Wonderful central stay in Bath, the instructions and recommendations were spot on, it is very peaceful yet right in the centre in beautiful old building. We loved our time in Bath, the free town walking tour was amazing, Claytons Kitchens excellent food and the Raven pub wonderful. Beautifully designed airbnb with everything you need and well kitted out kitchen and lovely bathroom with toiletries for your stay.

This has to be one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The setting onto a lovely garden courtyard. Super clean. Super location. We forgot that cars existed. We just walked from the station, dropped off our bags then came back to our lovely Bath abode. Would love to come back. F & P

Location perfect, right in the centre. However, the property is not quite as pictured. Mould issue in the bathroom, kitchen / living area very basic (like a uni flat) and not as shown in pictures. Pillows extremely firm so didn’t sleep much. Upstairs neighbour arrived on our second day and it was extremely loud above (foot steps/ moving furniture) through the night and early morning. Very expensive for what you get.

Perfect location! Everything was so walkable and accessible. The apartment was clean and comfortable with enough utensils in the kitchen that you could stay in the whole time if you so preferred. If I had any queries the response time was quick and all questions answered. Would really recommend.

Great stay overall. Location was spot on with the Roman Baths and the Abbey being a two-minute walk and the train station approx ten mins away on foot. The apartment was very clean, and we felt secure being tucked away in the courtyard. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage before checking in/ after checking out. The kitchen was functional. Thank you for a great stay.

The best flat I rented so far!! Everything was Spot on! A lot of space, everything was so clean and also decorated with taste. In a superior flat, you will have a very large bef which can also be a plus. The property is so calm during the night, as I am a light sleeper, I really appreciated that point too. We had a great stay at Curated Property’s St Catherine’s! It’s in the perfect location and has a beautiful quiet shared courtyard. The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed - super comfy bed and a great shower too! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Bath.

The location is amazing you are right in the middle of town, but it’s also very secure, private and quiet. The hosts were very quick to respond to any inquiry and did so with kindness and efficiency. I would highly recommend this apartment as it was spacious and clean with a nice court yard. Also it has a decent blow dryer, and iron and a good bathroom. The apartment also had plenty of natural sunlight. A few codes to get in but all worth it. Thanks to the team x

We had an incredible stay! After travelling a week in hotels it was wonderful to have our own large space with everything we needed! The location was absolutely perfect close to attractions. The courtyard was a lovely amenity adding a layer of privacy and perfect place to start the day with a coffee! Highly recommend!

This place is very good indeed and literally right next to the Roman Baths, tourist bath site, etc. Very highly recommended! One thing that could be improved would be to add some shelves for one's clothes. There is lots of space and many empty walls, but only a tiny rack with a few hangers. A washing machine would also have been nice; there is space for that too. Other than that: great!

We stayed for two nights. The entire check-in process was smooth and the hosts were always super responsive whenever we had any queries before and during our stay. The location was perfect as it was literally a minute away from the Roman Baths and next to the high street, although you wouldn't think it during the night because it wasn't noisy. We didn't cook in the property so can't say how well the appliances worked but everything did look very modern so I'm sure they were good. The bathroom was good too. We think that one of the radiators there had a broken knob so we couldn't adjust the temperature, but it wasn't terribly hot so we didn't inform the hosts. They were very friendly so I'm sure they would've sorted it if we did. Overall, we had a really lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to sightsee in Bath. Space, comfort and experience were all super positive. Thank you!

This flat is in a gorgeous location! It’s so quiet and peaceful, you’d never guess it was only steps away from the noise and hustle of central Bath. The place was very well-appointed (the shower is awesome). We felt right at home. Getting inside is a little complicated, but we were very helpfully provided photos of the doors and keypads and the lockbox and were able to figure it out with no issues.

Such a beautiful apartment right in the city center but nestled away for privacy away from the busy streets. Beautiful and cozy, the hosts were very quick to respond and helped me get set up to do some laundry and store my luggage. Will definitely be staying here again when I make it back to Bath!

The location, property and value for money were worth it. However, a separate security deposit was collected via an external site, and you were unable to check in without proceeding with this. This security deposit was not mentioned on Airbnb before booking, and is usually incorporated in an Airbnb total cost (shown as a separate cost before the total). This was unusual and disconcerting. The property and services were great otherwise, thank you.

Our 2 week stay was magical. Absolutely perfect flat/Airbnb. The gentleman who turned over the rooms and was there daily, was over the top helpful. Although he was always busy, he took time for us. He treated us like family. My husband and I walked everywhere and felt safe. We were steps away from the Roman Baths, and delighted in the local area. The location was better than described. The apartment was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing with a towel warmer and European shower. We loved it all. The kitchen was quaint and functional. We felt like it was home away from home. Due to the reasonable rent for the property, we were able to leave for 5 days on a Cotswold tour and feel GREAT knowing our place was secured with our personal belongings. We would DEFINITELY come back again! Knowing that St. Catherine's is part of a bigger picture for charity, we will be back! My husband and I loved reading about the history! THANK YOU!

