Fabulous location, 2 minutes from all the attractions, a new flat, a bit tight but it was thoughtfully designed and it was perfect for me and my partner, comfortable bed and excellent shower. I would recommend this place highly and I would definitely book it again if I visit Bath

The pro: - Location. Very central. Just steps away from everything. The con: - Unfortunately the bedroom of this particular unit (#2) was on the corner of the complex so 'hugged' by two streets at street level and on the Friday & Saturday night, party-goers walking through the area were very rowdy way past midnight which didn't allow for restful sleep despite the comfortable bed, nice linen and many pillows. As another reviewer pointed out, bring very good earplugs.

Not Quite What I Expected, but Served Its Purpose The accommodation was functional but fell short of expectations. The property itself is compact and feels a bit disconnected in layout—fine for a quick stopover, but not ideal for a longer stay. The sitting area adjacent to the kitchen isn’t particularly inviting or comfortable, especially if you’re staying more than one night. The bathroom is small and rather poky, though it does the job. Cleanliness was a concern—while the linens appeared clean, they lacked freshness, which made the space feel less welcoming. This is definitely an area that needs attention. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Right in the heart of Bath, with easy access to all the key sights and attractions. However, the abundance of windows facing the street and courtyard means privacy is a challenge unless you keep the curtains drawn—which unfortunately blocks out all natural light. it was a great stay for just the one night for a birthday. the apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious. I will happily give it 5* but the only gripe was at 6am the next morning road works were going on outside the window, which with the windows close could still be heard very loudly so hadnt had the best sleep. but the apartment was amazing.

Fabulous location very close to the Roman Baths. Lovely shared courtyard where I could enjoy sitting outside in the evening. Was generally very clean but some of the windows were a bit dusty when I opened them. Kitchen was well equipped and was a decent size even though it was also a living room. It was just right for a short stay for 2 people.

Our stay here was perfect for our few day stop in bath. The place was exactly what the two of us needed! Very walkable and close to lots of the main attractions. Thank you to our lovely hosts that okay’d luggage storage, this kind decision allowed us to stay a little longer and visit the Abbey and Sally Lunns! My only tip to anyone traveling to Bath or this specific bnb, is to pack earplugs as the seagulls during our stay were awake and very loud at night/morning. Luckily we packed ear plugs and other items to help us in situations like this so it didn’t impact us too much. Thank you!!!!

We stayed for two nights. The location is great right in the middle of the city and close to everything. The flat is quite small but very clean and comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Being close to one of the main streets there can be bit of noise in the evening from rowdy pub goers and there are the noisy seagulls which seem to inhabit the whole of the centre! The kitchen would benefit in our view from having a small microwave and we personally not being used to this sort of installation found the written instructions for the oven did not match up with the actual controls on the cooker so something more detailed to explain how to use the electronic controls would be useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend.

Great location! Right in the heart of Bath, very easy walk to the flat from the train station. Very clean, well appointed, and comfortable flat for a couple. We enjoyed the privacy of the apartments, and the convenience of popping in and out as needed. Would highly recommend.

Great location, well equipped and tidy. Our flat though does need a bit of sprucing up in places and maintenance. For example, the shower was missing half a screen so the bathroom got soaked, the emergency light had broken so continuously flickered, chips to the lamp shades and peeling plaster/paint due to damp. The ground floor flat also has no privacy in the bedroom/lounge - we felt the blinds needed to be down permanently. The location though is perfect, right in the city centre adjacent the Roman baths. The home itself is well furnished and comfortable with a good number of appliances. Our hosts were also responsive, kept us well informed and provided clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

The apartment is very well appointed and in a fabulous location, close to all the main sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the heating was very responsive and although the kitchen was small it had everything we needed – we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine! The hosts are extremely responsive and very helpful. We did have an issue with the noise from the upstairs apartment, I don’t think the guests were particularly noisy but there was very little sound insulation between floors and it sounded like some of the floors were uncarpeted so when they were walking around it was quite disruptive. Unless you’re a very sound sleeper I would suggest picking an apartment in this complex which doesn’t have anyone above. The hosts did all they could to help and were very sympathetic but we were woken up often due to comings and goings. If it wasn't for this (and the very early check out time, 10am!!) we would have given this place 5*

Great spot right in the centre of Bath. Easily walkable from parking at the railway station if that’s how you get into town. A reasonable amount of street noise especially as people leave the nearby pub of a night, but nothing unbearable.

