we just didn't use anything from what we found their thing,they should control more than their cleaning staff that she allows us to clean it,since we paid for this Cleaning. I have photos of all I'm saying.

A well located spacious villa with plenty of outside space .which is very private . It was about 15 min walk to the Supermarket and 30 mins to the seafront .It is well equipped and bedding and towels were immaculately clean and adequate .The small issues we encountered were resolved swiftly by the owner . Although it looked really inviting the pool was too cold ( early in the year ) for us to use .

Great villa with modern decor and lovely pool!! The beds and sun loungers are very comfy. There were utensils to cook with and extra blankets should we need them. The villa is about 20 min walk from the beach with plenty of restaurants on the way. Hosts were always on hand should we have any questions and were accommodating. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

The place is really very nice, has a great location and we can easily recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along in this time, so we were able to test the pool. :) If we come back after calpe again, we would definitely book this place again. Thank you for everything.

Great place for a family stay. The pool and terrace is great and there is lots of room to sunbathing. Calp and its surroundings have tons of things to see. It's worth coming here for a stay.

The house is located in a very quiet development, there is hardly any noise and the location is quite central. The house is just like you can see in the pictures, with lots of terrain and a big pool. Maria José and very attentive owners. A perfect stay

Friendly welcome by host Maria. Small but cosy house in a quiet neighborhood. Closely located to the center, coast and to major road connections. Good for 1 family with the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Good wifi and decent kitchen / bathroom. Disappointed to see that there was no dishwasher even though it was mentioned in the description.

Great site, quiet development, the house has a lot of land where our b***h has enjoyed a lot, the pool is great, we loved it and we will definitely be back!