Had a lovely weekend break in Bath staying here with my husband. Location was perfect, we could see the thermae spa from the courtyard! Very clean, had all amenities including shampoo and conditioner which was much appreciated. Would recommend and would return!

The location of this property is very ideal for visiting Bath - just minutes walk from everything. Felt very secure staying here. The apartment is simply furnished but has everything you could possibly need and was super clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The host responded very quickly to any question and inquired of our wellbeing every day we were there. Very satisfied with our stay. The only draw back is the parking - it’s not possible to park at the property but there are long stay car parks again in walking distance so no great inconvenience. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of visiting Bath.

Great stay! Absolutely amazing place and in a great location. You are in the hustle and bustle of bath but it doesn’t feel that way at all! Being picky - the only slight issue we had is the neighbours upstairs were quite noisy. They played music/tv late into the night and were very noisy early morning continuously walking up and down their apartment in shoes. But this didn’t impact our stay and is not the company’s fault!

The place was incredibly clean and matches the description and photos and felt like home. If I was visiting Bath again I would stay here again. Lovely apartment in a perfect location for exploring Bath! t It was clean and tidy but it was definitely style over substance. Nicely furnished, with a massive bed. But there was not enough kitchen utensils etc to cook a range of meals, and there was only one cereal bowl and two spoons. It felt quite sparse in the kitchen. The TVs only had satellite, no Wi-Fi connection so no option to log into Netflix or similar. We had a ground floor apartment and you can hear the neighbours above walking around. So just bear this in mind if you're a light sleeper. Overall it was a nice place, but it could have had a few more touches to make it perfect.

We chose this air bnb as it was in the heart of bath, soon to know it was right in the middle of the christmas market which we loved! Meant we can go back to the apartment when we wanted and then go out the front door and be back at the market! On arrival at 3pm (check in time) we collected our key cards and entered our room to find that the cleaner hadn’t made it round to our flat yet (dirty bedding, towels, empty bottles in the kitchen) but we weren’t too bothered and asked the cleaner if we could leave our suitcases in the room whilst we went for a walk. Returned 30 mins later and it was cleaned. The apartment itself is lovely, the bathroom shower is super nice, bed isn’t the most comfortable and is quite hard. My only suggestion would to have a lamp placed in the bedroom/living room as the main lights are quite bright. Kitchen facilities are great and biscuits/tea was a nice touch. We would definitely come back again! 😊

The location was perfect for us. It was a clean, fresh and well equipped apartment. Right in the middle of the older part of town. Nothing was more than a 10 minute walk. Perfect for the Xmas market. Quiet in the evening. Secure and friendly service. We don’t usually like going back to the same places. But we would consider this again when we next visit Bath.

The place was lovely, very clean and well looked after. Very central to Bath with plenty around to do. Hosts are responsive and friendly when it comes to any issues you may have. If you take a ground floor flat however, be aware you may get noisy people staying above you, we did and it wasn’t something we had considered. There was also a lack of kitchen items that didn’t match what was described. We had one bowl between two of us and no tray to put anything in the oven. For the most part, this was a great accommodation for a first time trip to Bath for a young couple. I cannot fault the hosts on their responsiveness and hospitality.

This was my second time staying in these apartments and they are the perfect spot for exploring Bath. Everything is within walking distance and though it's located right in the city centre the courtyard is so private & peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

Let me start with the positives: -The location is great, peaceful, quiet and in the centre of Bath, right next to Thermae Spa. -The house was clean upon arrival and there were fresh towels ready for me. -When I did ask for assistance for a handyman to arrive to fix a few issues with the house - the response time was great. My concerns: -The main door of the hospital, doesn't open easily despite using the code & waiting for the blue light to flash as it needs to be replaced. The handyman informed me that the door lock had been tampered with as someone tried to break in earlier in the previous week. I felt this was news that should have been shared with me prior to my arrival from a safety standpoint. -My main door of my house wouldn't close completely unless I slammed the door. From the inside, you can see that half the door from the top doesn't close completely. There wasn't much the handyman could do as the locks are all German made. -Safety is a concern here.

Brilliant stay. Right in the center of Bath, 1 minute walk to a shop if you needed something. Easy check in and out, felt like we lived there. Amazing flat and friendly host. Nothing wrong with the stay, we only have a few suggestions. It would be better if check out could be slightly later, at 11am say. Unfortunately, our TV had no signal, which didn’t matter so much as we were out doing things and we did tell the host who was responsive and suggested resetting it, but this didn’t work. It was a smart TV as well, but there was no network connection so we couldn’t access Netflix. As I said, not really a problem for us, but worth mentioning if anyone was to come on their own for a business trip and wanted something to watch in the evenings.
