Very comfortable and private space with big rooms, home away from home feel and perfect location for the price. Parking wasn’t a nightmare and the place came with great heating, lighting and an overall home feel. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back. Would recommend the hosts to anyone or to those who want a quiet, relaxing and stress free place to stay. 5/5

We had a wonderful stay here, and appreciated how comfortable the space was and the close proximity to the Roman Baths and Thermae Spa—literally just around the corner. In a pretty historic building, the flat is on the ground floor, accessed from a lovely private courtyard. We liked that the space is a true one bedroom and has been tastefully decorated with everything one could need. There’s a nice big bed with hotel quality bedding, a separate living room, a small well-designed kitchen, and bathroom with underfloor heating and (great shower pressure ), much appreciated on the cold days we were there. The flat is very pleasant and the access to central Bath makes it an ideal base to explore the city.

One could not ask for a better location in Bath! We stayed on a weekend of the Christmas markets and was pleasantly surprised at house quiet and peaceful the stay was. You are less than a dozen steps from the market, but the space was quiet! I would stay here anytime I wanted to visit Bath and the surrounding area.

Came here for my stay in Bath and safe to say this place was amazing. They had a luggage storage area for us to put our stuff prior to check in which was very convenient. The actual place was just as shown in pictures and on top of that has great history which they put in their welcome book. On another note, super close to the best attractions such as the Roman baths or the Pulteney Bridge while only being a 5 min or less walk from the train station. Would come back again !

Overall, my stay was really good! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bath and only about a 7-minute walk from Bath Spa station. It’s central but slightly tucked away, so it's a bit chill despite being so close to everything. Check-in and access were simple, and I liked the little courtyard you enter through; it gives the place a nice touch. Communication was great throughout; the host was responsive. At one point, the lock on my door jammed, and one of the staff members happened to see me struggling. They not only helped fix it but also replaced the lock on the spot, which I really appreciated. The bedroom faces the street, so on one of my four nights, there was some noise from people outside. I could also hear a bit of movement from the unit above.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here, it exceeded our expectations especially in terms of location! Thermae Spa is literally next door. The house and courtyard were absolutely wonderful and the hosts were very helpful with quick responses, they were also able to advise on parking. The bed was very, very comfy (we will miss it!). The only suggestion I would have is for some cushions to be provided for the outdoor furniture as the seats are not the most comfy without - but not the end of the world! We also noticed a chair in the photos that didn’t seem to be in the flat - again, not the end of the world but would’ve been nice! Thank you so much we had a fantastic time and would love to return.

This property exceeded our expectations. We booked here for a shopping, dining and sightseeing and the location was perfect for all of that. Lovely building, very modern and clean inside. Courtyard was fab for an afternoon drink in the sun. We were so close to the shops that we kept popping back to drop our shopping off to save us carrying it around ! So close to train station, the Roman baths, shops and restaurants. Would stay there again and have recommended to friends and family.

Really lovely stay. Everything as described and in such an ideal part of the city - right next door to the Roman Baths. We would definitely stay here again. Just a warning - it can get noisy and there is a bit of a sound leak from upstairs flats - we could hear quite a lot through the floorboard. Also construction outside the flat quite early the first morning but no fault of the company. I'm a light sleeper and earplugs would suffice!

Great location, great communication, any issue or concern is quickly taken care of here. The apartment was very clean and had very good facilities. And best of all: a wonderfully large bed - rarely found on the island. Great! A small note still on the edge - in the ground floor apartment can get very noisy, you get a lot from the apartments upstairs and on the street, probably it would be smart to exchange the living room with the bedroom, so it would be much quieter at least at night, because the courtyard is also super nice and above all significantly quieter than the street. We would come back anytime!

Right in the city centre, so ideal for sight seeing, with plenty of bars & restaurants. While there is no parking at the accommodation the local car parks where under 5min walking distance and very secure so simply dropped the bags off then parked up. The accommodation itself was very clean with a great shower room & well equipped kitchen, bed was missive and two TV available with freeview. If visiting Bath again I would definitely use this again

A beautiful, central, yet peaceful location. Very secure. I was able to self cater and use their laundry facility. And the Thermae Spa was literally across the laneway. Well set up kitchen and tasteful uncluttered interior. Thank you for a fabulous stay in this beautiful location. No ghosts - but you can’t have everything 😉

Where to start with how fantastic this place was?! Fantastic location right in the heart of bath, yet felt private with the beautiful surrounding courtyard. The actual place was spotless and so comfortable - going to miss the amazing bed in particular. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bath, and the host was great and communicative throughout.