Great central location with all we needed for an overnight stay in Bath for the Xmas market and Spa. Both bedroom windows and kitchen looked out onto a road with people walking past and there was road noise but didn’t really bother us. Very warm and cosy apartment.

The location of this place is really central, quite convenient to walk into the city, since behind the center. A supermarket is a minute's walk away. The location is very evocative, the inner courtyard is pleasant and quiet. The interior of the apartment is quite well cared for and tidy, with some small signs of wear and tear but absolutely valid. Cleanliness can be improved but good. There are soaps in the shower, condiments such as oil, salt and vinegar for cooking, as well as coffee and sugar tea, and we found very good cookies. A washer-dryer is available on request. We loved the furnishings in both the living room/kitchen and bedroom. The host is responsive and available for tips and requests. In general, we had a good time and recommend it.

Incredibly good location for shops and everything you need! The owner was very responsive when I was investigating where to stay; as was Curator afterwards when we were staying there. With shops nearby we could cook our own meals with ease. Oven had many useful settings and felt very modern, yet easy to use. Excellent shower and greatly appreciated complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bed was a little hard but still comfortable with soft duvet and pillows. Kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment needed for some solid meals. I think the addition of a microwave might be useful but oven was still easy to use for heating food. We'd gladly return.

This was in a great location, your right next to bath spa so you have everything on your door step, but it was also quiet (we stayed a thursday weekends maybe noisier) It was clean and tidy. The kitchen had most things you needed, enough to cook a small meal but you cant cook to much. So it worked great for us as we went out for dinner. It was a lovely place we would definitely go back. The reaponses were quick and friendly and they were happy to give any advice and answer any questions.

We recently stayed at St hospital apartment in Bath and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for our needs. It was right in the city center and I loved having easy access to the famous Rome Baths. The check-in process was easy and convenient. And I loved the garden when we got in. Just it took us some time to find the front door. And everything was clean and tidy in the apartment. Amazing place to stay and wonderful experience!

Great stay in the heart of Bath. Location (for us) could not have been better and the space was just as shown. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Just be aware that you are in the middle of everything so on a very busy weekend, it may be a bit too active if you are sensitive to noise or activity (we stayed mid week so this wasn't an issue and we don't mind it in general). Highly recommend for those that love to be in the heart of things.

Our stay was very comfortable and the place was everything we were looking for. It is in a very good location as well. The only difficulty we faced was while using the hob and oven. The videos on the handbook were locked. But the hosts were very responsive and we were able to find our way around it eventually. Highly recommend it!!

Not much to say other than it was perfect for what I needed it for. The location is spot on and you can’t really be any more central! The place had a spacious lounge, a comfy and cosy bedroom and a clean bathroom. What stood out for me was the ability to accommodate my requirements so I didn’t have to lug my suitcase around with me. I was able to drop this off prior to the official “check in” time. This was extremely helpful and I was provided with an answer to my question almost immediately! I didn’t use the kitchen or lounge area as it was only for an overnight stay but when I visit Bath again I will absolutely stay here and will be recommending it to others. Thank you, Will :)

Absolutely perfect for short brakes, it’s within walking distance for most of the local attractions, it’s literally around the corner from the high street and the nearby Southgate car park is less than five minutes walk. However I would recommend you bring your own pillows!

This was a lovely apartment for a birthday treat in Bath! Comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful old building. Very convenient right next to the Thermae Spa and in the centre of Bath. Everything we needed. We appreciated things like the refillable soap, shower gel etc bottles from an environmental point of view. Comfy bed, surprisingly quiet given the central location. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of Bath and just a short stroll to the Roman Baths, Thermae, Abbey, river etc. The apartment was spotless, warm and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and communication was extremely prompt and helpful (we arranged to leave luggage in the luggage store on the day of arrival and leaving).
