We really enjoyed staying there. The location of the flat is perfect to walk around and visit bathrooms. Only the kitchen was a bit ill equipped and some dirty trays. Other than that the flat was very clean and nice. Overall it was great. Would recommend. 👍

Location was great, right in the city centre. Place was clean and quiet, we had a great time. Only negative worth a mention is that the parking, although only a 5 min walk away, cost us £64 for 2 and a half days. It was a secure underground car park however, just a bit expensive. Other than that, everything was lovely! Great communication also from the hosts.

5 STARS!! This cozy little apartment in the historic city of Bath is AMAZING! I had read the other reviews before booking, but honestly, this little place exceeded our expectations. Our first time in England, and we of course wanted to see EVERYTHING, so we came to bath for a couple of days from London. And this quiet apartment was incredible. The bathroom is so sleek and modern, with a nice hot shower, clean towels, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was just right, and so clean. We had everything we needed. The bedroom was beautiful. Comfortable bed, lots of plugs throughout the room to plug in our chargers, even a little table and chair to do my makeup. The stairs to get to our 2nd floor room were quite steep, but there is a handrail, and I'm glad it was only one flight. If I ever get back to Bath, and I seriously hope I do, I will stay here!

We had a lovely stay and the location was super convenient as we we getting married in the Roman Baths just 2 minutes away. It was clean, calm, well equipped and very easy to access once you know the codes. The only aspect I think could be better is getting some softer pillow instead, as those in place are rock hard:/ We had some friends let us borrow som from their very cheap hotel nearby…;-) Other than that, nothing but good vibes:-) I would totally stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect - just steps from the Pump Room, Roman Baths, and the Abbey. It was an easy walk w/ luggage from the train station (about 6-7 min). Curated Property was responsive and very helpful. We were able to use the washing machine which was a huge plus. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This was the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in by myself. It had everything I want from an apartment. All the basic cookware, many windows that opened for fresh air, blackout curtains, and plenty of outlets. There was a little bit of street noise in the kitchen but the bedroom was super quiet and peaceful. It was also a nice perk to have a tvs in both rooms. Great use of the space. Beautiful courtyard.

Our second time in one of these lovely apartments. Great location, so close to the Thermae Spa. Cooked ourselves a simple supper in the well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and good linen and towels. Due to very slow internet it was quite tricky to access the room initially. But we would definitely return for another trip.

I would come again. The apartment has a peaceful courtyard for you to enjoy and when you walk out of the complex you are steps away from the Spa, Roman Baths, and Abby. I didn't expect to have a location as impressive as it was. The place is clean and easy to settle into. You will need to go up one flight of stairs.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay in Bath! The location is unbeatable. You are right across from Thermae Bath Spa (highly recommend) and The Roman Baths. There are so many great pubs and everything is within walking distance. The apartment was super clean, really comfortable (king bed!), and they had little things like coffee/tea and q-tips that made our stay even more comfortable. The courtyard was so peaceful and we heard no noise while we were there except from the city itself. The laundry was a nice perk too!

The appointment was fantastic and couldn’t be better situated. You are literally a few steps from the royal baths and also the thermae spa. The little set of 10 apartments around a private courtyard were superb. We sat out one evening and had a cold glass of Prosecco in the quiet courtyard. We stayed for 2 nights and parked at the large underground car park under the shopping centre that is only 5 minutes walk away. The only thing I found that might have been a stretch was that the kitchen was described as great for an experienced cook, it was basic and functional. It wasn’t an issue for 2 nights as we ate out but might be lacking if you’d like to cook more. We wouldn’t hesitate to return both to Bath and also to these fantastic apartments

What a gem of a place! Ideal location close to the centre yet private and quiet. Check in was really easy and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Cosy living room and kitchenette with great sized bedroom and bathroom. Everything worked perfectly including the shower and hot water. The location is very central but the moment you walk through the door to the central courtyard you enter a quiet and calm space away from the bustle outside the main doors. The accomodation was good for us as we are largish people and we had room to circulate in the apartment. The secure entry could be a bit daunting but was easy to navigate with clear instructions from the host. This set up makes you feel secure and the quality of the accomodation is good with adequate equipment in the kitchen to make you feel at home. A big plus over a hotel room with no catering or sitting and chatting space. The bed was big and comfy so it was a positive stay for us.

Excellent location in the middle of the city but still quiet. The apartment was clean, larger than the pictures looked and had everything we needed. The host company were helpful and friendly. However, there is an additional hidden charge for a damage deposit after booking to be aware of, paid via the company's own website. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Clean, warm, well equipped centrally located flat with very comfortable large bed and furnishings. Hosts were excellent communicators and provided tea and coffee which suited us well for our one night stay. The slightly complicated check-in routine worked like a charm which was great since the location meant we were in and out a lot.

