This property is fabulously located in the very centre of Bath. We hadn’t received any instructions to access the property when we arrived in Bath but the host was very responsive to send these when we asked. There was some dirty laundry left in the property when we arrived and unfortunately a tapping/clicking noise through the night (we assume from the radiator system) and there are some touch ups to the property that could be done - which is why we have rated 3*.

Great location in the centre of Bath. The apartment was clean and tidy and mainly quiet. As it’s on the street it could get a little noisy at night and early in the morning when deliveries were made to the Thermae spa. The host was extremely helpful and responded to questions quickly. This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments and will definitely be back.

Ideal location for seeing the main sites, we could even hear the bell ringing practice at Bath Abbey! It’s so central to everything we could even run back to use the bathroom or take a quick break. Very nice apartment with comfortable beds.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic — a true 5-star experience. The property was beautiful, full of character and history, and located in a very central area within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Access was straightforward and convenient, and the lovely courtyard within the property was especially charming. It was also a perfect place to stay with friends. What an incredible apartment with the perfect location in Bath - next door to the Thermae Spa and 2 min walk away from the Roman Bath! The property was beautifully presented, exactly as described on Air BnB and situated in a wonderful, quiet courtyard. Despite being located right in the centre of Bath, it was so quiet and once in the apartments we didn’t hear any noise from the busy streets in the surrounding area. The host was excellent at communicating with us with plenty of information shared for a very smooth check in and check out. We will certainly book again for any future trips to Bath, and will be recommending to friends and family.

PERFECT location. Situated next to the Bath thermal spa and a few seconds walk from the shops! Beautiful apartment, the bedroom and bathroom 5 star. As two women, we felt very safe staying here. The only negatives (if you’re picky) is that it is a very dark apartment, lacks sunlight but it is in between buildings and getting into the apartment, sometimes the high tech key pad was very slow. Overall, would 100 percent stay again. Loved it.

It's all about the location, good little flat in an amazing spot. Dropped luggage outside the door, then just a couple of minutes to Charlotte st carpark - with EV chargers, so ready for the return journey. No need for car once there, everything we wanted was within easy walking distance.

Would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing property in a prime location! The property was within walking distance of everything, less than a two minute walk from Bath town. Was pristine, so clean and had everything you could have possibly needed, from coffee machine and pods to cooking utensils, shampoo and conditioner and even a hairdryer! The attention to detail was amazing (even had cotton buds and cotton pads!), decor was lovely. Hosts were responsive and kind and having the luggage storage until check in and after check out was great for people with later trains etc. Lovely touches and would genuinely recommend to anyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was lovely, and it was nice to know the history of the location in the handbook they provided! It was a bother putting the code into each door, but we soon got used to it. Listing that matches the listing. Very well located, close to all tourist places. But quiet thanks to the inner courtyard. All accesses are by codes communicated almost at the last moment, about 1 hour before arrival so to be taken into account. Otherwise, great stay and BATH is a lovely town.

The location of this property is perfect for exploring Bath on foot. Central with many attractions and restaurants close by. The property itself was secured and felt safe. The unit was as described and was comfortable to stay. Instructions were clearly set out in the property manual. We would have no hesitation of returning to the property should we ever find ourselves in Bath again. The addition of face washers for the bathroom and a box of tissues would have made the stay perfect.

I 100% recommend this place. Very well located, a few minutes walk from the Roman thermal baths. Very clean accommodation and very well decorated. Small improvements however, a little more cutlery and utensils in the kitchen would have allowed total comfort in every way.

The place was centrally located which was great for the walkability. Very close to main Bath tourist spots and shops. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. It is a little difficult to find the entrance as it is not labeled well. Only other complaint would be the noise. You can hear and feel people walking next door pretty loudly.

All in all very good, very central which was the best bit and a lovely big bath in the bathroom. Shower head was covered in limescale and dirty dishes in dishwasher. When we tried to put the dishwasher on it also wouldn’t work and kept coming out dirty. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Lovely that they left tea, coffee sugar and milk for us. Bed was huge and really comfortable. Heating was very hard to work and the place was constantly hot which is not something we are used to as uni students who don’t put the heating on all winter to save bills but was lovely to come back after a day out to a warm place. Thank you very much !

We had a lovely stay. There was Prosecco and a card on arrival as it was our anniversary trip which was a nice touch. The place is spotless and you couldn’t get a better location. I was suprised that you either have to pay a £250 deposit or a £15 security waiver after booking for damage which you may or may not cause. Also found the seagulls extremely loud so would recommend some earplugs! Other than that the stay was lovely and would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in this modern and comfy Airbnb. It really is a home from home property, in the centre of Bath with all the main tourist attractions right on the doorstep. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the place, which is over two floors and feels much bigger than the pictures make out. Thanks for a great stay!

