Situated just behind the Thermae Spa and only 50 metres from the Roman Baths, the ten one-bedroomed apartments all face into the original courtyard garden, creating a truly tranquil sanctuary in the heart of the city of Bath.

Had a great stay. The location couldn't be any more perfect, right in the centre of town, around the corner from the Roman Baths and Abbey, and a 5-10min walk from the train station. Has its own private courtyard with a secure entrance, so offers a secluded and peaceful escape from the busy streets around it. Although it looks like a charming heritage building from the outside, the interior of the apartment is modern and of a very high standard. Great amenities, comfy bed, all bases covered for a worry free stay. An added bonus was the secure luggage storage provided at the property, we were able to drop off our luggage earlier in the day before check in, and use it again after checking out. The response time to messages from the hosts was always quick, and always helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely apartment right in the heart of Bath. But incredibly quiet and peaceful. The perfect location to explore the city. The apartment was clean and tidy. Good amenities. The bed and pillows were a bit hard, but we still managed to sleep OK. Would very much return.

Perfect accommodation! Here’s my short list of things I liked: it was pristine clean, it was safe & secure with private courtyard, it was quiet even though in the heart of the city, amazingly convenient to everything and they had an early check-in (for an understandable charge). I loved staying here. The kitchen was very useful as it was nice to prepare my own kind of dinner, and the espresso machine was awesome. I would recommend to anyone visiting Bath.

We had a great break in Bath and found the accommodation exactly what we were looking for. Perfectly located being an easy walk to everywhere. It was as it looked on the website - compact but very well presented with good amenities and probably the best shower we've experienced ! We'd have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Incredible location!!! Something to note…If you’re planning a stay in the summer, there’s no A/C and gets quite warm despite the fan that’s provided. Overall, a great place to stay!

The most lovely weekend away with a perfectly situated apartment within a seconds walk to all the hotspots of bath🤩 well suited kitchen and bedroom with easy accessible codes to get in and out of the apartment!! Will definitely be staying again❤️

Could not believe the layer of dust on shelves, baseboards, and the bathroom towel rail. The build up of lime scale on the shower and taps was ridiculous as well. A lot of things looked like they had not been cleaned properly for weeks or months and the bathroom radiator looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for years! When this was brought to their attention, the excuse given was that they have 10 flats to clean with short turn around times so things get missed. It makes me wonder what else in this flat isn't cleaner properly. Definitely would not stay in another Curated Property again!

Brilliant stay, super clean apartment and what felt like a really safe and protected area for two women alone. It was so walkable for everything around us and was really easy to find. The shower was particularly amazing after a long day and the bed was one of the most comfortable ever! Would recommend.

Location, location, location! What a perfect place to stay. Very central but also very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe there. Just step out the door and everything is there. Getting there by car is a little challenging, as "maps" didn't understand the one-way streets very well. If using "maps" my advice would be to put in the Gainsborough Bath Spa for the location. Maps would find it easier.

Had a lovely stay in Bath. The location of the apartment can't be beat, right in the middle of the city centre and still really quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Contact with Curated Properties was very easy and quick, I always got a reply within at maximum 30 minutes. The one thing I would say is that aside from one small rod with a couple of hangers, there wasn't really anyplace to store your clothes and belongings. A small cabinet beneath the television would have given slightly more storage space. Aside from this one point, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Bath!

Lovely flat in an excellent location. It was incredibly central but somehow also very quiet. The bed was big and comfy, the kitchen well equipped and there was great water pressure in the shower. The luggage store was very useful at the beginning and end of our stay. The perfect mix between a hotel and a place of your own. Curated were quick to respond to any queries. The only negative I'd mention is the damage deposit that their own online platform tries to make you pay after you've booked. Airbnb have their own damage policy and hosts shouldn't be asking for extra fees not made clear at the time of booking. When I queried this, Curated were very quick to remove the charge. In all, we were very happy and would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay in this little apartment right in the centre of Bath. The flat was well equipped, warm and comfortable. Despite being right in the centre of the city the flat is very quiet and fronts on to a lovely little courtyard. The hosts responded to questions very quickly. We would not hesitate to stay again if we were visiting Bath. Thank you

What a wonderful stay we’ve had at St Catherine’s hospital apartments in beautiful Bath. The apartment has everything you need, they really have thought of everything, I always take some kitchen roll when we use Airbnb as it’s so handy, I forgot this time, but I opened the kitchen cupboard and there it was - everything we needed was just there - toiletries, soft towels, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, washing up liquid and sponge, every kitchen item you could think of. Brilliant guides and comprehensive instructions. The apartment is so well equipped, modern in renovation and design and an absolute pleasure to stay in. Location, location, location is what they say and this place was perfectly positioned right in the heart of the city, everything was just on our doorstep. I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Bath. The team were also very attentive, great communication and so thoughtful, they even dropped off a bottle of fizz for our wedding anniversa

Our stay in Bath was a real highlight of our trip around the UK and the accommodation was a big contributing factor to this. This apartment was absolutely top notch on all fronts from the presentation to the amenities, everything was professional and high quality. The host was exceptionally responsive and worked with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location is second to none with the Roman Baths and city centre of Bath right outside your doorstep, while still maintaining an exceptional level of quiet and privacy. This was an amazing AirBnB and we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This is an absolutely first class location in the very heart of Bath with everything within very easy walking distance. It was perfect for our stay in the city. The apartment itself was in excellent condition, very clean with all the amenities we needed. I should add parking in the City is a nightmare. The Southgate car park nearby, about 5 minutes walk away, is ideal. However, do chose you moment to arrive, as we drove round for hours waiting for a space. If you can arrive by train, again a short walk away, it will make your life much easier.

Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s right in the centre of the city and works as a great base to explore from, but despite being so central it’s so so so quiet! The flat itself is gorgeous and it’s easy to feel at home when staying there. Have already recommended it to friends and will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you so much for letting us stay, it made my birthday trip extra special :)