Brilliant location, I couldn't believe how central we were to everything. But how the building is designed, you're on a very quiet street so the rooms themselves are nice and quiet. There's a private courtyard for residents which is lovely. And it feels very secluded, despite being bang in the middle of town. We had the Christmas market right on our doorstep! The place was clean, modern and had enough cooking facilities to make food if you didn't fancy eating out. Would definitely come here again! Oh and the bed is huge. We booked this place same day as check-in so we didn't ask for a cot. But we easily fit 3 of us in a bed with extra room.

I doubt there is a more central place then this in Bath, yet quiet,clean and very very comfortable. Lovely little internal courtyard felt like we were in a secret hideaway. We had a hire car that needed an o/night spot, but there is a public carpark within "bag dragging" distance, which was perfect. I would highly recommend.

It’s a very small apartment so ideal if you don’t plan to spend too much time indoors and prefer to be out exploring and eating out of the house. Staying in the old hospital was lovely.

The place was very nice, close to everything, and in the heart of downtown. The locksmith instructions should be more accurate and explain that upon arrival at the listing they will send you the lockbox code in order to access the apartment, because it feels insecure to have no idea how it goes and more if you don't speak English. I would also like to have TV networks in other languages, not just English. A shame. But as I said, the apartment is great and it's like a little island in the center of Bath. I've been very comfortable.

I've stayed in a few of the apartments and they are all well decorated, clean and have good amenities. Location is great, close to everything but tucked away off the main street. And they surround a lovely courtyard, really nice in the summer.

This place was a great find. It was right in the middle of town, directly opposite the new thermae spa and within sight of the roman baths and the abbey - really couldn't be better situated. It was one of several matching apartments built around a lovely old courtyard so felt historical in its own right and nicely secluded. From a bit of research, it was an old alms house and is still ran by the 800 year old local charity, with profits from stays supporting local causes, which isn't stressed much on the booking page and which I thought was an added bonus. Inside, it was on the small side, but perfectly cosy for our romantic break, and was nicely decorated in a modern, neutral style with good practical amenities - large shower, coffee machine, decent TV, dishwasher etc. My one quibble/recommendation for improvement would be that the bed was a bit hard and not as comfortable as I'd have liked. Overall though, would strongly recommend for a well situated and historic feeling Bath break.

I highly recommend this place. The host was nice and helpful. However, better communication would have made the experience even better. The accommodation was situated in a fantastic neighborhood with a very central location and a lovely, cozy yard. The flat was beautiful and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. I stayed in flat 3, and the only drawback was the noise and smell from nearby fast food outlets, which, to a large extent, is inevitable in such a central area, especially if you open the street-facing windows for fresh air (the flat has other windows facing the yard). However, if you keep the street-facing windows closed, this is not an issue. I stayed there for 3 days for a conference, and commuting to Bath University was very easy.

Fantastic location. Right next to the spa. Lovely, helpful staff. Clean and very well appointed apartment, have already recommended it to friends. Only issue we had was the seagulls keeping us awake but this is a problem for the Bath council to sort out. We tried the fan but this was noisy too. Still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A beautiful apartment, very centrally located. Exactly as described. I loved retreating back to it after ventures out, and I considered not venturing out so I could just enjoy the place.. There were instantaneous replies from management when I had questions. There is some noise in the area but closing the windows shuts out most of it. Surprisingly, birds cawing at night caused the most noise. Bring good earplugs.

Beautiful setting, lovely little flats with everything you need nestled right between Thermae spa and the Roman Baths themselves, you can't get a better location. The only caveat is parking if you are driving into Bath to stay here. Avon Car Park seemed to be the closest longterm stay park so try to grab a spot there if you can, it's about a 5 minute walk away.

The property itself was very nice inside, central Bath so perfect location. Downside was no parking nearby. The property was also advertised to be ok for children but no microwave, no travel cot and we were placed up stairs knowing we had a baby with a pram etc, so I think a ground floor apartment would of been more suited. Besides that, lovely apartment. Mattress on the bed was hard but again it’s an air BnB I don’t expect royalty.

Bath is a fantastic location. We loved the roman baths, spa, restaurants, pubs, shops, architecture, river. This flat was really well decorated, clean and comfy. It was located absolutely in the heart of bath, 2 minutes from most attractions. So easy to pop back to in between activities. Very comfortable bed. Key card entry easy and we were able to do late entry following clear instructions. I would recommend the park and ride - just £2 for 24hr and cheap bus ride or cab into town. I would also say that if you like history, you need to allow half a day for roman baths visit. We ran out of time and they let us come back next day to finish!! All in all I would declare the weekend a real success.