The location is brilliant - within minutes of everything. Newly fitted to a high standard, large, comfy bed and everything you need. The £250 (returnable) damage deposit was a surprise and felt excessive. Also a low non- returnable damage deposit and charges for early check-in. The consequence of a commercial owner no doubt. Having paid the damage deposit my 'boarding pass' with check in info didn't arrive so emailed them on arrival (no phone number offered). Helpful staff arrived quickly "sometimes happens, the payment comes through and then doesn't show." Surely easy to send a reminder/call to clear this up before arrival? There are then 3 different codes for different doors and we found other guests struggling to get in. Felt like quite a recent development so these may be teething problems.

Beautiful little place just behind the main shopping area and right next to the spa. Fantastic to be able to walk around town and pop back whenever we needed. The apartmwnt itself was on two floors which was nice and was clean and well equipped. The bed was huge and very comfortable and despite my reservations, there was no noise from the street.

Me and my sister had a lovely stay at number 5. The place was so lovely and felt very homely. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. We had to pull out the sofa bed ( which was quite tricky), but the lovely lady came round and helped us to do it. This place is right in the centre of bath so it’s so easy and quick to get to places. Amazing stay and will 100% be returning soon. Thank you! X

A fantastic 3 night stay, in flat no5. It couldn’t be more central or quieter. All previous reviews highlighted the convenience. Accommodation was just as the photographs no disappointments or negative surprises. Booking, communication and check-in was all seamless. Loved this place - it was central, very well maintained, excellent amenities, beautiful design. We thought the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep. The entire place is laid out over two floors, giving the most spacious and comfortable layout. We booked breakfast and dinner at home for our baby who is 1 year old and we found the kitchen to be very well stocked, including items like a selection of good quality (and sharp) knives and strainers for pasta that we didn’t even expect, so it was really easy to cook family meals. We really enjoyed the fact it had two bathrooms, very convenient. The massive bed upstairs was also appreciated, it was really comfy and the lines were high quality. On the plus side there were night time blinds allowing the room to be completely dark to help get to sleep quicker. We appreciated having both a shower and a bath. Overall, when we come back to Bath we will be booking the same place! We stayed in apartment 5 by the way. Highly recommende

If you want to stay in central Bath, it would be difficult to do any better than this property. So close and convenient for everything in the City and also a quiet and peaceful location. Everything you need is in the apartment and it is kept very clean and well maintained. We will certainly be going back.

Very clean space and fabulous location… about 50 m away from the abbey and the roman bath. Everything is walkable distance. Just around the corners you can find great restaurants , shops etc and it is 6 mins walking from the train / bus station. Milk, coffee, tea, sugar is provided to start with. The kitchen is tiny so can’t really cook here. Staying here feels a part of the history of bath.

My partner and I had a great stay in this property that is perfectly located in Bath’s city centre. We stayed in flat 5 which had ample space and modern facilities. The upstairs bathroom is amazing and the bedroom is very cosy with a large, comfy bed. Despite the central location, we slept very well due to good soundproofing. Kitchen was decently equipped and we were able to make basic meals for ourselves. The only slight drawbacks were the tap which struggled to give us cool water to drink, and the lack of cleanliness of a few kitchen items. Nothing major, but a new spatula/wooden spoon would be ideal, for example. Overall it’s a great apartment and we would definitely stay again. If you are looking for something private, maybe consider one of the other flats on site as this one has fairly low-level street-facing windows, but other than that it has everything you could want for a short stay. We, my husband and I, thought it was worth the price. The location was ideal since we did not have a car. We could walk to all the city sites and the train was a 5 minute walk for days trips. The apt. is beautiful and the building is very inviting. We will be back. the only thing I will say it was noisy at night because you are in City Centre and we sleep wirh windows open. With that said we loved our stay! Thank You 😊

Center of Bath but tucked away in a smaller street. Comfortable and recently renovated with modern amenities. If neighbors walk heavily or talk loudly one does hear them, but that’s not on the Airbnb. There’s also the smell of food from some nearby restaurant but again that’s not any fault of the place. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic location and lovely designed areas perfect for a weekend city break. It was very hot (mid-summer) when we stayed so we had to have the windows open which did make it quite noisy (seagulls and night revellers!) Otherwise I’m sure it would have been fine.

We loved how central the location is. The court yard provided a peaceful setting even though we’re in the centre of town. The flat is clean and comfortable and with a great bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we were in town for a short trip and there’s plenty of restaurant choices around so that’s not a problem for us. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the flat.

Flat 6. Pros - Lovely, clean & modern accommodation. Excellent & speedy communication from the host. Central location, (expect external noise) walkable to train station, attractions, shops, bars & restaurants. Nice shared sun-trap courtyard. Tea, coffee machine/pods, sugar, biscuits provided. Cons: Toilet/bathroom is upstairs accessed through the bedroom, not suitable or convenient for person staying on sofa bed downstairs. No storage to unpack clothes, other than a small exposed rail with 6 hangers. Can hear footsteps from flat above.