Perfect place to stay in Bath. The location is excellent and everything is so close by. They even knew that it was my partner's birthday and surprised us with hand delivering a bottle of prosecco and a hand-written birthday card. It was so thoughtful and generous. What a great location! I came for the spa, and you can't get much closer to the spa without sleeping in the sauna! Right in the centre, very handy for anywhere you want to go. Very nicely furnished/arranged. I like that you get an apartment- with separate kitchen, living and bedroom spaces. Rather than all being in the one room. The living room faces onto the very pretty courtyard. The bedroom however faces onto a side street with parked cars and people occasionally walking right past the window. So I kept the blinds down the whole time. I would definitely stay again, but next time I think I would choose a room on the first floor rather than ground floor, to avoid people passing the window. Also I have to mention they let me store my case in the luggage storage as I arrived too early for check in, and my return train was way later than the checkout time. So being able to keep my case securely in the storage cupboard until check in/out time was really useful. Would recommend.

A nice modern place to stay. Dealing with business operated AirBnb’s can be a challenge however and communication was often delayed. This is a great spot if you want to be in the centre of Bath and have it all on your doorstep.

Possibly the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Clean, quiet, comfortable and a proper team of people behind the scenes to help with my inability to turn on an oven haha and whatever else we required. Amazing location to walk to all places in Bath, loads of car park facilities within short distance and shower pressure felt great too. Only downside is the fact is so central nighttime can be quite noisy in the early hours however would still highly recommend.

Me and my mum stayed here for a few nights to explore bath! The location was very central which was good! The bedroom however was looking out onto a street/shops which meant we kept our blinds closed the whole time and there was a lot of students being loud through the night but it didn’t bother us too much! We both managed to sleep ok! It was a nice tidy/clean space, the shower was dirty around the bottom but other than that it was clean. We enjoyed our time here, however one recommendation would be to put a blind in the kitchen as we both felt uncomfortable being in there in our pj’s which the other residents being able to look right in.

Curated has a wonderful set of flats at St Catherine's Hospital. The check in was flexible which suited our travel schedule. Everything was exactly as listed and made our stay easy and enjoyable. A bit of mold in the bathroom which was our only cleaning suggestion, but this did not impact our stay at all. Besides this the flat was just what we needed to have a great stay in Bath!

The property is lovely and as described in the photos. It's in the center of town and one couldn't find a nearer place to the town center than this. It saved me so much time to get to the main tourist attractions because I was so close to Roman Baths, the Abbey, the train station and all other main attraction points in the city. The property is well kept and surprisingly peaceful despite being so central. There is a big size bed and can sleep 2 people extremely comfortably. The only downside was that the dishes could be cleaner. There was a stain on one of the bowls and a piece hair on the plate, so it was a bit unpleasant. But otherwise all very good and would definitely choose this property to stay if going again to Bath. Had an amazing stay at Curated properties. Would absolutely recommend this place for a stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are really responsive to questions and we were especially grateful for the secure bag drop feature outside of check in and out. The location was lovely, situated close to Bath Spa train station, and the characterful centre of town including the abbey, baths and high street. I would caveat this slightly with the fact that bedroom is facing onto a road, which makes it feel like it lacks a bit of privacy, and was louder than we were expecting throughout the night and early morning. The courtyard gives this place a real wow factor, as does the beautifully finished and substantially equipped kitchen and bathroom. I would say though, for all its character, it lacks some of the coziness and finishing touches from the listing photos. The furnishings feel bare for the size of the rooms, storage is minimal, and the bed was very firm. It was good for a short weekend but maybe not somewhere I’d choose to spend a longer time, or as a place to hang out in.

My recent stay at this one-bed apartment in St Catherine's Hospital was fantastic. The location was ideal right in the centre of town, with easy access to the city centre. The separate kitchen, bedroom, and living room setup was perfect. The hosts were great communicators and provided helpful assistance when needed.