Overall very much enjoyed our stay! Home was beautiful and well-stocked, and the location is very central surrounded by restaurants and pubs, and walking distance to the main sights to see. The unit had a heating system, but we weren’t able to find the AC, and the host did not get back to us. I think it was a particularly warm weekend in Bath so it’s not a common situation, but the unit did get quite hot and stuffy. Other than that tiny hiccup, we had a great stay!

This is a lovely apartment in a very central location. Bit pricey for one night . Accommodates 4 with a sofa bed downstairs and everything beautifully presented. Plenty of hooks and storage for a short stay. We stayed as a 3 and only had enough towels for 2. Plus would be helpful if the sofa bedding was made up already in the bag. Would stay again just for the location.

The apartment was as advertised. If I were to stay at this complex again in the warmer months, I would book a different ground floor only unit as the lower floor in this unit stays much cooler at night than where the bedroom is upstairs (that is if you want to close the windows so the seagulls and their chatter don’t keep you awake - fyi the gulls are an issue all over Bath). The windows when closed provide excellent sound proofing. The staff was very responsive to questions. Excellent location to the main area of Bath.

Unbeatable location! 2 mins to walk to the Roman Baths, great cafés & restaurants - but thanks to the location in a quiet side street with a lovely courtyard, the apartment was still very quiet. It was clean & cosy, though the kitchen and bathroom weren‘t spotless. It‘s a bit like a color-by-numbers for a modern and stylish apartment, not truly luxurious as the property management company advertises (e.g. tiles are not real marble, floors not real hardwood floors), and there are no personal touches. More hooks for towels in the bathroom would be helpful. But overall good experience for an okay price in a rather expensive city. Again, loved the location!!

This was an incredible Airbnb to stay in with my family. This place was just lovely! It is right next door to the Roman Baths and right in the middle of everything. It could not be any closer to the shops and restaurants and sights. The apartment looks just like the photos. The master bedroom upstairs was super comfortable. The sofa bed downstairs was also a good full sized mattress that my daughter said was comfortable as well. The bathroom was just gorgeous and super modern. The kitchen had plenty of stuff so that you could do some light cooking. When I come back, I will definitely book this place again.

It’s a great space, right in the centre of town, you can walk to everything. The flats also got everything you need if you fancy a chill night in.

Great location and a great base to explore Bath. The thermal baths were opposite and a real treat. The kitchen, beds and bathroom were fab and the whole apartment was spacious with a lovely courtyard. I would highly recommend the apartment.

A great little find in the centre of Bath. The proximity to everything and setting with lovely courtyard made St Catherine’s a delightful stay. The host was extremely prompt in replying to communication and helpful in letting us store our luggage until check in. Our accomodation was 2 storey which gave us extra space with a bonus 2nd toilet downstairs. The apartment had all the basics you would need although we ate all meals out so can’t really comment on how well equipped the kitchen was but it appeared to have everything. We have already recommended to friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St Catherine’s Hospital. Don’t think it’s possible to have a better location, the property in literally in the heart of the city centre next door to the thermae spa, the Roman baths and so much more! It made navigating the city super easy. The apartment itself was simply beautiful, clean and looked exactly like it did in the photos. With everything we needed, we were able to really relax and feel right at home. The kitchen is even stocked with cooking essentials to make meals and a dishwasher so we didn’t have to spend precious staycation time washing up. There is a secure luggage store on the property so we were able to enjoy our last day freely and grab our bags on the way to the train station (5 min walk away). Thank you to the Curated hosts for your quick and helpful responses prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Highly recommended if your intention is to explore Bath city centre. Location cannot be better, the entire unit is spacious and equipped with literally everything we need. The bathroom is spotless and gleaming, the whole unit is very tastefully designed and feels very new. Not to mention the super responsive host, you won’t feel lost, not even for a moment.

Great location right in the middle of Bath - ideal for a quick getaway! Clean, comfortable and bright accommodation. Lots of nearby carparks to choose from, so parking not an issue. Slight problem with the bedding for the sofa bed was quickly sorted by the hosts who were very proactive! Would definitely stay again!

We took our 1-year-old to Bath and stayed at this airbnb for 2 nights. It was a great location - walkable distance to amazing restaurants and sightseeing spots (e.g. it's right next to the Roman bath). The airbnb's very spacious with extensive amenities - kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry room in the communal area. The travel cot was Mama & Papas with lots of room for my 1yo to play in (so it was almost like a playpen). Overall, it was an amazing airbnb for families. The only thing that some families might find tricky might be the access. The doorway is quite narrow (and you need to get through 2 sets of front doors with 1-2 steps). It's quite difficult for a pram to get through but if you are not travelling solo it shouldn't be a problem.

It took us a few minutes to realise which is the right entrance but once found it, it was quite obvious.. Gorgeous space, very clean, zen inside and out. Communication was speedy and friendly. Perfect location!! Definitely coming back
